Nous mettrons cela sur le rush du restaurant au moment de notre arrivée ! Mais bon...un client est un client !

• Andrea (10/5): Best time in San Martin de Los Andes, highly recommended - Incredible view, really breathtaking! Breakfast was perfect and complete. Staff was very helpful and nice, thanks to Cecilia. Very prepared and reactive when a problem appeared as hot water temporary not available on a day. The road to reach the hotel might be tricky but the view can make you forget.

Frühstück gibt es in der Aussichtskanzel mit leckerem Omelett. Abends, wenn die Tagestouristen weg sind wird es sehr ruhig. Genügend Parkraum vorhanden. Zimmer fast luxuriös ausgestattet im Stile der 60er Jahre. Ich hatte Sonderangebot von booking und war damit seht zufrieden Anfahrt über staubige Piste durch die Waellas

• García Bardeci (10/5): El - La vista lejos lo mejor. El mejor atardecer del sur se vive en la habitación 1 y las instalaciones de lujo. Había de todo e impecable. Y es una caja de sorpresas: hay una radio increíble, un hornito, la gente es muuuuy cálida y buena onda. Las tablas del deck que dan a la vista muy dejadas y la ruta para llegar está poco mantenida pero entendemos que excede al hotel en si.

• Zarza Omar (6/5): Casa de té versus hostería - La ubicación de la hostería dentro del parque nacional lanin y la vista del lago lacar son insuperables En la hostería no hay personal que atienda las consultas ni a los huéspedes. Solicite una factura A el día del check in y hasta la fecha no la emitieron. El predio de la hostería carece de seguridad. Las pérgolas y Miradores carecen de barandas seguras, lo cual en zonas de altura, es muy riesgoso para niños. El servicio de limpieza sólo tiende más camas, nada más. No limpian el piso por ejemplo. La hostería carece de servicios a la habitación. Se evidencia una deficiencia en la atención de la hostería. El 100% del personal se dedica a atender la casa de té, dado que reciben a diario a cientos de visitantes y comensales. Si le dedicaran la misma atención e inversión a la hostería, sería el mejor hospedaje de San Martin de los Andes, dado que la ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares. Cómo último aporte, quisiera manifestar que a mí y a mi familia nos molestó que el día domingo el personal de limpieza consumió una bebida energizante que estaba en la heladera de la habitación, la cual habíamos comprado para el viaje de regreso en vehículo. Esperábamos un mejor servicio, dado el precio costoso del hospedaje

El predio donde uno puede caminar en paz y tranquilidad y está perfectamente separado la casa de te y su público de quienes nos albergamos en sus habitaciones y eso me parece espectacular. Amé como cuidan a sus mascotas el negrito y el gatito que son un amor. Excelente todo . El personal es súper amable y amoroso. Desde la señora que nos preparaba el desayuno más espectacular hasta los chicos de la casa de te que son súper amables y cordiales también!!! Volveré sin lugar a dudas. Fueron mi refugio antes de ascender el Lanin y fue todo super lindo y mágico, gracias a todos. Me han hecho muy feliz! A destacar que internet y el agua caliente es excelente todo el tiempo! Y a destacar la pastelería de ese lugar! Si hay algo que podría sugerir, es el tema colchones. Pero solo eso. El resto es todo para destacar positivamente.
• Astro (9/5): Fantastic in every way! - The location is fantastic! The drive (about 15 minutes) on a dirt road is well worth it. (A sign on the road would be a nice addition to let you know you are going in the right direction). Our host Carla was so welcoming and helped us with reservations to the adjacent iconic Tea house. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and it is so quiet and peaceful.

Freundliches Personal, gutes, leckeres Frühstück. Minibar vorhanden. 10 Minuten Schotterstraße den Berg hoch, das hat sich aber gelohnt. Gegen 2.30 h wurden wir durch lautes, langes Hundegebell der auf dem Grundstück freilaufenden Hunde geweckt. Ich hatte zum Glück Ohrenstöpsel neben dem Bett.

