• ESTHER (10/5): Genial apartamento - Genial apartamento, súper amplio y equipado con todo lo necesario. El café e infusiones de cortesía, todo un detalle. Ivana, la anfitriona, un encanto, nos explicó todo fenomenal, nos hizo recomendaciones y nos ayudó en todo lo necesario y nos guardó las maletas tras dejar el apartamento hasta la salida de nuestro vuelo. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paseo de la zona turística de Zagreb

• Stefan (10/5): - Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Skoro u samom centru grada. U blizini se nalaze mnogobrojni kafići, prodavnice, restorani. Trg bana Jelačića je na 10 minuta hoda. Apartmani su prostrani, udobni i lepo organizovani. Sve je čisto. Domaćini su super.

Tih, centralno grijanje, veliki prozori koji se mogu lagano otvoriti tako dok me nema da se može lijepo izračit prostor.. Definitivno dolazimo opet Na ulazu je recepcija, a i vlasnica je toliko susretljiva da je stalno dostupna /

• SELINA (10/5): - Ivana’s place is in a great downtown location, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I had originally reserved a superior studio, but unfortunately the view was blocked by a building. Since I had mentioned to Ivana that I’m claustrophobic, she kindly arranged a smaller studio on the first floor for me. Although the window still didn’t have a clear view, it was the best option for my comfort. Ivana is a very friendly and accommodating host - she even let me check out later. The communication with Ivana was second to none. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, with everything I could possibly need and lots of lovely little touches that made the stay feel extra special. I left feeling happy, inspired, and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you, Ivana for being a great host - I hope to see you again soon!
• Susan (10/5): - Wow!! I was not expecting this level of thought and attention to detail but this place is a textbook example of what a short stay apartment should be! It was large, clean, well furnished, and thought given to every need of its guests. Ivana was extremely personable and helpful...so easy to communicate with and so quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making meals...even had a toaster (which seems to be a bit of a rarity in the Balkans). The bathroom was large and had everything well laid out ( didn't have to search for the hairdryer!) and even had a box of Kleenex (again a rarity in the Balkans!). Ivana has done a beautiful job with the building...you can tell that she really cares about the comfort and needs of her guests. I read the previous reviews with a bit of skepticism but they were all spot on! You can't get a better place, in a better location at a better price in Zagreb!!

• Christian (10/5): - Magnifique appartement situé dans le centre-ville de Zagreb. Bien équipé, ultra propre, et la localisation était idéale et faisait en sorte qu’on est près de tout. Au niveau des communications, le Propriétaire a été très réactif et sympathique. Je recommande sans réserve.

• Dimitar (9/5): Absolutely worth it for the money. - Very spacious, well equipped kitchenette and nicely done. The receptionist even allowed us to put our bikes in the hallway of the building. Just the fact that in our room the AC was situated to blow right in our heads (in case you need an AC).

• Seong (10/5): Perfect accomodation!! - It was really amazing experience to stay in this studio!! First of all, the location is perfect for tour. Almost all of famous places are in walking distance and there are lots of markets, cafes, restaurants near the hotel. Also, the hotel welcome us very kindly. I booked this hotel on the day when we arrived in Zagreb, but they respond very quickly and kindly. The hotel was really clean and comfy! We all loved the hotel and their kindness as well.

Do aprk in the multistorey car park (Gorica) which is 700m further West, remember to pay on the way out to get a cheaper rate! Don't be distracted by the scaffold around the building, this is to fix the roof. The acoustics however could be better to the outside. However, it is ultimately in the city centre, so it is what it is

• Lorraine (10/5): Welcoming and comfortable - I was greeted with a friendly welcome and ivana shared information on the city and my apartment. The studio is well equipped for cooking and very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is pleasant with open green spaces/parks right outside the hotel, lots of dining and shops nearby but quiet and calm. I would love to stay longer and will come back if possible.

• Amabel (10/5): - So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely.

Pizzeria,just about anything so close by and down town is just so good to walk for only 10 minutes. The host ivana was so helpful,from the beginning,replying to my messages and taking the tine to explain as my trip was complicated. And i was supposed to get the apartment at 16:00 but Ivana made it possible for me before 12:00pm So it was excellent stay. Definitely next time staying there again. Thank you Svini and Zagreb 🤗

Ivana was very thoughtful when we checked in - she had the ac on already and encouraged me to go into the apartment with our baby while my husband completed the check in process. The apartment we stayed at is on the main level. It was very comfortable and cute with the yellow accents. It was very clean with lots of storage space. We only stayed for two nights but it had a well equipped kitchen if someone wanted to cook. There is paid street parking reasonably priced on a side street which is busy but we always found a spot and it was affordable for Zagreb’s standards. We would stay here again in the future!

She called the police and when they came she explained. Her boyfriend came to help us. She gave us a lot of recommendations. Brilliant service. Lovely people. Very special .
