Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): - Lovely area, caring host and warm staff. Local produced delicious food. Best Mozzarella I have ever had. And def check out the wine tasting and the Osteria Borgoluce. Breakfast was delicious too. Will definitely be back
- Melanie (6/5): - Very charming and an excellent breakfast, but our washroom had very many little flies and later in the evening ants. There were ant traps in the washroom but we should be made aware of the situation. Even our bathroom towels had many dead flies on them.
- Stefania (10/5): - Posizione molto bella e conoda.
confortevole e personale cordiale e disponibile
Ottima.la.colazione anche per ciclisti "esigenti".
- Hannes (10/5): - Schön ruhig gelegen, inmitten von Natur. Ein schöner Wanderweg ist gleich nebenan.
Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.
Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung in malerischer Landschaft.
- juiceb2018 (10/5): Great for Wine Lovers - We booked this on a whim while in Italy and it did not disappoint. It's secluded and the rooms are simple yet spacious. But when you are here, you barely spend time in the rooms.
The areas around the Hotel is very nice, you drive in through a gate, with easy parking and access to your room. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, with 100% local produce from their own winery, farm shop and what not. Everything fresh to the dot and very tasty.
The place is clean and it was a perfect fit for us as we travelled with our dog, and our dog could enjoy the greenery around the estate without any issues.
I highly recommend making the 5 minute trip to their Winery, go on a tour or just stop at the Farm Shop to buy some locally produced cheese and wine.
It's not often we want to stop twice in one place but this place is definitely one of them.
- Pirano13 (10/5): IN HEAVEN - Absolutely stunning amazing place! Whoever is searching for authenticity, comfort, beautifully atmosphere is right here! The rooms, the breakfast, the service (thanks to Gianstefano and Silvia)!
The whole concept of Borgoluce is fantastic: the vinery, the osteria and the b&b is like a piece of art!
- 84marianne08 (10/5): A wonderful stay!! - We stayed at Agriturismo Borgoluce in late June 2022 for a week and stayed in one of the apartments. We were a family of five and enjoyed our time there relaxing! The apartment was perfect for our family. It was so peaceful and we had a wonderful restful holiday touring the area and just spending time in the apartment. We had breakfast a few times in the B&B which was delicious and fresh with local goods. We thank Gianstefano for his kind welcome and knowledgeable personality and all the staff. We would definitely return again. We do hope that their wifi improves, but otherwise a terrific time by all!
- Eesha Jayesh (8/5): - Loved the breakfast, especially how there were different things everyday and it was their local produce. Especially loved their buffalo yogurt!
Gianstefano who managed our reservation was very responsive and assisted with all our questions.
Our room in the B&B was cosy and quaint - we just found the overhead light rather blinding, but without that there wasn't enough light in the room. Also all the bedroom lights emanated quite a lot of heat so we had to turn them off periodically so that the room wouldn't be too hot.
It's a nice place for R&R weekend, make sure to book a meal beforehand, preferably dinner at the Osteria. Also note that there are no restaurants or places to eat at the B&B, you have to drive out 10-15 minutes. It's best to have a car if you are traveling to this place.
- Petri (10/5): - This is an amazing place to have a quiet holiday. They super nice accommodation and breakfast. They also have two excellent restaurants on a different location. The best part is the quiet location and amazing biological pool.
- Helle (10/5): - Beautiful location, nice and helpfull staff and really good breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.
- Michelle (10/5): Lovely visit - Rooms are super cute with great bathrooms. No wi-fi. Very friendly staff, breakfast was good. Easy check-in. Great area to stay for visiting the prosecco region.
- Paolo (10/5): - Consiglio vivamente.
Molto carino, un oasi di tranquillità.
Camera pulita, spaziosa, letto comodo.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Ben curato e personale accogliente e gentile
- Martin (10/5): - We had a great stay. Beautifully decorated and located. We slept very well because it was so quiet. The natural pool was lovely too. 10 out of 10!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place is a sales pitch for winery. It is awful. Our “activity” was a wine tasting at a different property. The gate was locked when we arrived. Gloria forgot that we were arriving. Breakfast was sparse. There was towels for one person. We were 2. I recommend that you exclude them from your site as not to embarrass Travelocity
- Istok (10/5): Stylish, romantic, relaxing - We stayed only one night here on our way to Verona. It was not easy to find (the last km or so is on a dirt road), but that is its secret. Since it is far away from other houses, in a tranquil place. When you look out of the window you only see widows, forests, and cows (yes a lot of them). The house is pretty old but it was just renovated, and the outcome is really eye-catchy. This is a great example of how to mix old things with modern thinking. Our room was spacious with a huge bed and a big bathroom. Gloria, our host was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was really good. We are happy to have found this place. Oh, and if you are there, do not miss the Osteria Borgoluce. It is by 10 minutes drive but it is worth!
- Corinne (10/5): Charmigt! - Supermysigt och absolut supercharmigt ställe! Mitt ute i italienska landsbygden.
- Excursion227365 (10/5): Amazing 2 day stay - I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to tell people what a fabulous find this place is. It's in the middle of nowhere but it's very peaceful and if you are looking for some downtime then this place is perfect. It's very near to Prosecco Road where we had organised a day tour which is why we picked it and the fact that they make their own cheese and prosecco was definitely an added factor. The breakfast was amazing and you could tell it was freshly produced. I saw a review saying that there wasn't many options and if you are used All Inclusive then I guess you maybe disappointed but they went for quality and not quantity. You could still have cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, cheese, meat and eggs. The staff were very friendly and Linda couldn't do any more for us if she tried, thank you Linda it was all much appreciated. We will definitely be back.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Absolute perfection!! Everything you’ve dreamt about or fantasized of in an Italian B&B on a vineyard comes to life here. The hospitality was so warm and genuine, the room was appointed with everything you need, including sweeping views of the countryside. The host Linda and her staff go above and beyond to amplify every moment you are there. From arranging a beautiful dinner at their Osteria to a full day of Prosecco tasting at both their and other local vineyards... farm tours....Linda is always eager to chat about your day and arrange anything you desire. Offering to make up charcuterie boards for our mid day snack, offering cold Prosecco from their kitchen...it ‘twas like a dream. The only thing I was not thrilled with was having to leave!! We have been traveling for 2 weeks thru Italy and tho most places we’ve stayed were delightful, this place stood out as the most beautiful, warm with hospitality and thoughtfulness in everything they did for you. Did I mention the bread!!! The breakfast was incredible and full of produce and products from their farms with hot and delicious bread/pastry baskets! Honey, fresh berries, preserves, cheese, yogurts, hot flakey pastries and loads of crunchy breads...Perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs, made to order cappuccinos, farm fresh milk... at times it was just unreal. Don’t hesitate and don’t wait to stay with Linda in Borgoluce! I’m already planing our return.
Prosecco Prosecco Prosecco.
DOCG or bust!
- Gide0nF (10/5): Wonderful, restful location - We spent a week there as part of our summer location. A wonderful setting on a really beautiful farm. From the terrace you literally look over green with the exception of the castle on the hill. House/apartment was very well equipped and spacious. What really impressed us at arrival was to find a fridge already stacked with local produce from the farm. Staff were uncomplicated and very helpful with great ideas of towns to visit and things to see. There were bikes available and great opportunities to cycle and also to go for the odd run. The farm produces buffalo mozzarella and we also arranged to see the buffalo - very interesting.
