• Mason (8/5): - based on other reviews I made sure to get here early before check in. Doing that was a little inconvenient waiting around for about half an hour but the mobile check in was easy and the room was right for a budget one-night stay before a flight.

• Vivian (8/5): - Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Safe , Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Bad leider mot Duschvorhang. Es war aber alles sauber. Leidrr war es im Zimmer unfassbar warm und es lag direkt an der Hauptstraße im EG ( Zimmer 008). Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster waren die Autos zu hören. Parkplatz sehr klein und eng. Wir haben lieber an der Straße geparkt. Das war ok. Bei ddr Buchung voelkeicut darauf achten, dass das Zimmer nicht zur Straße geht . Kein Aufzug vorhanden.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Make sure thay are open in advance!!! - Arrived to locked hotel. Rang contact number and told hotel closed and not accepting guests. No aplogies or options given. Terrible unprofessional. Had to find alternate accommodation at 9.30pm at night after just arriving in country
• Verified traveler (10/5): Prima en dichtbij vliegveld Keulen - Prima hotel, van te voren wel vaccinatiebewijs toe moeten sturen. Kwamen daar midden in de nacht aan. Alle deuren gemakkelijk kunnen openen met vooraf ontvangen instructies.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel room was very good, not really nog but that was ok. The only negative point i can think off is that te shower drain was a bit clogged
• Rebecca (2/5): - I ordered a triple room because on the website it clearly states a king size bed with a single bed to fit 3 people comfortably. I was given a handicap room which was two single beds pushed together and the bathroom being a handicap bathroom had no shower stall. The shower consisted of a shower head attached to the wall which meant you were showing on the open bathroom floor. The water did not stay in the bathroom it ran out of the bathroom under the door and covered the bedroom floor soaking all of my belongings. When I brought this to the staffs attention we were not moved. They did nothing until moving us to a new room the last night of my stay. We received no room service, no fresh towels, nothing. I had to ask the staff before they left for the day/night at 5pm for new towels because all of mine were soaked because I had to clean up all the water myself.
• Tiago (4/5): - Difficult to enter, nobody in the reception, and the button sent by email didn't work, I had to call for them to remotely open me the door (entrance and room ones) Very noisy from the cars passing next to it, since it is in the ground level. A little claustrofobic, since there are 2 doors (beyond the entrance door) before getting in to the room door. The paper left in the room with instructions and information was in german language, no english available. They knew I was a foreigner who had commuincated previously in english language. As positive aspects, there is a fridge with water where we can put other products, the WC is not bad and the room is well heated.
• Andres (8/5): - The check in was unusual but cool. However, very confusing that there was no staff on the property. Room is perfect, updated furniture and well maintained. However, they forgot our towels and since there’s no staff, we could not get towels the first night
• Dr.Karen (6/5): - Mein Aufenthalt: 12.11.2021-14.11.2021. Erstmals. Positiv: Zimmerausstattung überraschend. Sehr gutes Bett, per Schalter indirekte Beleuchtung über der Wandverkleidung des Doppelbetts, an der mich als Vielfliegerin ein grosser, startender Turboprop als Wandtapete begrüsste. Passte gut zu der Bezeichnung Airport Hotel. Wahlweise, per Schalter neben den Betten kleine Lampen. Auch war die Deckenbeleuchtung vom Bett aus einschaltbar. Dazu ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Mineralwasser pro Aufenthaltstag. Und auch noch eine kleine Mikrowelle. Alles, Zimmer und Bad bei Ankunft sauber. Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Negativ: Facility Service enttäuschend: Keine zweite Flasche Mineralwasser am 2. Tag, wie pro Tag angekündigt, Bett nicht gemacht, Bad nicht gesäubert, Duschwasser floss bereits am ersten Morgen, wohl auf Grund von partieller Verstopfung, extrem langsam ab. Auch dem Duschkopf täte eine Entkalkung gut. Ich hoffe, meine Bewertung trägt dazu bei, diese Mängel beim Facility Service zu beseitigen. Denn ich würde gerne wieder kommen.

• Christian (8/5): Inovação na hospedagem - O conceito é muito bom e válido para os dias atuais. Só achei complicado o acesso inicial pois cheguei as 23h e tive certa dificuldade de entrar no hotel. Mas as instalações, apesar de pequenas, são de boa qualidade e atendem ao objetivo.

• Sebastian (8/5): Für ein paar Nächte völlig ausreichend - Der Aufenthalt war an sich schön. Doch leider hieß das Hotel nicht so wie in der Hotels.com App. Wir suchten nach Airport Hotel, doch es hieß Smarty Hotel. Der Einlass und Check lief nur über eine App, keine Service Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, doch man fühlte sich wie in einem Geister Hotel. Alles sehr steril. Sahen nur einmal eine Mitarbeiterin an der Reception. Die angegebenen besetzen Zeiten der Reception stimmten nicht mit der Beschreibung über ein. Wir wurden gefragt, ob wir eine Zimmer Reinigung erwünschen. Haben mit Ja geantwortet. Doch es fand während der 3 Nächte keine Reinigung statt.. Ansich, ein sauberes Hotel was für ein paar Nächte ausreicht, aber sehr unpersönlich.