La casa de te, un lugar para disfrutar aparte Solo mencionar que por su ubicacion el acceso de noche no es de lo mejor.....pero en realidad es por esa ubicacion que lo hace increible
• Sofia Micaela (10/5): Hermoso hotel con increíbles vistas, buena comida y gran atención - El hotel tiene una hermosa e inigualable vista al lago . La comida de la casa del té es exquisita. La atención impecable. Festeje mi cumpleaños y nos reservaron un lugar junto a la ventana para ver mejor el atardecer. Todos fueron super amables hicieron de mi día muy especial. La atención de todos son destacables . Definitivamente volveríamos

• Charlotte (6/5): Schön, aber zu teuer für das Gebotene, Teehaus sehr teuer - Fantastischer Blick, gemütliches Zimmer, zweites Frühstück war gut (am zweiten Tag gab es etwas Obst und frischen Saft) Nicht besonders freundlich, musste relativ lange im Teehaus warten, bis ich ins Zimmer konnte, überteuert, Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität: keine Küche, keine Gemeinschaftsküche, überhaupt keine Kochgelegenheit.

• Aviv (5/5): Nice location but not worth to spend the night - The view, breakfast was nice The lodge wasn’t in great shape, the cleaning can improve (the sofas and bed sheets has stains, the sink was dirty…), the bed and pillows were not so comfortable, and in total it was below my expectations. In addition from 21 pm there is no one in the property and if anything is needed there is no one to talk to and it’s unpleasant to feel alone at night at the mountain.
• Malena (7/5): Excelente lugar pero mala gestión - La vista y la habitación soñados. La comida del desayuno súper buena también Es un hotel que no cuenta con recepción por lo tanto cuando llegamos a las 17hs tuvimos que esperar 1h para ser atendidos. Esa hora estuvimos parados en el medio de la casa de te (no había lugar para sentarse en su interior) por lo cual tengo que bajar drásticamente la puntuación que sino hubiese sido 10. Nos dijeron que quizás nos compensaban pero en cuanto nos dieron el cuarto el personal medio que se desliga de la parte del Lodge. Siento que podrían tener un recepcionista con el precio que te cobran. Inclusive no hay una persona que te oriente para hacer el check out o mismo para llegar al pueblo (fuimos caminando y terminamos en una zona fea). Le falta cariño en la gestión del lugar me da mucha pena porque el lugar en sí es hermoso.
• Magda Daniela (10/5): Vista sensacional - Hospedar-se aqui foi uma experiência simplesmente exemplar. O lugar é rústico, mas ao mesmo tempo é extremamente confortável, com roupas de cama premium que garantem noites de descanso perfeito. O atendimento da Carla é impecável, sempre atenciosa e prestativa, fazendo toda a diferença na estadia. A vista para as montanhas, a cordilheira e o Lago Lácar é de tirar o fôlego — um cenário que parece obra de arte, mas é totalmente real. A sensação é de estar em uma verdadeira imersão na natureza, com paz, silêncio e beleza ao redor.

• Filipe (8/5): Vista arrebatadora! Quarto maravilhoso. Serviço ficou a desejar. - Quarto é lindo, a vista arrebatadora! Acomodaçoes muito confortaveis: cama, chuveiro, aquecimento, etc… 1- quarto tinha banheira mas nao permitiam usar 2- talvez por ser um lodge e nao um hotel, voce virtualmente nao consegue atendimento ou serviço de quarto. No check-in me deram um numero de aplicarivo de mensagens para pedir serviço de quarto. Só foram me responder mais de 12 horas depois. 3- pouco suporte. Em outro dia, no cafe da manha, a unica funcionaria na conseguia oferecer chá para gente pois nao tinha mais bules disponiveis.

• Ravini (9/5): Espetacular, mas com ressalvas! O wifi prejudicou a experiência! - Da vista, do conforto e beleza do quarto, com calefação no quarto e banheiro, e piso aquecido! O café da manhã espetacular com suco de laranja espremido na hora, e com uma vista incrível! Roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, com uma limpeza otima! E a funcionária do café e que arrumava os quartos extremamente simpática e solícita! Definitivamente, o wifi! São 4 cabanas, não sei se a internet é compartilhada com a Casa de Té, mas foi o pior wifi possível. Com o valor investido no quarto, um lugar afastado e que o sinal de telefone/5G também não pega direito, cabe com MÁXIMA urgência pensarem em instalar um wifi via satélite! Se alguém for com a pretensão de trabalhar home office: desista! Vai passar raiva! Outra coisa que deve ser levada em consideração: a distância do centro da cidade, os taxis cobram valor fechado de 18.000 mil pesos para descer ou subir. Além disso, o hospede também não tem nenhuma preferência na reserva de mesa na casa de té, desistimos de provar pela espera!

