• saray (8/5): Muy cómoda y agradable - La ubicación que tiene a todos los pueblos, hay aparcamiento fácilmente, tranquilidad, las ventanas muy luminosas y entra bastante fresco. El dueño muy amable y resolutivo y contesta rápido cuando lo necesitas!! Interruptores de la luz un poco sueltos

• Attila (10/5): Cozy place, great value for the money - It was easy to locate the property, and we had always found parking very close. Although the flat is on the outskirts of Arrecife, the centre is about 15-20 minutes on foot. Eurospar is a few minutes walk if need groceries. It's a pretty chill and quiet area and great if you want to frequently leave the city as you don't need to drive through the busy city centre. The property is fully equipped with everything you might need to self-cater. It's clean and tidy with plenty of room. The master bedroom is pretty large, and there's an additional smaller bedroom. It's a great accommodation even for a longer stay. The only thing that put us off is the host's communication, which could be improved. As I want to leave constructive criticism, I'd suggest Alejandro be more responsive and available and communicate in English. Don't expect the guests to translate instructions. The check-in was frustrating as we only got the instructions last minute in Spanish when we were at the door (I messaged the host hours before our arrival specifically asking about the process). You need to let the host know that you're there so that he can open the entry door to the building remotely and the keys to the flat are in a lockbox right next to the door to the flat. The flat is situated in a building with neighbours and they can be loud at times but nothing extreme or unbearable.

Felt like at home. Very noisy neighbours. Fortunately it was quiet during nighttime, but mornings and evenings were quite noisy.

• Seri (10/5): One of the best places I've ever stayed - Perfect place for even four people. Roomy bedrooms,perfect kitchen with basic cooking ingredients(oil,salt,coffee,tea etc). High quality furnitures. One of the neighbour was loud at night. But nothing unbearable. A bit far away from the center.
