• Sandeep (10/5): Relaxed vacation at beach front away from crowd - We had a wonderful stay at Mucobega Hotels. It is located in a calm and peaceful area away from the city crowd and has a beautiful private beach. The breakfast was really tasty with many options to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly and always quick to respond to our requests. They also have a caretaker, Jessy, who took great care of our son so that we could relax and enjoy our time at the beach. One of the best parts was that the place was not crowded, so we had plenty of personal space and could truly unwind. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant where we tried most of the seafood dishes, and everything was delicious. Restaurant staff member Alex was especially friendly and always helpful. We would definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

• Simon (6/5): - Sehr schönes Strandabteil abgelegen in einer Bucht. Liegen im Zimmerpreis mit inbegriffen. Sehr freundliches Personal (Rezeption und Putzfrau) Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Würde das Hotel aber nur mit Mietwagen empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider gar nicht gut. Es gab nur Toastbrot und auf Nachfrage hatten Sie keine Butter oder Honig. Der Kaffee war in Ordnung. Preise an der Strandbar sind zu teuer. Die Matratze im Zimmer war zu hart.

• Ricardo (3/5): Escolham outro hotel e procurem bem - A praia não é má! Tudo! A Albânia realmente não é um país de primeiro mundo, de todo. Não conhecia e tivemos alguma dificuldade em eleger o hotel, entre Ksamil e Sarandë, claro que para tentar chegar a uma boa escolha na relação preço qualidade. Elegemos então o Mucobega e apesar de ver bastantes críticas positivas, não entendo como, porque não verdade o que se pode aproveitar um bocadinho daqui é a praia. Fomos completamente enganados com as fotos muito bem trabalhadas. Creio que no geral será tudo muito parecido. Estamos a fazer os Bálcãs e os hotéis no geral são fracos e não correspondem as estrelas que estão classificados! Vou colocar alguns vídeos e fotos. Porque não é justo as pessoas chegarem aqui e se depararem com uma realidade competamente diferente do que se vem à espera. Oferece muito pouco, a envolvente é desesperante, como podem ver nas fotos, a piscina e a sua zona é muito pequena, temos de sair do nosso hotel e ir até ao hotel do lado para tomar o pequeno-almoço, que por sua vez é muito fraco e a envolvente do hotel é para chorar! Só tem uma coisa boa, é muito silencioso, a vizinhança não incomoda (cemitério 🤦🏽‍♂️). A internet não funciona!!

• Danielle (8/5): מלון חמוד - חוף פרטי ובריכה שזה תענוג, ארוחת בוקר במלון השני שהייתה עשירה וטעימה. היינו בערך 4 חדרים במלון שזה גם מאוד נחמד ושומר על השקט. ביוב שמוזרם ליד החוף הפרטי כמו בהרבה מקומות באלבניה. אפשר לשלם באשראי אבל מחייבים במטבע המקומי לפי שער מאוד גבוה

• Anxhela (6/5): Was okay but will not recommend to anyone i know - The beach was nice The staff didn’t have a set time on when they cleaned the room they would sometimes clean in the morning other times show up at 5pm knowing that there is a high chance people will be in their room by then and would hardly knock just walk into you being naked. Breakfast didn’t have much if a variety of options, and prices where ridiculously high more expensive than going central saranda to a restaurant.

