• Ross (10/5): Perfect location for a solo traveller, quiet, clean and easy to organise - Easy to get into the property, all codes, so no worrying over keys. Comfy bed, great view. Well located, not so centralthat its noisy, but withing easy walk of the town centre and very close to the famous church I think all of the windows could do with actual blackout blinds, the curtains behind the bed are just not quite long enough to block out all the daylight.

• Eva (9/5): Heerlijk comfortabel en super centraal - Locatie was helemaal top! Vlakbij alle belangrijke attracties. Nu houden wij wel van lopen, dus veel te voet gedaan, maar de meest doorgaande bushaltes zijn letterlijk om de hoek. Of je pakt een huur stepje. De keuken is prima compleet. Eten is duur in IJsland, dus we zijn elke avond langs de bonus supermarkt (200m lopen) gegaan en hebben een lekkere maaltijd bereid in het appartement. Bedden zijn (voor ons) aan de zachte kant en de verwarming stond hoog, maar de verwarming is makkelijk lager te zetten. Badkamer is fijn en ruim. Warme water heeft wel een zwavelluchtje, maar dat hoort erbij in IJsland! Alles was helemaal prima.
• John (8/5): - Excellent central location - there was a little noise from the street one night during a graduation day but that comes with the territory. It’s a good size. While absolutely functional, I found it a bit grey and charmless. The bathroom fan is weak so there is heaps of condensation whenever you shower. The information booklet in the room doesn’t seem to have been updated for years and recommends restaurants that no longer exist.

• Julia (8/5): - Die Lage und das Self-Check-in Wir hatten zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit dem einchecken, da der Code nicht korrekt war. Telefonisch wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen! So waren wir fünf Minuten später im Zimmer. Wunderbar!

• JIANG MUZI (8/5): - 位置非常优越，离bonus小猪超市大概只有两三分钟路程，这条街上到处都是纪念品商店，民宿在主街的商铺楼上。离一日游集合点都挺近的。电视还有Netflix youtube可以看。景色不错，可以看到雷市的街景，挺美的，还有个小阳台。厨房虽然没有微波炉烤箱那些，但是电磁炉是有的，锅碗瓢盆餐具也都有，有基本调料但没有油。虽然在主街上，但是晚上比较安静。当时挑民宿的时候选择这家没选其他家的原因就是其他家离酒吧近很吵。 房间小，厨房小，401没有微波炉，做饭不太方便。电暖片不太好使，第一天晚上有点冷。尤其是这个电视信号一般，一会连得上一会连不上wifi，尤其是天气不太好的时候，可以理解，毕竟冰岛天气的确恶劣多变。但是我们第一天就联系了客服，客服答应派人来检查一下，结果我们住了快一周，退房了还是没人来修。油烟机好像也是坏的，拉出来根本没反应，客服也是答应得好好的，回复很迅速，但是事事没着落。

• Catalina (8/5): - It's a spacious apartment with a dishwasher and lots of windows for light. Ample heating right near the bed as well. The space was very modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable. Location is very good for walkable activities, too. The first, and even second code, they provided did not work. There is no 'front desk' there so communication was all via booking.com; responses were fairly prompt, but after we had traveled 10+ hours it wasn't a good experience discovering the code didn't work. During the entire mix up the person communicating with us never acknowledged the trouble this caused us or apologize. The hot water also smelled like sulfur due to being geothermal sourced, which might surprise/turn people off.
• Bill (9/5): - Great location, close to everything within walking distance to most places. Grocery store very close. Duo balconies were excellent for viewing the city. Bonus free parking at rear was fabulous and helpful. All good.
• Lisa (6/5): Pratique et confortable mais ne vaut absolument pas son prix et les notes attribuées - Emplacement et bonne taille Beaucoup de problèmes d’isolation (humidité, bruit, …). Manque de finitions (pas de patère dans la salle de bains, sol en mauvais état, les meubles et le matériel est vieillissant, …). Un seul oreiller par personne et aucun supplémentaire en stock, une seule serviette pour les mains alors que réserve pour deux. 7 capsules de café pour 5 nuits. De la vaisselle en très petite quantité et dépareillé, poêle en mauvais état et plaque à induction extrêmement lente. Personnel très peu arrangeant (bien que disponible 24h/24) : checkout tardif facturé au prix fort même si prévenu en amont, oubli d’une bouteille de vin non ouverte et réponse que toute nourriture est jeté, aucune solution pour décalage d’une nuit suite à une solution de vol, …. Ne vaut pas son prix.

