• Nadine (1/5): eine einzige Katastrophe!!! - fangen wir mit dem Zimmer an: überall Schmutz und Schimmel, das Zimmer hat extrem nach Zigaretten gerochen und die Coach war voll mit Katzenhaaren. Als Allergikerin hatte ich sehr damit zu kämpfen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktionniert, auch nach mehrmals nachfragen nicht, Tür konnte man nicht auflassen, da ständig Leute über die Terrasse liefen und Katzen ins Zimmer reinkamen. Die Terrasse war eine einzige Mülldeponie und das Putzpersonal hat uns jeden Tag die 2 mickrigen Stühle geklaut, um nebenan gemütlich Kaffee zu trinken anstatt mal zu putzen! Frühstück: am ersten Tag gabs keinen Kaffee und wir fragten beim Personal nach, bekamen dann einen Kaffee, den wir bezahlen sollten!!! das haben wir aber nicht gemacht, weil wir Frühstück bezahlt haben, und da gehört Kaffee für uns dazu. am Tag war aber Instant Kaffee da! das Essen morgens war ein Witz...es gab 3 mal gekochte Eier, en bisschen Käse, Marmelade und Schokoladenaufstrich, das Fleisch hätte ich nie angefasst, sah sehr komisch aus! auch hier überall Katzen, sogar auf den Esstischen, im Restaurant...toll für Katzenliebhaber, Horror für Allergiker!!! der Pool war saisonbedingt zu, bei 32 Grad... wussten wir nicht... Wellness auch geschlossen... das Personal im Hotel extrem unfreundlich (kein Hallo, kein Lächeln, kein Anschauen) bis auf einen jungen Mann an der Rezeption, der immer lächelte und bemerkt hat, wie frustriert wir waren! die Umgebung des Hotels ist eine einzige Katastrophe: man stelle sich einen riesen Schrottplatz vor und mittendrin liegt das Hotel, nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts zu sehen oder zu essen, keine Restaurants, Bars...

Odaya girdiğinizde oda kokusu temizmiş hissiyatı veriyor ancak gelişigüzel bir temizlik yapılmış .

• Seher (6/5): - Leider haben wir nicht das suit bekommen was wir gebucht haben und wurden auch nicht vorher informiert das viele Räume renoviert werden darum wir in ein anderen Zimmer bekommen es gab auch keine andere Alternative oder Geld Rückerstattung da der Suit 1+1 was ich gebucht habe teurer war als das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben.

We managed to buy everything including cleaning products for washing the dishes, but we were surprised not to find it in the room which has kitchenette and supposed to be equiped with minimal stuff like this. Also internet had very bad connection, so needed to use our international roaming to be able to load even our mail, which in our exact case ment 100$ bill for the phone services

• Sevketcan (8/5): Güzel işletme - İnternet konusunda sınıfta kaldı. Wi-Fi beğenmedim, Turkcell hat kullanıyordum o da tuhaf bir şekilde çekmiyordu. Yalıtım çok zayıf, yan odada bağıran birisi varsa her şeyi duyabilirsiniz. Onun dışında iyi bir konaklama oldu benim için çok nazikler
• Pranil (7/5): I expected much more from this hotel. - Mini supermarket on site and friendly Lady who works at the restaurant. Awful breakfast options. No coffee machine, the cereal was stale, no wide fruit options. No eggs or protein rich foods. In fact I would avoid paying extra for breakfast altogether. There were no extra blankets or power points close to the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone or computer. No dishwashing liquid or sharp knives even though there was a kitchenette so I couldn’t even cut my own fruits. The location of the hotel is literally next to a dump. Trash everywhere. Nothing is close and the surrounding areas is in an industrial area. This is away from everything so you will have to catch A cab anywhere. This hotel is even outside the standard radius for any tours.

Kahve bardaklarının yanına konulabilecek birkaç peçete güzel olurdu. Havalandırmanın içindeki tozların gözle görülecek kadar çok olması rahatsız ediciydi. Muhtemelen yan odalarda içilen sigara kokusunun odanın içine gelmesi daha rahatsız ediciydi.

Oda çok keyifli idi fakat dubleks odalar alt katı ısıtmak çok zor, bu konuda hassasiyetiniz varsa oda tipini ona göre seçebilirsiniz. Bize verdikleri odanın kapı kilidi bozukmuş, odadan çıkınca kazara denerken farkettik. Çıktıktan sonra denememiş olsak, oda öyle ulu orta açık kalacakmış. Sorunu söylediğimizde yetkili beyefendi direk kapı anahtarını verdi. Sorun kısa sürede çözülmüş oldu fakat yine de kabul edilebilir bir şey değildi, herhangi bir özür veya telafi de olmadı.

