• Alice (6/5): Posizione fantastica letto pessimo - La posizione straordinaria, la casa è confortevole nulla di speciale ma c'è tutto Il letto è sfondato dormirci è stato un patimento, le padelle sono tutte graffiate da cambiare e sarebbe carnino che se gli ospiti sono 2 adulti e un bambino ci fossero 3 coppie di asciugamani e non solo 2 (il bambino se pur piccolo 2 anni si lava!!!!)

• Gilles (8/5): Séjour agréable à MADRID, appartement correct mais ne justifiant pas un tel prix de location - la situation de l'appartement à proximité de la Plaza Mayor et de la Puerta del Sol, le calme de l'immeuble, la propreté des lieux Absence totale d'isolation phonique côté rue dans la pièce à vivre : un simple vitrage, l'on se croirait dans la rue tant le bruit est fort ! Absence de tables de nuit avec lampe de chevet à la chambre : seulement un éclairage central trop fort et pas de possibilité de déposer ses affaires près du lit pour 6 nuitées à 2 personnes seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette mis à disposition Du fait de ces remarques le prix de location est vraiment beaucoup trop élevé

• Peter (7/5): Tolle Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung. - Die Lage war perfekt !Geschäfte,Markthalle waren um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht einfach. Standen eine halbe Stunde vor dem verschlossenen Eingang. Erst nach mehreren Anrufen kamen wir ins Haus. Ab dann war alles OK !

• dai75 (7/5): Idéalement placé mais ne pas être sensible au bruit - L'emplacement, l'emplacement, l'emplacement. Une communication avant l'arrivée assez bonne. Le bruit : donne sur la rue avec un simple vitrage. Les murs sont très fins: on entend la radio des voisins, et les déplacements de chaises. L'appartement n'est pas fait pour 4 personnes. Le sofa est trop petit pour 2. Le lit de la chambre mérite d'être changé : il est creusé au centre. Une salle de bain avec WC dedans n'est pas pratique pour 4. Il manquait des bols. La communication en ligne avec le service gestionnaire était très lent. Entre 2 et 4h, voire 8h pour avoir une réponse. Je leur ai indiqué qu'avoir 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 1 semaine, ça ne suffirait pas. Ils ont juste pris note. On a du acheté nous même : ils ont donc eu en bonus 4 rouleaux... Pas très attentionné...

Y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario Nos han tocado dias de mucho frio y la calefaccion es d sistema d aire y para la garganta no es lo mejor, pero eran 3dias y bien, y x comentar q nos dejaron el bote del jabon del baño vacio y solo un rollo de papel(eramos 4personas 3 noches..) son tonterias pero se agradecen esos detalles

• Lola Luque (8/5): Madrid en Familia - La ubicación del apto es EXCELENTE: a escasos metros del Mercado San MIguel, de Plaza del Oso, y de Plaza Mayor, cerca de la Gran Vía, y a metros de los puntos de transporte público. MUY BIEN abastecido el sector de todo lo necesario en las inmedicaicones, para poder preparar desayunos y comida. A pesar de su ubicación, y como es un apto que da a contrafrente, era un poco más tranquilo. Lavarropas muy bien, resto de los elementos y utensillos muy bien. Tuvimos muchas dificultades en el ingreso al apto. Las llaves había que retirarlas de una oficina, a unos minutos del edificio, y el código de acceso no funcionó. Tuvimos que aguardar la llegada de una empleada de la empresa que administra el apto, para que nos permita el ingreso. Ella también tuvo mucha dificultad para ingresar. El código no abría la puerta. Finalmente, tuvimos que optar por usar un juego de llaves físicas, para la apertura de la puerta de calle y del apto. Un engorro, pero bueno, al final se resolvió el problema. Por último, al efectuar la reserva, nos avisaron que debíamos depositar E$200 en concepto de fianza, mediante la plataforma de la empresa. NUNCA funcionó, daba error constantemente. Solicitamos un alias o CBU para transferir, pero nos informaron que la empresa no se manejaba de esa manera. No quedó otra alternativa que ir personalmente y efectuar el pago de la fianza mediante el uso de la tarjeta. Aún no recibimos el reintegro de ese dinero, pero nos dijeron que suele demorar. Confiar en que así sea. Por el resto, el apto está muy bien. Sólo se trató de cuestiones administrativos y/o de logística. Todo es posible de mejorar.-

• Linck (10/5): We Enjoyed, Great Location, Great Apartment. - Upon arrival, the door digital code had an issue and we could not access the apartment, once we were able to connect with the wifi at door- we could communicate on what’s app with owner/host who we appreciate responded and reset code and assisted us to enter. Bookings offered a free standard Taxi to our accommodation for upto 3 people and 3 standard suitcases. The car that arrived could not fit one suitcase in its boot and left us stranded for over an hour and had to pay for transport to Accommodation.

