Staff was very friendly, there were two little lovely puppies.. The property is poorly maintained, the grass could be cut. Electricity sockets should be fixed. Wall in the shower should be cleanded. We did not like that we had neighbours behind the wall as at the end it turned out it was like double bungalow not private and we could hear every noise of them. When you book, make sure you book private bungalow if you want peace.

Room had a big bed, a net, ac, netflix, a porch and drinking water. It was a relaxing stay. Cute little puppies stole my heart there. They make food there also, portions are pretty big. Started my stay with the message that for the first night they are overbooked, so had to stay somewhere else, it was initially very stressful. Apart from that, little details like bathroom door is not closing very well and the mosquitos could come in as the bathroom is kinda outside but connected to a room, just the room is not covered, nice vibe. The water pressure was pretty bad.

The balcony had a hammock, and the breeze was nice because the house was surrounded by greenery, like coconut and pomelo trees. It was also close to a beautiful beach, just a 5-minute bike ride away. The hosts arranged for us to borrow bicycles on-site! Thank you so much! Nothing

• Li Shan (7/5): Pleasant, relaxed stay in a village setting, with modern amenities for comfort! - I liked that it was firstly, value for money. Secondly, the homestay compound reminded me of a kampung (a Malay term for village). It was nestled in a village like setting with flowers, trees, streams, with butterflies flying about, just beautiful ! Each cottage has toiletries and a hairdryer, which makes it convenient, with power plugs all over and even one conveniently situated on the porch of the cottage. The compound has a pool, a dining area and it serves food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners are friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease. One of the staff, a friendly middle aged gentleman lent me a flashlight to use during my stay :) I felt very relaxed staying here. The location of the property is about a 10mins drive to the nearest city area with more homestay, restaurants and shopping marts. However, the roads leading to the city area are very dark. We do not drive so had to depend on Grab for transport, and we could not get a grab ride out for meals. So we had our lunch and dinner on a couple of days at the homestay. We do not mind as the homestay serves decent food. On the overall, we had a pleasant stay :)

• marina (10/5): - Endroit magnifique au calme dans un grand jardin. La famille qui gère le lieu est extrèmement sympathique. La cuisine maison est excellente. La piscine est très propre et assez grande pout enchainer les longueurs. Grâce aux vélos prêtés gratuitement nous avons eu accès à la plage, aux retaurants et salons de massage à environ 1 km. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

• Анастасия (9/5): - Отдыхала с 02.01-15.01.2026 Отель Территория зеленая , ухоженная . Завтраки по 4. Это Азия , не путать с Турцией!!! Уборка норм, но надо звать или вешать на ручку , чтоб убрали номер . Сами не заходят в номер , воду ставят рядом с дверью . Вода -2 Бут в день . Так же в ресторане, всегда есть 20литровый бутыль в доступе . Бассейн норм, чистый . Шезлонгов всего 7-8шт на 15 номеров по 2 человека. Мы ходили всегда на море . Местоположение . С детьми точно не советую !!!! Очень все далеко (если без байка ) Море- очень далеко пешком , засекали 25мин нормальным шагом. Хоть и любим гулять , но в жару +30 такое себе .Мы были на байке и всегда катались . Море и пляж идеальные , без волн , без мусора . Пляж находится на территории Ocean Bay resort. Шезлонги стоят 500вт, но мы бою ради всегда собой подстилку и норм! Инфрастуктура вся далеко . Надо на байке . До центра (Кинг Конг) на байке 20 мин, на север зоопарк , океанариум, Венеция 20мин. Рядом вкусных ресторанов НЕТ!!! Катались от отеля налево по дороге , на первом светофоре налево , там улица и очень много ресторанов . Норм ресторан TiM. Массажи норм 300бт все тело, или ноги. Салон OLoVe рекомендую , у кого проблемы с поясницей , есть там женщина , она лечит🥰 , но надо минимум 8-10 сеансов сделать . А так , хорошая 3* Всем советую , кто на байке ! Спасибо за проживание 🥰

• Suzannah (6/5): Got put in a villa in a construction site for 2 of the 3 nights - The 1 night we were able to stay in the actually advertised location, free scooter rental and free taxi transfer back to the airport. The morning of arrival I started getting messages my creditcard didn't work because of a missing CVV. I added it and it still didnt work. I tried adding Mastercard, Visa cards and even my friend's creditcard which had been working everywhere on his trip in Vietnam and the payment still did not go through. Besides this I was constantly keeping the host up to date on our arrival time/flight information, so it was clear we weren't going to be no-shows. Upon arrival we were told our 2 bungalows weren't available anymore and we were gonna be brought to a villa for 1 night after which we could stay in the actual bungalows we reserved. We arrived at the villa and it was in the middle of a construction site as it was just finished 2 days prior. We did get free scooter rental but if it wasnt for that it would've been a 20 min walk to the center instead of a 5 min. Long story short, we woke up from construction sounds at 7am and were also told the bungalows were still not available and we would have to spend another night at the villa. Unfortunately there was 0 availability on the whole island the time we were staying there, so we couldn't just move to another place. After the first night of not being able to move to our actual accommodation and being ignored on whatsapp we just assumed the rest of the stay would be in the villa. The next day, again, we were awoken at 7am by construction noise, the construction crew had just walked into the garden and started working on finishing up a swimming pool; so we couldn't even relax in the living room as it directly faced the garden. Then at 11am the actual owner of the villa told us we had to check out of there as new guests were arriving that day. This was not communicated with us so we had to speed pack everything and get out asap. Pomelo garden arranged for our luggage to be picked up, only after I requested it, and it got dropped of in the 1 bungalow that was already available.

