Good breakfast too

- Robert (10/5): Great Place To Stay - We had a great stay and a Big Thank You to Rachel and Paul. Our family room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and Rachel's brownies are magnificent. Rachel and Paul made time to make us all feel very welcome and chatted to the kids. Would definitely recommend their lovely home as a great place to stay. Thanks
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A fantastic stay made all the better by a friendly and accommodating owner
- Verified traveler (8/5): - So much nicer than expected! The room new refinished and was very modern yet very homely. The only downside to my stay was that one of the hosts (the husband) insisted on winging about politics, Brexit and how an ‘influx of Indian people after the war’ had ruined the UK economy
- Jen (10/5): - Rachel and Paul are a very hospitable and friendly couple. We had a comfortable bed at night and a great breakfast in the morning. Excellent B&B in Derby area. Many thanks.

- Maria (10/5): - Friendly and welcoming owner with a cracking breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was almost worth driving 200 miles from Dorset, just to stay with Paul & Rachel at Kedleston View for the night. I do not normally wax lyrical about a B&B, but theirs has to be a model for all prospective Guest House owners. It is warm, welcoming, clean, comfortable and mine hosts were wonderfully flexible about breakfast times.
Simply put, if you plan a stopover within 50 miles of Derby, then this has to be at the top of your list.