Por el precio debería estar todo en condiciones de primera, por ejemplo no teníamos calefacción central y nos dejaron una estufa, la puerta que daba al exterior estaba cerrada a presión solo con un pasador, entre otras cosas

• Sukhmani (9/5): Stunning Views and Cosy Cabins - It’s a lovely mountain lodge, with the best view of San Martin and the lake. The cabins are cute and cosy, with a patio overlooking the lake. The view is Wow, you can sit there for days! This is clearly the highlight of the property. The only downside was getting there. Since we didn’t have our own car, we had to struggle to find a taxi and the local taxis are very expensive for the short ride to town. Also the tea house is a limited menu, so we had to end up going down to the city for our meals. This wasn’t ideal. The tea house in itself is lovely and added to our stay experience and so did the little walking trail. The breakfast is a little basic, so there’s some scope for improvement. The approach road is broken, so getting up there is a bit taxing.

• Lora (8/5): - The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay.

The staff from the tea house were very kind, but the same cannot be said for the people in charge of the breakfast. The treatment was borderline rude. Communication via WhatsApp was not good.

• Philip (10/5): Exceptional - I've rated this lodge a 10 not because it is perfect but because its positives so far outweigh the negatives. The setting is simply magnificent, stupendous, gorgeous... add as many superlatives as you like, you still can't do it justice. Then on top of that the staff is very friendly and helpful; the breakfast spread is delicious and generous; and the bed was Goldilocks perfect - neither too hard nor too soft. And we were delighted to learn that they even offer room service from the tea room. There's no way to sugar coat it: the 15 minute drive up there on bone-jarring gravel is not something you want to repeat if you can help it. (But then the reward is the stunning view from the property.) There are aspects of the hard product that are run down and in need of improvement. But not enough that it should put you off.

Pas un bon rapport qualité-prix, étant donné que c’est très loin du centre (plus de 30min à pied-ce n’est pas mentionné dans la description) et que la route pour y accéder est en très mauvais état. Nous avons eu peur d’avoir une crevaison avec notre auto. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, c’est très vieux. Les photos sont plus belles que la réalité. Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre.

• Gustavo (8/5): Precisa sair do amadorismo - Boa estadia apesar de evento de maratona (triatlom) comprometer minha rotina de acesso a hospedaria. Excelente chuveiro, enxoval, estacionamento. Cafe da manhã pode melhorar. Por ser uma hospedagem distante e de dificil acesso ao centro da cidade, o estabelecimento deveria oferecer condições como refeições fora de horário, frigobar abastecido, pois o hospede passa fome. Recomendo que o silêncio seja valorizado no local: acordar pela manhã com barulho de maquinas de jardim é muito desagradável. O acesso a hospedaria é um caos. Eu aluguei uma camionete e mesmo assim era desconfortável dirigir ate o Arrayan.

Cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom… Mas o hotel tem 4 quartos e só o meu estava ocupado. Local de difícil acesso, super isolado…à noite muito medo de sair e voltar pois não há funcionários nem ninguém no local. Café da manhã só tem ovo,pão,queijo,presunto e algumas bolachinhas doces… café aquecido em microondas!!!

• Yuan (8/5): - The property has a great view of the lake and mountains. The porch connected to the room is lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset. it is a not too far from the city center, but the mountain road condition made it less attractive to drive out and visit.

• Jerom (10/5): Exceptional - The location was superb, likely the best view of the mountains and lakes surrounding San Martin de Los Andes. A little removed, and can only be accessed by dirt road. However, with a rental car this can be accessed easily.

• Francesco (7/5): Amazing place to relax, customer care to be improved - The place and view is amazing. Staff very kind and supportive during afternoon working hours of Casa del te. Food very good. Breakfast spot amazing Late answer or no answer by booking chat and whatsapp chat, still I am waiting answer from them. I called several time without answer. I told to them at check-in. I was asking support for taxi to reach the building but I managed alone using uber. Overall the building can be improved considering the price paid and comparing with other lodge were I have been.
• Hen (8/5): A really comfortable relaxing stay. - Amazing views from the hotel and very comfortable. It’s fairly rustic which doesn’t come across in the photos but this doesn’t impact the stay. Very hot in the evenings with no way to improve the temperature. Not great value for money.