• Aleksandra (1/5): Unacceptable practices and poor standard - I booked this hotel for a 5-day New Year's Eve stay. A few days before arrival, the property contacted us claiming they couldn't see the CVV code of my card and were unable to process the payment, so they were cancelling the reservation. On Booking, however, the status remained "confirmed," and we verified twice that our card details were correct. Even though Booking's support couldn't reach the hotel, they advised us to show up anyway. Just before check-in, the hotel messaged us twice saying the booking was cancelled, showing zero willingness to solve the issue (e.g., by offering payment on-site). Only when we informed them we were coming anyway did the "problem" suddenly disappear. As soon as we paid and checked in, the receptionist cancelled our reservation in the Booking. We wasted two days on explanations and dealt with an immense amount of stress. Interestingly, we weren't the only guests in this situation. It is worth adding that there were no alternatives at this time on Phu Quoc. As for the hotel itself, it’s just "okay." While it is cheap and in a nice location, it is very poorly maintained. Our "standard bungalow" turned out to be half of a cottage where you could hear every sound from the neighbors. The bathroom was a disaster: very low water pressure, a disgusting toilet, and dirty green walls. Light switches were hanging off the walls, the canopy over the bed was dusty, and we were only given one set of towels for the entire stay. The sunbeds and mattresses by the pool also need refreshing. I strongly advise against staying here. Given their treatment of guests, it’s better to pay more for a higher standard and honest service.

• Martin (1/5): Scammer alert, owner refused check in and very shady place! - Nothing, we could not check-in in during busy holiday period and owner changes booking dates without consent. Although we had confirmed booking and working card details at booking.com, the owner asks for credit card details and claims the booking is unconfirmed. The place has been overbooked, probably because they could rent at much higher prices, we have been refused to check in and left alone on the island (with two small kids). They „offered“ alternative apartment which has been a building site at shady location, the taxi driver warned us to stay there. All in all, a terrible experience, it cost us two days and a lot of stress during the vacation. Also there have been no alternative accommodation on booking.com available, so the Automat service left us also alone. From what we saw of the outside, the place is also run down. Word of advice: stay away!

Sono sempre gentili e disponibili. La piscina presente potrebbe essere un ottimo svago alla spiaggia (non troppo vicina). Camere molto carine perlinate in legno. Il bagno (sia doccia che WC) all'aperto fa proprio wild. Ambiente semplice. Non vicino alla spiaggia. E' necessario prendere uno scooter (la bicicletta è un pò faticoso per via del dislivello tra alloggio e spiaggia)

• Roxelana (6/5): Nice location but not clean - The staff was friendly, the location is good because it is close to the next beach, close to the main road from where you can easily find a grab. Also they are offering free bicycle and the possibility to rent a scooter. Also it is very quiet. The shower is a big highlight, it was great to take a shower under the sky. The cleaning is a problem here: the bed was dirty several times, having hair on it and other dirt (see picture). Also the bathroom didn't get clean regularly. I didn't get my booked bungalow first and the staff told me I was lucky because I got an upgrade. I did so as if I would believe them but I know what I booked. If you stay in a bungalow which shares the wall to someone else, then you hear everyhting. Although breakfast should start at 7am, it was not ready at all at 7.45am which is quiet annoying when they communicate it like that and you rely on them. For the amount of money I paid to stay here per night, it was not worth it. If I stay on Phu Quoc again, I will not stay here again.
• Joel (10/5): A slice of paradise - My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and gave good recommendations for places to go. The atmosphere was very tranquil. Surrounded by fruit trees and coconut trees! The bungalow was very cozy and a nice reprieve from city life. The outside shower is private and an excellent way to start the day. Very close to an amazing beach that has great sunsets and isn't too crowded (a lot of beaches can be crowded in Phu Quoc). Great breakfast. I would definitely love to stay again!

• Jarkko (9/5): - A wonderfully peaceful and garden-like atmosphere with real privacy – the nearest neighbor is not close by. Because the area was relatively large, the accommodation felt really peaceful. Jungle-vibes! The shower and toilet were really beautiful and close to nature. Otherwise, the bungalow had everything we needed and was clean. The pool was large and clean enough. Still, the biggest strength of this accommodation was the breakfast, which was really comprehensive and buffet-style. Fresh fruits and numerous hot options. We were traveling for three weeks, and no other breakfast at a similar price point (or even more expensive) came close to this level! The customer service was friendly, and there was a warm atmosphere at this accommodation, which was reflected in the friendly customer service. The location was nice and quiet, with no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but they were within walking distance. Bikes were free to use, which was useful. not much to complain about!
• Ilona (10/5): A great cottage in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery. - The cottage is located in a quiet spot. There's plenty of greenery around. There's a pomelo tree in front of the cottage, which you can pick and eat. The room is quite spacious. I liked the large window and, above all, the outdoor bathroom. The shower under the stars is really great! The location is about 800 meters from the VinBus stop. The road from the stop is somewhat lit in the evening, though perhaps not as brightly as I would have expected. Since the hotel is nestled among greenery, I expected mosquitoes/bugs and other creatures. Yes, you could hear the sounds of nature in the evening, but there weren't many mosquitoes outside, and I didn't see any other living creatures. The pool and nearby beach – I can't comment on them, as I didn't get to use them. I don't think there was such a thing.