Also very close to tram, isbank and Garanti bank, also off license or spati inside the facility was cool too Well all I can say is they shut down the air condition from the Main system but during the evening room was cold, and shower drain wasn’t fit in the shower and doesn’t look pleasant at all.

Odalar tuttuğunuz odaya göre genişliği ve Ferahlı açısından değişiyorsa Dört gece konaklamama rağmen ayrı ayrı rezervasyon yapmadığım için ücretsiz şarabı sadece bir şişe verdiler verdiler. • Napsugar (8/5): Good affordable option to stay in Izmir - Spacious apartment, good gym, nice pool. Shop and restaurant on site. 3 cute kittens. :) Good connection to city by metro. Some of the entertainment advertised wasn't working and our child was quite disappointed. Neighbourhood isn't the best. (Though the metro to the city is a short walk away.) Cleaning wasn't too well done. When opening the curtain, we found an underwear of a previous guest (or the cleaning lady's, who knows 😆).

• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - I have traveled to Izmir a few times now and this hotel is the best I have stayed at, the stuff are very friendly and helpful, when I arrived the hotel was full, after 2 days I was offered an upgrade to a bigger and better room, the service was excellent and will definitely be staying here again
• Maynara (8/5): Good for a business trip - The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was lucky and got upgraded to a bigger room. They also have a money exchange service, if you have an emergency like me. Super close to the metro station, but far from the city itself. The restaurant and the supermarket in the facilities are ideal! The Internet was not stable enough, and if you don't ask there are no instructions on how to connect. There was just a light blanket for sleeping (if you get cold easily or like to sleep with something "heavier" despite the weather, this is not good), and it was also not big enough for two people. TV did not work.

• MAHMUT AYDIN (8/5): Sesli yatak - Oda temiz, lokasyon merkezi, ancak çift kişilik yatak çok yapıyordu. Yatakta sağa sola dönüldüğü esnada çok ciddi ses çıkarıyordu. Gece uykusunu alamadık. Ertesi gün oteli değiştirdik.

• Zenaida (8/5): - Mi habitación estaba en la séptima planta, desde donde tenía una terraza bonita y buenas vistas. El personal de recepción servicial y joven, sin embargo, alargué mi estancia en dos ocasiones y la jefa de reservas se negó a hacerme tarifa de larga estancia ni ningún tipo de descuento. Tuve que hablar con el director, una persona afable y deseosa de colaborar pero aún así, no obtuve dicho descuento. Trabajo en el sector turístico y sería una buena opción para llevar a varios de mis grupos, sólo que necesitaré negociar las tarifas. Espero que la Sra Dilek (la jefa de reservas) aprenda un poco de inglés para entonces y esté dispuesta a ofrecerme un precio razonable o tendré que buscar otra opción. He pasado casi dos meses en ésta ciudad y podría haber pagado más noches en éste hotel, que en cuanto a servicios, limpieza, ubicación y espacio en las habitaciones, es muy buena opción. Por otro lado, espero que mejoren la conexión al Wifi en las habitaciones, tuve que llamar al técnico para que me cambiase el router. También me quedé una vez atrapada 15 minutos en el ascensor, en la séptima planta. El teléfono de emergencia del ascensor no funcionaba. Tuve que llamar desde mi teléfono móvil. Por fortuna, una vez contactado el hotel desde mi teléfono, vinieron rápido a sacarme de allí pero fue algo molesto. El hotel tiene bar, restaurante, piscina, supermercado, gimnasio, sala de masajes, peluquería, parking cubierto, seguridad en el complejo y zona de juegos. Recomendable

• ALI (8/5): Coordinat Suits Konaklaması - İzmir'de merkezi bir konumda olduğu için bu oteli seçtik ve 3 gün konakladık. Metroya 4 dk. yürüme mesafesinde ve her yere kolayca gidilebiliyor. Otel genel olarak iyi, sadece kahvaltı 3 günde de aynıydı tek bir değişiklik bile yoktu, ufak değişiklikler yapılabilirdi.

• Immaya (10/5): Super hôtel ! - Superbe hôtel, propre avec un personnel très agréable et plus qu’aux petits soins. L’hôtel dispose d’une épicerie sur place avec toutes les premières nécessités et même cigarette et boissons ainsi que d’un restaurant pour déjeuner ou dîner un peu plus cher que dans le centre mais correct. Le petit déjeuner proposé gratuitement est très complet. L’hôtel se trouve à 5mn à pied du métro qui vous permet de rejoindre presque tous les quartiers de la ville en 10/15mn. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurant dans le quartier mais vous avez à deux stations de metro (Bornova) un super quartier très animé où vous trouverez toutes sortes de cuisines et des spécialités turques. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est vraiment accueillant et se démène pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La piscine est propre tout comme le reste de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement.