• Marcela (9/5): - A praia de Mucobega é praticamente do hotel, é bem bonita, uma delícia passar o dia lá, as cadeiras e guarda-sol são livres para os hóspedes, com exceção de umas que se paga à parte. A piscina do hotel também é bem gostosa. A praia por ser privada poderia ser melhor cuidada pelo hotel, tem bastante bituca de cigarro pelo chão.
• Sebastien (1/5): Pure Arnaque et en plus dégueulasse !!! - L'emplacement et absolument rien d'autre tout le reste fut une horreur. À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT!!! Voici le détail zone par zone. L'accueil : Personnel pas du tout à la hauteur, et pas du tout serviable. On s'est littéralement moqué de moi quand j'ai demandé si par hazard il avait un trombone à me dépanner. La chambre : pas propre avec des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain et des poils partout, avec une fuite permanente des toilettes et de la douche. Serviettes de bain complètement déchirées. Une insonorisation horrible et des bruits de canalisation qui vous réveille la nuit. La piscine : je n'ai jamais vu ça, vous n'osez même pas marcher pied nu tellement c'est dégueulasse autour de la piscine, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et cela n'a jamais été nettoyé, alors qu'il est écrit qu'il est interdit de manger à la piscine, vous trouvez des chips, des fruits écrasés, des serviettes papiers qui jonches le sol, avec un sol noir de poussière ... Il n'y a pas de douche du coup les Albanais on remontant de la plage trouvent ça normal de rincer leurs tongs dans la piscine!!! Juste INCROYABLE !!! Et pour finir, il y a la vue de la piscine qui est gâché par un bâtiment en construction abandonné. La plage : TOUT EST ABSOLUMENT DÉGUEULASSE... UNE HONTE !!! Comme vous le verrai sur les photos, les housses de matelas ne sont jamais nettoyées, on à l'impression que des gens on chier dessus tellement c'est sale, des tas de transat sont cassés, il y des mégots absolument partout, les poubelles de la plage sont horribles... Bref nous avons été obligé de payer des transats sur un hôtel familial à côté (siro beach) pour trouver un peu de calme et de propreté. Le petit déjeuner : Ah le fameux "Italian breakfast" comme c'est écrit sur leur fiche, je le cherche encore.

• Rafał (7/5): Świetna plaża, czysto. Basen z pięknymi widokami. Drogo jak za ten standard. - Największym atutem obiektu jest świetna plaża. Śniadania smaczne, jednak w kolejnych dniach jest już mocno monotonnie - codziennie to samo. Fajny basenik na terenie hotelu, umilał czas pomiędzy drogą z pokoju na plaże. Pokoje dość ciasne. Przy 4 osobowej rodzinie nie było to zbyt komfortowe. Ceny w restauracjach przy plaży zdecydowanie za wysokie. Zbyt mocno wykorzystywany jest fakt, że w okolicy brak jest innych lokali. Gdyby nie plaża i basen, hotel określiłbym jako średni z dość mocno wygórowaną ceną. Przy takim standardzie hotelu, personel mógłby skuteczniej zająć się zajmowaniem leżaków ręcznikami już noc przed ich zajęciem. I dotyczy to również gości spoza hotelu, dla których plaża za opłatą jest dostępna.

• Birgitte (9/5): Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. - Die Lage des Hotels war herausragend – direkt am wunderschönen Strand mit eigenen Liegen. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt und einladend. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Hier und da muss man in Albanien sein Blickfeld etwas einschränken, um die vereinzelten Bauruinen auszublenden. Davon abgesehen ist die Umgebung jedoch sehr schön und absolut einen Besuch wert.

La camera ben sistemata, cambio asciugamani e pulizie avvenivano quotidianamente. La. Spiaggia imbattibile, soprattutto di sera. La splendida vista dalla stanza era rovinata dal cantiere e dal cimitero. Il bar della piscina non era attrezzato (solo birra e bevande fredde) e mancavano le docce.

• Meri (6/5): - Леглото и възглавниците бяха удобни. Плажът е много хубав, малко заливче с кристално чиста вода. Закуската беше добра. Стаята беше чиста. - Много сме разочаровани от персонала. Никой от тях не го е грижа дали гостите се чувстват добре. Следват си заучени фрази и фалшиви усмивки. Момичето от рецепция не предаде на чистачките да не ни безпокоят във времето за почивка(въпреки, че съвсем мило я помолих) и разбира се тъкмо легнахме да почиваме и чистачките взеха да тропат на вратата. Беше 15ч. и тепърва искаха да чистят стаята. Не е тяхна вината, а това, че са недостатъчно за толкова голям хотел. Също така нямат табела ‘Не безпокой’. Момчето от ресторанта на закуска ми затвори вратата на терасата под носа (аз просто исках да закуся на терасата на въздух) без да ми обясни, че не може после да се отвори отвън. Веднага се опитах да вляха обратно в ресторанта, но той нарочно не ми отвори и си седна без да го интересува. Само с пръст ми посочи другата врата. Нечовешко отношение. Момчето от персонала, който отговаряше за събирането на парите за шезлонгите ни направи забележка, че сме седнали на два шезлонга от различни комплекти( така се падаше сянката) при положение, че имаше над 100 други свободни комплекти, които дори и на 30% не се запълниха до края на деня. Просто идеята не всеки там беше да ти развали почивката. - Шумно беше от другите гости в коридорите. - Местоположението е точно до гробищата. - Сушилото за дрехи на терасата беше монтирано точно под външното тяло на климатика и съответно нямаше как да си изпълни предназначеното. - Изобщо ако търсите хотел за добра почивка, това не е мястото. Ние прекарахме два дни от медения си месец там и нямахме търпение да си тръгнем. Не си струва цената изобщо.

