- Marcel (9/5): Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de qualité. - Etablissement propre et très bien situé. Le bâtiment est très original. Le Jardin est magnifique. Tout est propice au repos et à la détente. Parking public souterrain situé à 2 minutes à pieds. (conseil: visualisez bien l'emplacement de l'hôtel avant de vous y rendre, c'est plein de petites ruelles avec pavés). Petit-déjeuner excellent. Je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant. Le personnel (Accueil, service pdj et service chambre) est très courtois et très professionnel.

- Rainer (5/5): Gutes Hotel mit falschen Grundinformationen unfähigem Personal! - Schönes, gepflegtes, saubereres Hotel, für Spanien preislich gehoben. Erst nach der Buchung erfähert man, per Nachricht in Katalan, was Google auch nicht kennt. Daß der angegebene Parkplatz als solcher nicht existiert. Es gibt eine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus, welches dann vergünstigt ist. Ich Reise mit dem Motorrad, buche per App. Das Zimmer war nur per Voraus zu bezahlen . Nach Buchung, ich bin wieder auf dem Weg. Erhalte ich die Modalitäten zum Parken. Ir Ort erfahre ich, dass es eine Wegstrecke von 5-7 Minuten zum Parkhaus ist. Ich habe mehrere gesundheitliche Einschränkungen und daher mehr Gepäck. Somit hätte ich 4x vom Hotel zum Parkhaus und zurück laufen müssen was etwa 1 Stunde bedeutet. Ich verfüge über einen Schwerbehinderten Ausweis. Ich musste an der Straße parken, da war es insgesamt nur 45 Minuten „Wanderweg“! Eine Zumutung und für Menschen mit Einschränkungen und Motorradreisende eine Unverschämtheit!

- Michael (9/5): Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. - Extremely friendly staff, beautiful location. I particularly enjoyed the courtyard at the back of the hotel, very peaceful and a great place to get some work/study done if needed. The hotel was great, but Vic is a very sleepy town. I loved that in general, but it was sometimes a challenge to find open places, such as pharmacies and restaurants. But the hotel staff really helped.

No pudimos bajar la temperatura de 25,8 grados, ni con la ayuda de recepción. Tampoco nos gustó nada que no pudiéramos ver la tv desde la cama porque estaba metida en un cuarto adyacente,

- Domínguez González (3/5): Escapada de fin de semana - Lo más destacable del alojamiento es su ubicación y que es un edificio histórico. La chica que servía el desayuno fue muy maja. El desayuno está bien. Para el precio que pagamos el servicio y las instalaciones son muy malas. En las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, llamamos dos veces a la recepción y nos dijeron que lo arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron. El agua de la ducha salía únicamente fría y poca. Llamar a la recepción para pedir algo no daba resultado, respondían solo con monosílabos.

Muy difícil acceso; se accede por callejuelas recónditas, con algunas indicaciones en la calle pocas y muy poco visibles. Tuvimos que caminar unos 400 m desde el parking La habitación, con estilo pero no digna de un 4*: Una mesa diminuta, una sola silla, amenities en el baño escasas, lugar para apoyar una sola valija, en el duchero no hay donde apoyar nada, ni el jabón. Desayuno de poca variedad. Mala relación precio/prestaciones

- Pere (8/5): Fantàstica - L'atenció del recepcionista, per alguna causa que desconec, Booking no va enviar bé la reserva nostra a l'hotel i per sort, el recepcionista ens va ajudar. La porta de l'habitació 127 és de vidre i entra molt de llum. En el bany, la instal·lació d'aigua fa molta renou.

Al tercer día mi compañero recibe un cargo en su Amex por todos los cargos. solicitamos la corrección pero entre el hotel y booking se repartieron las excusas de no poder hacerlo y el cargo no se revierte, Lo cual nos ocasiona un gran problema ya que las normas de la empresa exigen q cada empleado cubra sus gastos con su tarjeta de crédito asignada. Corolario no usaremos más booking. Solo se preocupan en cobrar…..

The location is off the Main Street & difficult to find. GPS struggled to navigate a maze of ally way paths. Ended up parking nearby & walking to hotel, then walk back to place car in public lot. Ad claims parking included with special rate but it’s actually a public garage a few blocks away. Ad also claims “unload luggage before parking,” which is incorrect as hotel entrance is only accessible on foot.

Tot i que l'hotel encara no està completament acabat (faltava inaugurar l'spa i el gimnàs), l'experiència ha estat molt positiva. És un espai ple de detalls i amb molt d'encant. A nivell atquitectònic, conserva l'estructura antiga i respecta elements originals que li aporten personalitat. Amb moltes ganes de poder gaudir de "La Clandestina" ;) Els coicins no van ser del tot del meu gust, tot i que això és una qüestió molt personal.

- Ana Isabel (10/5): - La arquitectura y finura del interior, colores cálidos 173 acogen muy bien, hotel es muy bonito. Ideal para estar en silencio, la sala de abajo es preciosa con chimenea, ideal para un buen vino y un momento de relax. El colchón es muy blando, y hace un poco de comba, en mi caso me gusta el colchón con máxima dureza ... Por decir un pero, podría tener piscina para verano, tiene un jardín muy bonito pero una piscina sería ideal. El restaurante no nos gustó mucho. La calidad de la comida para lo que pagas y la cantidad.

- EVA (10/5): Buen hotel en pleno centro de Vic - Hotel reformado con mucho gusto, muy minimalista, con jardín muy bonito y habitaciones espaciosas. Nosotros cogimos una con terraza y la verdad es que era muy bonita. Baño completo con ducha, cama grande y cómoda. Aunque no sé porque estos hoteles no ponen almohodas de viscoelástica... en general muy bien. Lo que no me gusto es que el baño tuviera poca luz, el espejo era la propia ventana. Pero bueno solo es un detalle. También que en la televisió no hubieran canales autonómicos. No había cable de antena colocado, solo funcionaban las plataformas. El desayuno deja un poco que desear, bastante escaso por ser un hotel de 4 estrellas superior.