• Alexandra (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Wir haben ein 3 Bett Zimmer gebucht. Als wir ankamen, gab es ein überzogenes Doppelbett. Zusätzlich stand ein ausziehbarer Ledersessel im Raum und eine Tasche mit Bettzeug und Bettwäsche. Es war weder überzogen, noch hergerichtet und es gab weder ein Bettlaken noch ein Unterbett für den Ledersessel. Rezeption war nicht besetzt, auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wo es einen Raum gibt, wo wir uns ein Laken holen können. Ohne ein Unterbett war der ausziehbare Sessel so hart, dass wir zu dritt im Doppelbett schlafen mussten. Dann hätten wir auch ein günstigeres 2 Bett Zimmer buchen können. Für uns 3 ( 71, 45, 14) war es eine Zumutung, die wir so nicht haben wollten. Das WLAN setzte immer wieder aus.

L'hôtel a changé d'enseigne mais je n'en ai pas été informée avant d'arriver à l'adresse indiquée ; c'est désormais un Smarty Hôtel, SANS AUCUN PERSONNEL. Difficultés rencontrées dans le déblocage des portes via un code activé sur mon smartphone. Il faut comprendre que le déblocage se fait via un appui long... Si vous n'avez pas de smartphone ou plus de batterie, préparez-vous à coucher dehors... ou payer un gros supplément pour que quelqu'un se déplace...
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay, reasonable rooms and freindly staff - A good stay at this hotel. Bedrooms of a good standard with all the ammenities you would expect. Bathroom a little dated and tired. Reception hours are limited, but staff very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was adequate in size, floors were a little dusty. You can hear people in the hallway and staircase. For a quick stay we would come back again for the price.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good for an overnight near Cologne Airport - If you want a hotel near Cologne Airport which is not too pricey this hotel is an option to consider. It is a fairly basic and the rooms are small. Good for an overnight but that's about it. Decent Italian restaurant within a short walking distance from hotel.

• Andrew (8/5): Very convenient place to stay - The hotel is close to the airport and it is convenient. I would have liked more pillows and another quilt but it was comfortable. It's a shame that there are no baby cots available because we did request one. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The door handle was broken so we could not get out of our room but that is a minor thing that I am sure they will fix. Breakfast was OK and overall it was good. I would stay there again but only if there were more pillows!

• AYSEGUL (10/5): Sürpriz konaklama yaptım ama çok memnun kaldım - 09.02.2020 tarihinde yaşanan fırtına nedeniyle uçuşum iptal oldu ve havayolu görevlileri de konaklama için yardımcı olmadı (Pegasus). Acil olarak otel aradığımda en uygun fiyatlı otel bu oteldi. Hakkında hiç bir bilgim yoktu. Otele vardığımda resepsiyon görevlisinin Türk olması beni çok mutlu etti.☺️Kendisi çok sıcak, cana yakın davrandı. Termosda sıcak su ve çeşitli çaylar getirerek ailecek rahatlamamızı sağladı. Personelin tutumu mükemmeldi. Ayrıca odalar da konforluydu. Çok memnun kaldım. Kalvaltısını da tavsiye ederim
• Christian (8/5): Schönes Zimmer + Freundlicher Empfang - Zimmer sind schön hell eingerichtet mit sauberen Bad und tollem Komfort. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Nur unsere Spätanreise war etwas kompliziert, das könnte man zügiger regeln.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Sehr freundliche Rezeptionisten. Parkmöglichkeiten waren gut. Das Zimmer eher enttäuschend. Nicht wie auf den Fotos freundlich eingerichtet sondern kühl und ungemütlich. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig (Schimmel in der Dusche, Haare auf dem Bett, den Stühlen und im Bad. Zigarettenstummel im Mülleimer (trotz angeblichem Rauchverbotes), die sehr unangenehm gerochen haben. An der Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte gearbeitet werden. Ansonsten war es okay, solang man keinen längeren Aufenthalt plant.

Sauberkeit war sehr enttäuschend, Personal hat aber gut reagiert und mir ein neues Zimmer gegeben, was leider nicht so viel besser war. Er erzählte, daß sie Ärger mit der Reinigungsfirma haben und sie diesen Monat wechseln werden. Vielleicht ist die Firma pieschig, dass sie gekündigt wurden....

• Verified traveler (6/5): - An sich ein akzeptables Hotel, wenn man nur zum schlafen dort ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Bett sehr bequem. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Überall Staub. Sei es auf großen Flächen, dem Föhn, Ablagen oder selbst auf den Lichtschaltern sowie den Gläsern. In der Dusche war an den Fugen sehr viel Schimmel und die Duschtüren waren defekt, da diese nicht richtig zu ging und beide unten nicht mehr eingehakt werden konnten, sodass man sie gefühlt fast waagerecht ziehen konnte. Zudem sind die Wände sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jedes Wort verstehen, was in einem Zimmer gesprochen wurde, wenn man draußen im Flur war. Ebenso anders herum, wenn man im Zimmer war, konnte man alles sehr laut von draußen hören. Jeden Abend fuhr ca. 5x die Polizei oder die Feuerwehr mit Martinshorn vorbei, wozu zwar das Hotel selbst nichts kann, es aber trotzdem echt nervig war. Alles in einem ist das Hotel in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet.
• Duncan (8/5): Good but avoid if internet n 24 hr desk important - Good value. Good decor. Great interior space planning. Clean and comfortable. EUR 12 taxi ride to airport. Situated in small village for food & essentials. Poor - internet (non-existent) which really annoyed me. No 24 hr desk attendance, which really concerns from a health & safety perspective. Who looks after us in the middle of the night, in event of fire etc???
• Verified traveler (4/5): - My room has no heat when it was 2°C outside. That was totally unacceptable in Winter. I didn't realize until I came back to my room on Sunday midnight. Everything was closed at that point. Couldn't really call anyone. I just sneaked under the thick blanket to sleep over it.
