- Sandrine (9/5): Bel appartement et beau point de chute pour aller aux plages d’Imbassé et de Sant Antonio - La proximité avec la rue piétonne et sa piscine. Le paiement à régler par virement, depuis la France et depuis le Brésil. Ça rajoute des contraintes et des préoccupations au voyage.

- Daniel (10/5): - Excelente apto, melhor localização impossível, nascente, todo climatizado, sem existência de mofo, moscas ou pernilongos, totalmente arejado é equipado, escada com corrimão, internet veloz, tudo funcionava perfeitamente, acesso direto da piscina para Praia com toda infraestrutura, sem nada a reclamar.
- Daniel (8/5): Ótimo condomínio, acomodação nem tanto. - Interessante realmente a estadia. Estive no apto 124. Achei o quarto muito abafado, com cheiro de mofo, muitos pernilongos. A máquina de lavar e a internet não funcionavam (e não foram resolvidas). A suíte superior tem uma escada muito perigosa (cuidado com pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção e crianças). Ar condicionado excelente. O condomínio, em compensação, é excelente. Ótima localização, piscina, boa estrutura, seguro. Garagem coberta, ótima. Consideraria ficar em outra unidade.