• Cintia (10/5): - Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Foi uma viagem de uma mãe solo com uma criança autista. Tudo estava perfeito para nós. O hotel tem uma praia privada, hóspedes não precisam pagar pela cadeira de praia. Quarto 101 com visita para o mar, valeu cada centavo poder acordar todos os dias com a vista deslumbrante. Em um dos dias de limpeza no quarto, nos deixaram 2 garrafas de água mineral, que fez toda a diferença. Com certeza voltarei e vou indicar para amigos. Nenhum barulho externo podia ser escutado do quarto, apenas o barulho do mar Faltou uma geladeira no quarto.

• Timo (7/5): Bestes Hotel in Saranda mit kleinen Schwächen. - Rund um Saranda der beste Strand - schön angelegt und alles da, was man braucht. Die Hotelbesitzer haben einen Affen, der täglich mit am Strand ist, sowie Papageien - ein absolutes Highlight für die Kinder. Liegen und Sonnenschirme für Hotelgäste sind inklusive bei freier Platzwahl. Bei 4 Personen spart das Einiges pro Tag. Ein kleiner, schöner Pool am Mucobega2 mit familiärer Atmosphäre ist ebenfalls ein Plus. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, die Atmosphäre mit landestypisch gleißend weißem Licht leider eher an Krankenhaus erinnernd - an der Gemütlichkeit könnte man noch arbeiten. Das Dinner a la Carte, was wir zu viert hatten, war gut, aber auch nicht so überragend, wie es die Beschreibung der Speisekarte und die Preise versprechen - deswegen ein kleiner Punktabzug, aber trotzdem Empfehlenswert. Das Personal könnte besser darauf geschult sein, dass man wenigstens versucht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen und bei Mängeln diese auch ernst nimmt und nicht hofft, dass sich die Kollegen der nächsten Schicht darum kümmern. Serviceorientiert ist das Personal aber in größeren Hotels in ganz Albanien eher nicht. Generell sind aber auch hier die meisten Angestellten sehr herzlich, was, wie ich finde, die Menschen in Albanien besonders auszeichnet. Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück produziert wirklich keinen guten Kaffee (egal, ob Espresso oder Cappuccino), das war tatsächlich ein großes Manko (für mich jedenfalls).

Le personnel est top, que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au petit déjeuner. L’hôtel fait un peu fantôme. La salle de petit déjeuner semble à l’abandon. Il faut aller dans le second hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. La zone est particulière, travaux, chantiers abandonnés… on ne sait pas trop. C’est dommage car l’endroit est très beau. La douche était en mauvais état.

• Emilie (8/5): Très bon séjour, hôtel agréable avec plage privée et piscine au top - Établissement propre bien équipé avec du personnel agréable. Piscine et plage privée au top ! Petit déjeuner très varié Salle de bains sommaire, il manquerait quelques espaces étagères et crochets pour poser les affaires trousses de toilette etc Emplacement éloigné de la ville. En saison ne pas compter se rendre en ville avec son véhicule car aucun parking à Saranda. De fait il vous faudra prendre un taxi : 15€ le trajet donc 30€ aller retour. Un petit budget à prendre en compte.

