• Hubrecht (7/5): Sehr preiswert und gut ausgestattet, bis auf die zwei Schlafsofas. - Super Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Zudem eigene Küchenzeile für Menschen die gerne selbst kochen. Auch das Bad war super ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlafsofas sind ziemlich ungemütlich und eher für eine Person als für zwei. Außerdem ist es im unteren Bereich ziemlich dunkel - fürs schlafen reicht es aber total!

Personeller de ilgili, güler yüzlülerdi, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. İstanbul'da hem kısa hem de uzun süreli konaklama için tercih edilebilecekgüvenilir bir yer. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine kalmak isteriz.

• Can Emin (1/5): Super slecht - Letterlijk niets enorm slechte kamers Wij kwamen er aan en er was letterlijk een vechtpartij tussen twee mensen, de politie moest ter plaatsen komen, wij reizen met een baby van 11 maanden vroegen een baby bed afschuwelijk ze brachten een bed vol gele vieze vlekken. Onze bed was ook nog vol met haar dus het kan niet zijn dat ze de lakens hadden vervangen. Persoonlijk zou ik dit absoluut niet adviseren gaf ons geen veiligheids gevoel.

• Emina (9/5): Miran i čist apartman uz profesionalno osoblje, manjak kuhinjske opreme - Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno, zaista zaslužuju sve pohvale. Posebno bih istakla svakodnevnu uslugu čišćenja i održavanja sobe – dame koje rade na održavanju su veoma prijatne i posvećene svom poslu. Imali smo manji problem sa fenom u sobi, koji je riješen istog dana, što dodatno govori o efikasnosti i brizi za goste. Apartmani se nalaze na odličnoj lokaciji, dobro su povezani sa gradskim prevozom (autobus i metro), a u neposrednoj blizini nalazi se veliki broj restorana, apoteka i prodavnica. Sve je dostupno u svega nekoliko minuta hoda. Dodatni plus je mirno okruženje – naselje je tiho, bez saobraćajne i druge buke, što boravak čini još ugodnijim. Prilikom rezervacije apartmana očekivala sam funkcionalnu kuhinju, barem u smislu osnovnog posuđa. Međutim, nakon rezervacije sam obaviještena da je za korištenje posuđa potrebno ostaviti depozit od 30 eura, koji se vraća nakon provjere. U praksi, kuhinja je bila gotovo prazna – na raspolaganju su bile samo dvije šolje za kafu/čaj i dvije čaše, bez osnovnog posuđa, kao i bez kuhinjske krpe ili ubrusa. Iako nismo planirali kuhati, smatram da je osnovno posuđe za jednostavne obroke, poput doručka, nešto što bi trebalo biti standard u apartmanu koji se oglašava s kuhinjom. Koncept dodatnog naplaćivanja ili depozita za posuđe prvi put sam doživjela i smatram da nije u skladu s očekivanjima gostiju. Također, u sobi nije bila dostupna pegla, što bi bilo korisno imati na raspolaganju. Dodatno, plinski bojler smješten u dnevnom boravku nije ostavio ugodan utisak. Što se tiče izolacije, ona nije na visokom nivou, ali to nije predstavljalo veći problem jer se kućni red poštovao.

There was view on the 4th floor and sliding door to go out on emergency stairs. There was hot water There is so sound isolation. If you have noisy neighbours as we had you won't be able to sleep. It was as if they were in our room. . The kitchen utensils are two plates and a knife and forks and two very scared pans.

• Diana (9/5): Great value for money - I was traveling with my mum, and we needed a room with 2 twin beds and a kitchen to cook in. So, we got the kind of room we needed at Joy Suits. Everything was very good, and we are very thankful to the staff members at the reception for their hospitality and willingness to help us out with anything we needed. The apartment got cleaned every day. The location of the apartment is superb- it’s within a 5-minute walking distance from the metro and the bus station. There are 2 supermarkets and plenty of other shops where you can find pretty much anything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there is a direct bus from the accommodation to one of the public beaches in Yesilkoy (bus 72T). The bus journey is about 1 hour, and it goes through the European part of the city. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will consider coming back next year. The room could use some maintenance: it was a bit dark in the evening as not all the lamps were working. In addition, guests could benefit from a few extra pieces of cooking utensils and dishes.

• Mehdi (7/5): Good apartment, steep hills, mediocre AC - Room as expected (a bit smaller than the picture which is wide lens), kitchen good as expected, staff also friendly. Everything was okay except the ones I mentioned below - very steep hills around the property, hard with bagages - the room given to us was on the 4th floor, but from 3rd to 4th floor there was no elevator - AC exists but it didn’t cool us enough during the day in August (it was ok at night)
• Bicer (5/5): Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, jedoch nicht in einer Suite im Kellergeschoss. - Personal super nett. Die Lage ist zentral. Da wir eine Suite im Kellergeschoss hatten, gab es im Schlafzimmer keine Fenster. Dadurch hatten wir kaum Tageslicht, und die Belüftung war eine Katastrophe.

• Nuki (9/5): Superb - The hotel is comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff is always ready to help you. They are very polite. I will come back again. There was an oven and a gas stove, but the utensils you had to cook food in were very bad and unclean. I also wish there were utensils.

• Nasrin (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing stay at Joy Suite. Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the receptionist was always helpful, making my stay so pleasant that I extended it. Highly recommend!

• Abdul (9/5): Superb - The receptionists were really friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood close to the metro and, fortunately, not overly touristy.
• Shoresh (5/5): Good location, kind staff no proper facilities. - The location of this property is superb, unfortunately that is all I can say . I was there about5 years ago and the property was very nice clean and everything was working. Mow 5 years later it has gone down badly and needs a proper renovation. Well not works as it should work , this supposed to a sort of home studio style, but it needs attention, very unstable internet , the kitchen has no proper tools, the bathroom rooms half functional, uncomfortable beds , the list can go on . The staff are doing their best and are very friendly and accommodating, but the lack of basic facilities or outdated and rundown puts them at difficult position to do their job effectively.