• Nicole (10/5): - Es war wirklich schön! Eine super Lage, alles war vorhanden, was die Einrichtung angeht ( außer ein Gefrierfach) und es gab sogar Netflix! Ich würde das auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Island komme.
• flavio (10/5): L'appartamento è stata un faro nel buio della situazione meteorologica - Appartamento perfetto in zona strategica sia per acquisti di ogni genere (alimentari e souvenir) sia per visitare la città la piedi. A pochi metri anche le fermate dei bus turistici (fermata 9) e di quelli di linea (per Perlan, faro di Grotta ecc). Lo staff è stato perfetto e comprensivo, l'accesso allo stabile e all'appartamento super facile. Letti, cuscini e sistema di riscaldamento superiore alla media. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto forse il corredo di pentole e leggermente ridotto, ma lo amo cucinare e quindi forse le mie esigenze sono superiori a quelle della media dei turisti. Un ultima avvertenza per l'appartamento all'attico, l'ultima rampa di scale è un pò scomoda per il trasporto dei bagagli , tuttavia credo tutti gli edifici con pochi piani della città non abbiano l'ascensore. La vista e la vivibilità dei due balconi ripagano ampiamente lo sforzo.

Great price for location. Need to provide more pillows, beds in general aren’t very comfortable but the pillows are terrible - would’ve been 10/10 if they were better! Also it would be useful to have somewhere to store luggage as the prices to store them at the bus station etc are so expensive.

I asked, during our stay, if we could have a late check out and they accommodated this for another 30 euros. Staff were initially slow to reply to my emails but then I had a lovely email exchange the following day. I would have preferred another couple of pillows and a microwave would have been useful.

• Nadia (8/5): Perfect gelokaliseerd appartementje op wandelafstand van alle benodigdheden. - De locatie was perfect! We zaten in het hartje van de winkelstraten op een wandelafstand van een supermarkt waar we boodschappen hebben gedaan. Er waren in de buurt ook andere eetgelegenheden indien het nodig was om even uit te eten. Het appartement had bijna alles wat we nodig hadden, toch zijn er enkele minpuntjes die beter hadden gekund, namelijk: - De kwaliteit van de kussens: we sliepen heel slecht doordat de kussens helemaal plat waren en amper voering inzat. Deze zijn wel aan vervanging toe om toch de slaapkwaliteit van de gasten beter te garanderen. - Keuken: er was enkel zout aanwezig wat betreft kruiden. We hebben zelf nog peper gekocht en paprika. Alsook olijfolie voor te koken, deze hebben we allemaal achtergelaten doordat het niet mogelijk was deze mee te nemen. Dit had zeker wel als basis inbegrepen moeten zijn in de keuken. Ook een extra keukenhanddoek was handig geweest.

• Lyu (10/5): - This guesthouse has a fantastic location. It's right next to the main street with lots of souvenir shops, and there are supermarkets within a few hundred meters. The only downside is that it doesn't have a washing machine, otherwise it would be perfect.

• Scarfe (6/5): Great location but not quite 'as described'. - The location is great if you want to be in the middle of town. The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. Once I used the correct contact information to contact the hosts about a minor issue, they responded quickly and were very helpful. The pictures of the room included a lovely armchair that wasn't in the actual room. There was an oven but no bakeware to use it. One medium-large cooking pot and one tiny camping pot, no vegetable peeler, some weird hardware things in the drawer - not exactly a well-equipped kitchen. I stayed in late November so the outside noise was minimal and I didn't need the windows open to manage heat. I wouldn't stay here in summer though as increased tourist noise and no other ventilation options would make the room too noisy for me. The printed accommodation guide in the room provides an outdated email contact which I used and received no response from (just needs updating to prevent confusion).

Fast communication with the host. The designated parking spot for our apartment was in the far back, along a wall, and was very difficult to manoeuver into. There was a coffee machine but no capsules.

Appartement totalement équipé pour notre confort, arrivée en autonomie mais la propriétaire est très réactive à nos messages. Très beau séjour ! Il manquait un peu de vaisselle, dommage de faire tourner le lave vaisselle tous les jours.

La cuisine n'était pas très bien équipée, peu de vaisselles peu d'ustensiles. Pas de passoire par exemple. Le check out est à 10h. J'ai demandé s'il était possible de rester un peu plus longtemps car mon taxi était à 12h. On m'a dit que c'était possible moyennant un supplément de 30 euros! J'ai trouvé ça très mesquin. Malheureusement, j'ai le sentiment que l'Iceland que (j'avais decouvert il y a 10 ans) et en train de devenir une usine à touriste... C'est bien dommage.

• HANYU (10/5): 非常好！超出预期！ - 太好了！令人感动！方方面面都很好，比照片上好多了！有烘干毛巾架、冰箱、烤箱和灶台，餐具厨具都有，拉开抽屉的时候都惊呆了！有几点小提醒：1、油烟机的开关在烟罩上，靠墙的位置；2、刀叉之类在第一个厨具抽屉拉开后的小抽屉里（像一个暗格）；3、烤箱很方便使用，可以去小猪超市买披萨之类的速冻食品自己加热。4、走到bus stop 9都用不了5分钟，去bus stop 12也不远，去bsi赶flybus早班公交我们都是走着去的，20分钟左右吧，不嫌累可以自己走着试试，有段上坡拖行李箱会有些吃力，看个人吧。5、底层大门在珠宝店侧面，需要往小巷子里走几米。地理位置真的很不错，星巴克就在对面。