• Harman (9/5): Fabuleux - La piscine, la plage a proximité, le petit déjeuner à la plage, l'ascenseur pratique, la chambre. L'emplacement est bien si on veut juste être a la plage qui est proche ou au bord de la piscine mais c'est un peu éloigné du centre mais ça ne m'a pas poser de problème

• Besnik (10/5): Sehr Gut gelegenen Hotel mit Privat Strand. - Alles . Hotel war sehr Sauber und Modern . Küche war Sehr Gut , das Personal war echt Nett --- besonders der Kellner ARBI -- sehr Nett und Korrekt * Strand war Ganz Nah , und Sehr Sauber ** paar Steine sind im 2 Kleinen Strand ** aber Fische gab es auch ! Frühstück war OK --- und Mittagessen oder Abendessen war echt Lecker in sehr Frischen Ambiente . Die Straße bis zur Hotel sehr sehr Eng und Keine Deutliche Hinweise auf HOTEL & Parkplatz!
• Els (8/5): Schoon hotel met privéstrand - Privéstrand, bedjes en parasol inbegrepen. Mooi uitzicht van de hotelkamer. Nette kamer. Er was ruime keuze bij het ontbijt, alleen alles was koud. Terwijl wij om 7.45uur al gingen ontbijten. (07.30 open) Als je zoals ons vroeg was had je keuze genoeg op het strand, na 11 uur lagen alle bedjes vol omdat er niet alleen hotelgasten komen. (Hoogseizoen) Wij vonden het vreemd dat er pas om half 5 's middags iemand de kamer kwam schoonmaken en nieuwe handdoeken kwam brengen. Dan komen veel mensen al van het strand. We konden wel gelijk schone handdoeken krijgen bij de receptie toen we er om vroegen.
• Tamar (1/5): - החוף היה יפה זה הדבר היחידי שאפשר להגיד על המקום הזה. חדרים גרועים עם ריח מסריח תמידי בשירותים שנכנס כנראה מהוונטה וכשביקשנו שמיכות לילדים נתנו לנו שמיכות צמר מגעילות. ארוחת בוקר היתה סבירה אך הוגשה במקום ללא מזגן כך שאי אפשר היה לאכול שם ולהנות מהאוכל. ביקשו תשלום עבור מגבות חוף על מנת לכסות את מיטות שיזוף שעל החוף שהיו מטונפות. בקיצור מקום מחריד ולא הייתי ממליצה לאיש להגיע לשם.

• Roni (1/5): לא ממליצה!!! - חוף יפה ובריכה מחיר מאד גבוה וחדרים ברמת אכסניית נוער. צוות שלא יודע מאיפה להביא אקסטרה שמיכות... ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא טעימה. בנייה ליד המלון ומצד שמאל נוף של בית קברות. החוף מאד יפה אבל עמוס. חווייה מאד לא נעימה במלון ברמה מאד נמוכה.

• NAZ (9/5): Muazzam bir plaj. - Muazzam bir plajı var, kahvaltısı bence çok yeterliydi, çeşitliliği de iyiydi.Akşam yemek yedik restoranda, fiyatlar biraz yüksek ama çok lezzetliydi makarnaları özellikle.Oda da konforluydu ama bu otele daha klas ve lüks bir dekorasyon beklerdim.Bir de sıvı sabun bile yoktu minicik bir katı sabun vardı.Ama papağanlar, maymun filan inanılmaz anlar biriktirdik.Sezon dışında fiyatlar uygun olunca değerlendirilebilir. Oda daha konforlu olabilirdi, sıvı sabun ve ikram da olabilirdi buzdolabında ama su dahi yoktu.

• Bekim (6/5): Nothing that could make me come back to this hotel. - Not satisfied with this hotel considering 280€ per night. I was expecting much more in terms of luxury and service. Is more of a 100€ a night at best for this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel unless u pay under 100€ a night. Service poor especially at the pool. Not worth what i paid for. Minimalist services.
• Nermin (9/5): - -Personal: Freundlich und Zuvorkommend. -Sauberkeit: Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. -Lage: sehr schöner und ruhiger Strandabschnitt Einziger Kritikpunkt: Unbeaufsichtigte Kinder am Pool, die sehr laut waren, gerannt und permanent gesprungen sind. Das Personal an der Bar hat sich nicht wirklich getraut ihnen etwas zu sagen. Eine Dame wurde durch eine Gruppe von Kindern direkt belästigt, weil sie die Kinder aufgefordert hat, nicht vor ihr zu springen. Anschließend sind sie gezielt vor ihr ins Wasser gesprungen und haben sie mit Wasser angespritzt. Erst nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden beim Poolpersonal wurden die Kinder gebeten zu gehen.