• MARINA (5/5): Я не понимаю почему такой высокий рейтинг у этого отеля. - Тут были новые розетки, все на этом, больше я не могу найти плюсов. Встречает вас ресепшен весь в мусоре, не убранный и не ухоженный. Продолжаем жутко грязным бассейном. Сад большой, но не ухоженный, реки или лужи коричневого цвета - которые являются рассадниками комаров, мусор прям на территории. Домик грязный, даже после уборки, подушки вонючие. Вода горячая добывается странным способом - нужно открыть ее в раковине, потом в душе. Пешком идти до пляжа или до ближайших кафе - неприятно и долго. Нужен байк или велосипед, но имейте ввиду; что дороги раздолбанные. При таком удаленном расположении от центра нет нормально мини маркета. Завтрак я не пробовала - потому что везде грязь и бардак, поэтому я не стала рисковать.

• Laura (10/5): - Le jardin est super reposant, un petit havre de paix! Notre hôte parlait anglait et était très attentive ! (il faut s’attendre que des petites coupures de courant)
• Naouel (10/5): Idyllique, cadre paradisiaque, personnel génial - Tout d'abord, les chambres ou les petites maisonnettes sont très mignonnes, confortables et originales. La piscine et le petit déjeuner compris étaient un plus lors de notre séjour. C'est un endroit calme avec une ambiance familiale. Un grand grand merci à la soeur du propriétaire (la seule qui parle anglais et qui vous accueille super bien), elle a essayé de régler tous nos problèmes sur place, et est d'une gentillesse ... Elle a un grand grand coeur et ses enfants sont adorables :) Elle essayera de vous aider pour n'importe quoi ! Nous reviendrons sûrement ! Et pour les quelques clients qui se plaignent du manque de restaurants autour ou autre ils n'avaient qu'à se rapprocher des grandes villes touristiques, cet endroit est fait pour être dans la nature, le calme, proche de la mer et la jungle et loin du tourisme de masse. Je recommande +++ foncez ! Vous pouvez avoir des vélos gratuitement et louer des scooters à la journée très facilement pour peu cher. Pour tout vous dire, ce qui a gâché notre séjour c'était les autres clients ! Alors que le personnel tente de satisfaire tout le monde, des clients se permettent de ne pas se "check out" pour la simple et bonne raison qu'ils ont envie de rester plus et prennent donc la place de personnes qui ont déjà des réservations. Cela créer un bazar pas possible puisque ces clients là se permettent tout, notamment un récent commentaire qui met 5/10 alors que la personne a exactement fait ça + est partie à 3h du matin pour se check out en dérangeant le propriétaire et sa soeur. A cause d'eux, alors que nous avions deux chambres au départ, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre de trois car il n'y avait pas assez de place pour accueillir tout le monde à cause de ces clients qui ont bloqué une chambre SANS réservation (pour partir dans la nuit en plus) !! C'est un scandale, respectez un minimum le sommeil des gens et leur travail, le lieu mais aussi, les autres clients !

• Jennifer (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Zimmer hatten alles was es braucht. Die Toilette draußen ist ok so lange es nicht regnet. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Für mich allein war die Unterkunft im Dunkeln etwas fern von allem. Tagsüber aber alles fussläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

• Daria (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful place in nature. If you are seeking quiet tranquility, this is the perfect spot for you! While it is a 25-minute walk or a 7-minute drive to the beach, bicycles are available at the resort for your convenience. The staff is outstanding, hardworking, and very helpful with anything you may need. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the garden.
• Callie-anne (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely bungalows in the jungle, a nice a relaxing place. Good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Sadly it rained during our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked good. Nice outdoor area with a table and chairs. The a/c worked great. Ourdoor en-suite bathroom was a nice touch. Just remember you’re in the jungle, there will be lizards, spiders and bugs around.

• Alex (10/5): A true garden to relax in - Wonderful place off the beaten path in Phu Quoc. It truly is a garden - lots of trees, plants and animals living around without being too landscaped or gentrified. The staff is lovely, we rented a motorbike form them and they organised a private transfer to the airport for an early flight. Couldn't be happier! The restaurant was closed, probably because we visited in the day immediately after Tet. Other than that everything was perfect!
• Claire (1/5): Needs renovation and repair… - We left just after check in. The place looked very run down, the photos are very outdated. The room we were given was not safe to stay in as the door lock was broken and there were loose wires.
