- Martha (10/5): Nice place, close to Rynek - Liked: Great breakfast, super comfy bed, great shower and bathroom, nice restaurant, good location, and free parking. Elevator helped a lot, though there are still steps (limit your luggage). Nice teapot, convenient sockets near bed. Air conditioner. Attentive staff Didn't like: Saturday night, even though we were on the third floor, we could still hear the "disco party" that is a weekly event that starts late and ends at 3am. And dining before the party, the dining room was disturbed constantly with furniture being moved and the outside doors being propped open.

Pyszne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Bezpłatny parking. Sauna, dostępna 24/7, to ogromny atut dla zmęczonych podróżnych. Bardzo dziękujemy. Z pewnością wrócimy do tego hotelu.

- Leah (6/5): Clean, convenient, but no extras and the breakfast is nothing special - Thankfully, there was parking available even though it was a quiet off season time to stay in Bolesławiec. Approximately 8-10 parking spots in total for the hotel. Conveniently located walking distance to old town. The first floor smelled like smoke even though the rooms were advertised and had signage that stated, no smoking in rooms or hotel. Sadly, a guest was smoking and stunk up the entire first floor. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 that were two floors apart. Any hotel staff should know when a family books two rooms on the same reservation they need those rooms side by side or on the same floor at the very least. The reservation specifically stated - 2 adults and 3 children. Lastly, the breakfast was quite awful. Small to no offerings and the food was not appealing to the eye whatsoever. We have lived in Warsaw for over 5 years and this was by far one of the worst breakfasts we have ever seen at a hotel. If you are looking to stay for pottery shopping this hotel was clean and conveniently located, but just know what you are getting. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars at the very most.

We booked the triple room, but after messaging with lovely Nadia, we were moved to an apartment opposite to the hotel with two separate rooms ( one for me and my husband and other for 17 years old daughter) as we wanted to be somewhere quiet after driving for 11 hours. What a treat it had been! Peter - the waiter was amazing when we had a dinner- lovely choice of food. Girls in the morning were really helpful to accommodate my daughters lactose intolerance - the female chef made fresh scrambled eggs just for her - without any butter/milk. I hope we will come back one day for longer than one night. I can't wait to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful hotel for longer. Note to the owner- you have one of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed in and absolutely amazing staff - well done 👏. It's not like I didn't like it... The stairs to sauna made me dizzy 😀 but the view was spectacular and worth it ...but that's me nothing wrong with the hotel

- Jan (1/5): So ein gepflegtes Hotel, mit guter Küche und barbarische Disko macht alles absolut ungeniessbar!!! - geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Räume Sauberkeit des Zimmers + Bad-Ausstattung gutes Essen im Restaurant "Piwnica Paryska" Der dröhnende Krach der Diskothek bis 3:00 Uhr in der Nacht hat alles zunichte gemacht!!! Ich wurde im Vorfeld informiert -> Diskos sind samstags. Es war aber Oster-Sonntag! Trotzdem Disko! Unsere Intervention wurde schlichtweg missachtet. Wir konnten bis 3:00 kein Auge zumachen, auch nachher nicht - wegen der Kopfschmerzen. Am folgenden Tag mussten wir 1000km fahren. Es ist unverzeihlich und nicht zu entschuldigen! Skandal!!! Das schönste Hotel in dem man nicht einschlafen, kann ist NULL wert, gar weniger als null, weil es macht krank! Schande!!!

Надзвичайно гарний готель , чудовий номер (Взяв номер 11. зручне ліжко, інтерʼєр ШИК, в номері дуже тепло незважаючи на те що на вулиці -10. ) . Надзвичайно смачна кухня ( стейк мідіум прожарки неймовірний, дякую шефу кухні), обовʼязково спробуйте равлики. Сніданки дуже смачні ! Персонал ресторану надзвичайно привітний , вихований , професійний і симпатичний 🫶 Я задоволений своїм вибором хоч я тут перший раз але точно не останній, і обовʼязково буду скоро знову! - Michel (6/5): Hôtel correct, mais pas de chance pour un voyageur boîteux. - L'accueil et le menu du restaurant étaient OK. Comme je voyageais avec des béquilles, blessé au genou, j'ai demandé à l'avance s'il y avait un ascenseur et on m'a dit oui. Mais en arrivant on a découvert que l'ascenseur était en panne et j'ai dû monter des escaliers étroits. Je considère que dans l'idéal la réceptionniste aurait dû me prévenir et j'aurais changé d'établissement. En plus pour accéder à notre chambre au premier étage il fallait passer par le sous-sol qui abrite le restaurant.

- Arkadiusz (7/5): - Wystrój hotelu,paryska restauracja. Blisko wszędzie. Hałas z piwnicznej restauracji. Zwłaszcza jak ludzie wychodzili na zewnątrz. Spać nie szło.

- Pawel (9/5): Ładny, stylowy hotel - Śniadanie bardzo przyjemnie zróżnicowane. Nawet osoby na diecie niskowęglowodanowej znajdą coś dla siebie. Położenie centralne - wszędzie niedaleko. Personel miły. Łóżka wygodne. Po wejściu do pokoju trochę waliło kanałem. Wywietrzniki trzeba przetkać? W sumie jedyny minus.

- Tarasiewicz-DZIUBA (7/5): - Lokalizacja , ciekawy wystrój W pokoju unosił sie dziwny , nieprzyjemny zapach. Przezszklone drzwi do łazienki i ubikacji nie dawały prywatności ( pokój trzyosobowy z oddzielnymi łóżkami - wyjazd koleżeńskie). W strefie sauny nie było ręczników, pod prysznicem nie działało wiadro.
