The location is very central and close to the waterfront and many of the attractions in Plymouth. On-site parking was a lovely bonus. There were a few issues with the blinds, shutters, and dishwasher.
• Paul (5/5): Would not stay here again - Location was great! Perfect distance from everything They take a deposit off you for possible damages, however when we arrived in the apartment the bar stools were ripped, holes in the sofa cushions. Couldn’t even get the sofa bed to work correctly, both children had to sleep on separate sofa. All the furniture looked fragile to scared to use incase of damages.

• Kieron (6/5): Ok - Was difficult to get them back in the morning as the property was closed where I collected them from. The gentleman who answered the phone outside opening hours was rude. The apartment was VERY noisy, plus furniture and other things were damaged.

The description and pictures show a property that is well lit and attractive however the property is dull, lifeless, and in need of renovation. Sofas and seats are falling apart, cushions are dirty and uncomfortable, door handles fall off and everything creaks. The bed slants to one side!!! Really?! There was an overall negativity to the place with other occupants of the apartments making far too much noise.

• Jordan (1/5): Never again - Not a lot Well firstly out of the three beds there was one quilt with a cover and one other quilt without a cover, most of the furniture is falling apart, it wasnt clean, it took over an hour to get into the place having to drive around town for the keys

• Rojan (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely place to stay. Really good location and fantastic communication with instructions and key collection, etc.. Clean and tidy. We will definitely stay there again.
• Lejuste (10/5): It was a great stay, in a great location and in a very high standing flat. - we struggled a bit to find the number 3 Windsor villas to collect the keys but other than that the collection was an easy process just few minutes walk from the property itself. the sofa bed arms were a bit wobbly and the bar chairs a bit old. the quantity of shower gel for 4 people was very little but overall very pleased with the service and the place. Would definitely recommend.
• Kingsley (9/5): Brilliant stay, extremely spacious! Ideal location. - Fantastic apartment, extremely spacious and comfortable! Next time we will look to stay longer so we can appreciate the accommodation more. Breakfast in the Imperial was OK, only few minutes walk and the City centre was within short walk. Handy for the theatre aswell. I found the messages from Pureserviced team slightly annoying. For example, after I checked in online, I still kept receiving messages reminding me to check in, early morning, 6am message regarding check out instructions. There are some wear and tear around the apartment, so I would be confused how the deposit works in terms of proving who damaged what? I would recommend the damage wavier for the sake of £20.

My only negative was the deposit was a bit excessive .. as a solo occupier - understand for large groups tho .. but enjoyed my time there . Did mention this to the receptionist no mirror apart from one in the bathroom but not easy or convenient for drying hair etc .

Bathroom cabinet needed replacing as broken with laminate peeling off. Bathroom fan extremely loud. limited kitchen utensils and crockery. Too may emails and texts sent prior to staying. wasnt clear on £150 security deposit until on-boarded using web page.

• Paulette (1/5): Sloppy standards. - Location is convenient. A broken door caused me to get stuck in part of the apartment and unable to exit to the main living area. The emergency call line was not helpful. Instead of answering my calls they chose to text me every time I called., which is simply unprofessional and rude. They didn't send a maintenance employee they sent the receptionist who had initially checked me in. She proceeded to make the situation worse by blaming previous guests for stealing the door handle. When I told her the fault lay in maintenance not seeing the broken handle, she then proceeded to blame the house keeping team. I told her the fault lay firmly at the hands of her management team in not having regular maintenance checks completed prior to renting out to guests. She then made a further excuse that they have 90 properties so can't do this. I told her -then do not take customers money if you cannot provide the service. Her excuses made the whole situation worse. No empathy, no customer service skills, just a whole bag of sloppy excuses. I checked out a day early.

Went back a 2nd time given key and entered wrong room full of clothes. Concerned about security as imagined all keys opene all rooms. Found out after I left I was given master key as my key not returned. Shame as place was lovely.

• Jo (10/5): All round fab place to stay. - The location. The convenience of parking (paid for). The building is lovely and so is the apartment. This was our 3rd visit. Paying for extra bedding. Bathroom is looking a bit tired.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. Double bed in the bedroom and two sofas in the living area, both easy to open as double beds. Location 10 minutes from the seaside, few minutes a Tesco and other shops and restaurants. Easy to collect and drop off the keys. I received a bit too much communication, both emails and WhatsApp messages. No black out curtains in the living room, can get very bright early morning. Other than that nothing bad.

The property company employees were all very friendly and helpful. The property itself was great but I received far too many emails and other messages from the property company. One or two is to be expected, but this was fairly incessant and became very irritating!

• David (8/5): Very good - Location was great for the Theatre which is why we chose it. The incessant texts and emails prior to departure are very annoying and need looking at.
• Marianne (8/5): A very pleasant stay - The location for visiting The Theatre Royal was perfect. The accommodation was well furnished and spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has great amenities and despite being on the road it was mostly quiet. The apartment is spacious and cosy and there is parking available right outside the building for a charge. The blinds in the lounge area are tatty and do not work therefore at night, when the lights are on, you feel very exposed to the outside view, there are no curtains in the lounge either. The heating in the lounge was temperamental so it took sometime to warm up the apartment however once it worked properly it was very cosy and the underfloor heating kept the temperature constant once it was at the desired heat. You have to pick up the keys and drop them back from a separate location which is a slight hassle when travelling with young children as it is not easy to park safely outside.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful apartment. 10/10 - Immaculate setting to stay in. Loved the layout and style of the accommodation. We felt very relaxed there and didn't want to leave. Beautiful apartment and excellent value for money. There really wasn't much we didn't like! We noticed that the drawer under the sink in the bathroom was dented, that's the only thing that was slightly faulty, but obviously this is very minor. Would highly recommend staying here.

A little confusion over where we were to collect the key but quickly resolved and check in was very friendly and efficient. We have stayed in this apartment before and perfect for our needs. There was a very barky dog in the apartment next to ours. I am very nervous of dogs and this did make it difficult to relax.

• David (9/5): Excellent location and amazing property - Beautiful building that has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard. A lovely open plan space There's not a lot to find fault in. The bathroom sink cabinet was the only thing that was clearly passed its best and needed changing. Also, the underfloor heating thermostat was different from the instructions in the guest manual. This was solved with a quick google search.

The floor heating was an bonus too Not really a complaint just a suggestion to anyone staying to grab a bottle of milk before you come to make tea/coffee. They have sashays of milk but nothing better than the real thing Overall definitely saving this one to stay again

Despite booking for 3 people we GPT only one duvet, there were 2 sofa beds but Lenin was not provided so we couldn’t use either 2. No clear directions were provided for paid parking and we didn’t understand how it marked as a safe parking when there is no closed door 3. Very confusing directions for picking/dropping keys

Stained mattress and no mattress protectors (as mentioned by a previous reviewer). Early check in fee applies.
• Johns22 (8/5): Very good - Lovely location. Fab suites, we have stayed in a few now. Really nice places. Sometimes these are shockingly overpriced for one night. Also the deposit takes too long to be returned. (Still yet to receive mine a week later) also the private car park at the back should be included in the price. There's actually no need to charge. Its just greed. Checkout times could be later for the amount you pay. (Normall hotels/ suites charge 10 pounds later checkout, this company charges 10 per hour) It really adds up to a small fortune when every little charge is added to the stay.
