• Milagros (9/5): Todo estuvo muy bien! - Pudimos hacer late check out por el 50% del valor de la noche hasta las 4pm. Reservamos con ellos el tour hacia los túneles de vinh moc y estuvo bien. Pudimos hacer el check in porque la habitación estaba lista. El freezer de la heladera tenía algunos hongos, pero en general todo bien.

• MICHELLE (10/5): Nice Hué hôtel c'est parfait ! - Acceuil très agréable ! Belle chambre lumineuse et spacieuse. Très propre. Ménage fait tous les jours ! Très bien équipée. Calme. Proche de la Citadelle et de toutes les commodités...Restos, cafés....Location de vélo chez Gem's café, un peu plus loin, sinon motobikes à l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ici lors de notre prochain voyage.

• Phap (10/5): Go-to for us - Everything. It has everything needed for a very good price. Definitely coming back to in future visits. It wasn't a big problem, but the shower water turns cold after a while. If you don't shower long, it'a fine, but if you like long showers, it will be a problem. Even though the workers said it was a power thing, we tested it by showering in the morning, but the problem persists. No big deal for us though. Just something to consider for others.

• Hoang (10/5): THE BRIGHTLY POINT IN HUE CITY CENTER ! - This is an five times my Family back to Hue city and stay at Nice Hue Hotel . Now they are walking street in the weekend with many food , restaurants around just few second . They are so friendly and help my Family alot . We have a good breakfast and coffee down next to reception. Mr Quan who is owner still nice and he send my family to Hue airport.

• My (6/5): Không hài lòng - Vị trí trung tâm, tiện đi lại. Xung quanh nhiều hàng quán tiện lợi. Khi mình thuê xe thì khách sạn có cử người trông qua đêm khá an tâm. Nhà tắm không được sạch sẽ, hơi xuống cấp và có mùi. Khăn tắm cũ và có vết ố. Khi khách có nhu cầu dùng bàn là thì ksan bắt khách xuống tầng 1 để đứng là quần áo, k cho mang lên phòng vì sợ khách làm cháy, cực kỳ bất tiện. Coi khách như trẻ con vậy. Chị lễ tân không niềm nở, khách đi ra vào mặt lạnh tanh.

• Arjen (8/5): Prima hotel, goed cafe ernaast voor ontbijt en op loopafstand van Imperial Palace. - Op loopafstand van Imperial Palace. Ontbijt in cafe naast het hotel is prima en goedkoop. Hue is een leuke stad waar je gewoon lekker door kunt wandelen. Het is wat rommelig in de gangen. Veel opslag van oude wanden, deuren e.d. Het hotel zit wat buiten het toeristengebied, maar in deze buurt zijn ook genoeg leuke restaurants.

The room was clean and neat, and customer service was excellent. They helped us to discover and guide us through the city. Plus, we also have breakfast beside the hotel. We all had salty coffee, and that was fabulous.

• Rhea (9/5): I'd stay again! - The room was spacious, and we got a balcony! Fridge in the room that was cold, the bathroom... Best one yet! Hot water, lots of pressure and big. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us maps and offered recommendations. They even allowed us to check in at 9am, no extra charge. This was really helpful when arriving via night bus. Only small grumbles is the bed was hard, but I find this everywhere in Vietnam. We also couldn't turn the light off on the water heater, so the room lit up at night, but nothing major!

On top of that, the price is really good for the quality of the hotel. The room is clean, spacious and I love blasting cold AC. Also it’s in really good location close to everything you need. I would come back again if I have a chance in Huế. ❤️

• Steph (10/5): Great and affordable hotel - This hotel was lovely, great review and it was located on Walking street meaning from 6pm it’s all bars and live music but don’t worry they stop around 10pm so everyone can sleep! But honestly the man working there was so helpful and lovely. He let us check in early as we were straight from an overnight bus and we’re desperate to change and shower. He also told us where to go for coffee and all about walking street. The room was pleasant, clean lovely bathroom and no cat fishing and all so cheap! I really recommend as other places look more grand in imagery but are total cat fishers! So chose this place as it is honest and humble. Would stay here again! Nothing it was pretty much everything we needed
