Selene (4/5): - La location è bella e tranqulla, immersa nella natura. Il proprietario è cortese e disponibile. purtroppo la discrepanza tra la bellezza del posto e la gestione dei servizi lascia un po' di amaro in bocca. I "problemi" risiedono nei dettagli che fanno la differennza in una struttura ricettiva. La pulizia della camera avviene ogni tre giorni, insufficiente e non in linea con gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe. La formula della colazione è estremamente limitante. Viene servita direttamente dal proprietario, ma non c'è alcuna possibilità di scelta, si mangia quello che viene proposto, o si rimane senza. La qualità e la varietà sono scadenti: niente frutta fresca, succhi di frutta in bottiglietta (limitati), 3 fette di torta (per 2 persone) e yogurt in vasetto. Per un luogo che vive di natura, la mancanza di prodotti locali o almeno una scelta basilare è una grande pecca. Avevamo scelto di pagare un supplemento per avere un angolo cottura in camera ma purtroppo, il mini-frigo (ci si aspettava almeno un frigo normale ma vabè) non funzionava bene. La risposta ricevuta a seguito della nostra segnalazione è stata: "Mi dispiace ma è così". Questo approccio passivo ai problemi, specialmente su un servizio per cui si è pagato un extra, mostra una chiara mancanza di attenzione al cliente. Peccato, il posto merita e avrebbe un grande potenziale.
Guido (10/5): - Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'Agriturismo "Cavalli di S'antarcaite" e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza straordinaria. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità dai proprietari(Enrica e Stefano), che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. La struttura è immersa nella natura e offre un'atmosfera di pace e tranquillità difficile da trovare altrove. Le camere sono ampie, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Buona la colazione con gli ottimi dolci di Enrica. Lo consiglio vivamente se cercate un posto tranquillo e immerso nella natura. Guido e Laura