• Honorata (7/5): Śniadania nudne - Hotel bardzo fajny ,plaża bardzo ładna chociaż brak możliwości leżenia w pierwszej linii W opisie jest mowa o transferze do hotelu radziła bym o bardziej sprecyzowanym opisie .Niestety w wiadomościach pisanych był zapewniony transfer po czym nikt nie odpowiada na telefony i wiadomości także duży minus za to. Trzeba samemu ogarnąć dojazd z portu do hotelu.Na plaży lepsze miejsca są niedostępne dla gość hotelu za nie trzeba sobie zapłacić.
• Eliane (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Bucht ist schön. Das Meer flach. Da kann man mit Kindern gut baden. Das Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4 sterne standard. Im Bad hat es schimmel. Die Betten sind hart wie Stein. Die Ausstattung mangelhaft und halb kaputt. Hotel direkt neben einem Friedhof und einem Rohbau. Es hat ingesamt unglaublich viel Menschen für die kleine Bucht. Das Personal ist desinteressiert und die Preise völlig überrissen.

• Kevin (2/5): - Not much This place is so overpriced. Everything costs extra you need to pay $20 for a towel and the breakfast is terrible. It's a long way from town so you need a ar to get in, staff were difficult to deal with after we complained they would not give us a refund and let us leave and only offered $40 per night discount. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else
• Kathrin Maria (9/5): Fantastisch, wir können es nur empfehlen. - Der Strand mit den Sonnenliegen ist im Preis inbegriffen und fantastisch! Er ist für andere Gäste gegen Bezahlung zugänglich. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Einige nette Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Gratis Parkplatz. Schöner, grosser Balkon. Leider wird das Fühstück nicht mehr im Mucobega 2 serviert, sondern im Nachbarhotell Mucobega. Kein Problem für uns, nachdem das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt wo wir uns sowieso aufhielten, aber vielleicht für manche ein Problem und man sollte es wissen. Sehr schwaches Wifi
• Evelina (10/5): Härlig plats, nära till stan ca 20min att gå, fantastisk miljö - . Området var magiskt, vattnet helt ljuvligt. Utsikten och rummet var också fantastiskt. Personalen mycket trevlig & hjälpsamma. Frukosten hade utvecklingsmöjlighet, hade vart trevligt om de hade varm mat och kanske ett våffelstånd - nån som lagade äggen framför dig så du kunde få omelett osv. Mer barnvänlig meny på restaurang och mer alternativ för mat, glass i poolområde

• Anna (8/5): - The beach was very nice. The staff was super nice, especially the reception lady ( Hera) who did the extra step to make everyone feeling at home! Rooms are nice and clean, with a balcony with view to the beach. Location is 30 mins walking from the city, but if you have a car it's 7 min. The city itself is too crowded, so being a bit at the side at the end is not a disadvantage.
• M (8/5): De moeite waard - Mooi gelegen in een rustig deel van Sarande. Mooie baai met eigen bedjes, eetgelegenheden en vriendelijke bediening. Vriendelijke receptioniste. 20,- borg per persoon voor een strandlaken is teveel van het goede terwijl ze ook te koop waren voor €10,- per stuk. Wat mis ik hier?? Geen behulpzame dame bij het zwembad. Zat vooral op haar telefoon en straalde niets uit. Als het mijn hotel was dan ........doeiiii

• Adriana (10/5): Magical place by the beach - The place is really beautiful, it has a private beach with lounge chairs and a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and full of options. The service is top, they make everything possible to make you satisfied. The room is very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. At night there is fireplace with lounge music and you can order food and drinks from the restaurant from the tables on the beach. The beach is very beautiful and ideal for kids. I definitely recommend this hotel! It’s not a dislike, just a suggestion: the restaurant menu should have more options for people that don’t like seafood.

• MAREK (6/5): - Skvělá poloha přímo u pláže. Pro hotelové hosty lehátka a slunečníky zdarma. Bohužel již od rána hromada lehátek a slunečníků obsazena ručníky nehotelovými hosty za podpory personálu. Snídaně docela slabé. Restauraci jsme nevyužili, ceny o 50 % vyšší a jídlo na pohled méně zajímavé než ve městě.
