Hale (9/5): Great bar, excellent location, large open and friendly lobby - I am wheelchair user t3. Shower and toilet and bed and doors were perfect close to my multimillion dollar home. Only difference is size and not actual marble. Very accessible everywhere. The water from shower ran out into room hallway. Should be easy fix with flexible dam. The floor should have the correct slope for drainage but a water dam is a work around, i used towels as a dam 😀

Oliver (9/5): Prima Lage am Hauptbahnhof - Die Lage ist prima - direkt am Hauptbahnhof und man ist schnell überall. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad mit aufs Zimmer nehmen damit es sicher verwahrt ist. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Thr breakfast was very varied and plenty of choice of hot or cold food. Room was very small. It was fine for one night but wouldn't want longer. I didn't check properly when booking but there was no tea or coffee making jug in room, which was a definite minus.The fridge was good. The TV reception did not work. It kept switching off every 5-10 .mins. I just left it but reported it the next day

Liz (8/5): Convenient for train station, comfortable, clean and good value for money. - The room was great, very comfy bed and good bathroom area. Staff were helpful. I liked the encouragement to walk up the stairs - the motivational phrases made me smile. The location next to the side exit at Platform 1 at the train station made it a great stopover point. The restaurant is currently being refurbished so nowhere for dinner which (as I was traveling alone) would have been nice. The location outside was what you would expect near any big UK / European train station, so I wouldn't wander around alone at night but it was excellent for the train in the morning and easy walk into the city centre.

Ingrid (6/5): Die Ausstellung im Städel Monet und die Küste - Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer, die zum Innenhof zeigten, waren angenehm ruhig und hatten einen Kühlschrank ohne Inhalt. Zum Frühstück gab es gutes Vollkornbrot. Das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nir Es gab keine automatische tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Das hatte Mängel wie Schimmel im Bad zur Folge und das Wasser im Handwaschbecken lief schlecht ab. Der Frühstücksraum war ungemütlich kalt, da es in der Nacht nur 3Grad C hatte. Die Auswahl beim FB war nicht überwältigend, mir fehlten zuckerfreie Müslis, Haferflocken, roher Schinken, Bacon, was in einem 4 Sterne Hotel eigentlich angeboten wird. Das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nur kippen.

flame01 (8/5): Good with caveats - I stayed 3 nights at this hotel from May 8th to May 11th. I have stayed here a few times previously This stay was booked ( as always ) directly on the hotel website The hotel is 7 floors tall The location is excellent if arriving by train in Frankfurt, either from anywhere in Europe or in my case, from the airport. The hotel is located a short walk from the main train station. A side exit from the train station leads directly to the hotel entrance across a street This hotel has adopted full control over the room Air Conditioning., The hotel sets the room temperature, which I could not ascertain what it was, but the control panel inside the front door only allows a guest to change it by + / - 3 degrees. I like to sleep in a "cool room" but with the -3 set on the unit, my room was still too hot to sleep comfortably. I had to sleep with the window open to allow cool air in, but this brought street noise / emergency vehicles sirens / traffic etc. the location of the AC Unit, inside the room entrance was dark and made it almost impossible to read how to use the unit The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. There was adequate plug points beside the bed and on the work table in the room. I dont know if the rooms beside me had guests in them or not, but i heard absolutely no noise if there were. It's only a small thing, but I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room ... a note to management, It would be nice to have this in the fridge instead of on top of it The TV system at this hotel is really poor. While there are lots of channels in various languages to choose from, the reception on all was appalling. Signal kept breaking up making it impossible to watch anything. this issue was also present on my last visit in November 2025 The bathroom was really good with hot water in the sink coming out immediately, the rainfall shower head in the shower was a delight to use with good pressure, the shower also had a "wand" to shower with also When I checked in, I was asked did want my room made up each day, to which I said no, then was told if I needed anything to call reception and it would be looked after. the night I arrived, I called and asked for another pillow as there was only 1 supplied and it was too soft, I was told another would be delivered to my room but after 2 hours waiting I called reception again to be told, if I call down they would give me another pillow Saturday afternoon, I asked to have my bin emptied in my room and my towels changed. I told reception, I would be out all day Sunday, so anytime Sunday would be good for me, I arrived back in the hotel and no one had been to empty the bin, nor change my towels. I called reception again and was told they would get someone to replace the towels for me .... once again, no one came, this meant I had no change of towels for my 3 night stay Breakfast was on the 1st floor as the usual breakfast area was undergoing renovation. You are given a token at check in, which is taken from you to have breakfast. Although basic, it was adequate kept me going. Coffee was excellent Overall, I like this Intercity hotel, Its a great location, great price and very clean. Every single staff member I had dealings with were friendly , Professional and helpful Of particular mention is Max, This gentle man is a credit to the Hotel. A wonderful friendly guy who clearly goes out of his way for hotel guests. My sincerest thanks to him for all his help and assistance Would I stay again ..... absolutely.

Lynn (8/5): Good hotel, close to the station - The hotel is virtually opposite the main rail station which suited us. The surrounding area is not interesting - it is a 20 - 30 minute walk to the main touristy areas. The staff was outstanding. My husband left the hotel and got lost on our first night - one of the men at reception and one from the bar went out of their way to assist me in searching and notifying the police. Forever grateful for their kindness. Self check in - all in German!

Personal sehr freundlich, alles durchorganisiert, kein Schnickschnack, kein Glitter, keine dieser überflüssigen Kissenberge, sondern nur eins - einfach ein sauberes, funktionales Zimmer mit viel Ablage. Die nähere Umgebung. Wann ist direkt gegenüber der Bahnhofsmission und von vielen Menschen mit Alkohol-und Drogenproblemen umgeben. Der Abfluss im Bad hat in meinem Zimmer nicht gut funktioniert.

Situato in posizione adiacente alla Stazione Centrale di Francoforte che risulta essere una posizione molto comoda per trasferimenti in altre città, spostamenti in metro e per chi arriva dall'aereoporto. Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi in meno 10 minuti. Letti comodi e dotazione di prese adeguata. Bollitore non presente in stanza ma si può chiedere in reception. La colazione potrebbe essere più fornita per la scelta dei dolci.