• Siti (8/5): Best place to stay if you wanna explore Madrid city center! - 1 of the best location in Madrid. In the centre of everything! You can just walk to most major attractions & nearby metros. Plenty of Bolt, Uber & taxi around. The main door downstairs - the lock was problematic. Had to call for help coz I was unable to enter the property.

• Reza (7/5): Great location, needs improvements - The location. It is very central and steps from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. You can access anywhere in the historic part of Madrid by walking. Opera Metro station is also at a walking distance. The apartment can use a renovation. The bathroom and kitchen are newer but the living and sleeping areas can be updated. The bed was OK but the couch can be updated and needs new pillows, etc.. The owner(s) were responsive but can do a better job making the experience more memorable. For example, there is a Nespresso machine in the apartment so they can add a couple of capsules for the guests to enjoy upon their arrival, or a bottle of water in the fridge, small touches really. One thing that might be outside of the owners responsibility but would still impact yor stay, is the garbage collection bins in front of the entrance door. The bins are always full and garbage is spread on the sidewalk.

• Lee (5/5): The apartment isn’t bad, but they should fire the management service - The location is good. That’s about it. Not so much the property, but the horrible management service and their terrible app. we filled out all of the nonsense on their app, by the way, none of which was required by the other locations that we stayed at. Only to arrive at the door and have the key not show up on our profile with an error message saying the contract had not been signed, even though, three or four hours earlier they had sent us the key after signing the contract about four times in a row and saving it. It still did not work with needed to spend a half hour with someone on the phone trying to get them to open the door. Thank goodness there were some keys left by the cleaning people in the room, which allowed us to go out and enjoy the evening otherwise I would have to wait an hour for someone to come and deliver a key. Secondly, there is zero instruction on the air conditioner waking up a sweat and a miserable night sleep at 3 AM. I finally decided to experiment and got the apartment to cool down unfortunately having to leavearound 7 AM. If you decide to stay here, make sure your phone is fully charged. Otherwise, you will not be able to get into your building and you will be trapped outside.
• Krista (10/5): A perfect stay to enjoy all that Madrid had to offer our family. - Centrally located so we could explore a different direction everyday. Close to great shopping, great food, and great sites. The convenience kitchen was perfect for us to prepare light food (breakfasts, snacks etc). This was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We would stay here again. It was hard for us to get in, initially, but we had arrived from a different country, were tired, not feeling well, and couldn’t get a cell connection (and it was late). But staff came and met us within minutes which was greatly appreciated.

• Gwena (6/5): Pleasant - Location is central. Walking distance to plaza mayor, opera, Mercado San Miguel. Surrounded by restaurants. Taxi pass by all the time Heating not stable, tv not working, no dishwasher, provided only 2 toilet paper and 1 very small bar of soap. One towel each for 4 people to be used 5 nights until I complained and we were sent 2 towels and 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. We have to try to open lock from inside few times. In case of emergency we won't be able to go out quickly. One of bathroom doors cannot be closed properly. Rubbish bins outside of apartment always full. People dump rubbish in street.

• Jo (8/5): Location is perfect - Location was fabulous, the accommodation itself was great The electric lock on the front door kept making notes like someone was trying to get in, but when I checked there was no one there. Just made me feel a bit unsafe. Would have been happier with a standard key lock and collecting the keys on arrival. Still not released the pending gold on my credit card for the security deposit. Almost a week now.

• Shaylon (7/5): Nice location but a few drawbacks - The location was great. Walking distance to everything. The place could use a deep cleaning. There weren’t enough supplies like toilet paper for our four night stay. I don’t think we should have to go out to buy things like toilet paper or a trash bag for a four night stay. They also didn’t leave any salt or pepper, which I find to be a very nice touch for places where you can cook your own food. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was hard and there is a topper on it that makes it super hot. And it is very loud in the apartment. I think there is a restaurant next door that moves their chairs at night by dragging them across the floor which is all we could hear for a couple of hours while trying to sleep.

Super central location, easy to walk everywhere, but really loud neighborhood, plus since there are the trash bins for glass outside, it was impossible to sleep because people are throwing bottles all the time. And in the middle of the night garbage collectors come to pick up that glass garbage and make noise. Everywhere else was good.
