Room cleanliness could impro - Convenient location for event at the Crossplex Our room was not completely clean. There was grease on the bathroom walls, something black on the room wall by the fridge, and stuff in the tub and shower. I take Clorox wipes everywhere, so I recleaned what I was not comfortable with. There were no open rooms to change rooms.

• Mikeal (7/5): Did not like front desk attendants, but everything else was Good to Great!! - Breakfast was neat, clean, attendant kept food containers in good supply, food was good and hot, EASY SELF SERVICE! WE LIKED IT. More waffle irons....little bit of a bottleneck.

• Kimberly (6/5): Nice hotel. - Incredibly friendly staff, decent location, our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were constant loud sirens from police cars, firetrucks, etc., all through the night. There were also people being loud in the hallways all through the night as well, so we did not get a restful sleep due to these issues.

• Andrea (5/5): One stay was enough. - Only value for this was the location. We were there for a kids sports tournament so location was nice to walk over to stadium. Overpriced so you pay for location/convenience. Aged and rooms were definitely musty.. Our toilet stopped working but mgmr did send the person to fix as soon as he came it. Generally rooms could be updated. Breakfast was good, efficient and clean. I will def be looking around for next event. Rather pay a few dollars more for a newer, less moist room. Curtains were broken.

No complaints! - I liked it was easy to get to right off the highway while traveling, the room was spacious, was clean and comfortable, beds nice, and the breakfast was hot, the lobby was unusually busy when I arrived at 11 pm to check in, there must've been nearly a dozen people there, but the night worker and calm, patient, and kind The orange juice machine was not working. Sunny d was provided as an alternative, but I was disappointed about the juice

• Guest (9/5): The hotel provided everything I was needing, Proximity, cleanness, comfort and security. - I just started one night with my daughter. The bedroom was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was really nice and they provided fast and efficient service. The hotel was located exactly where I needed it because I could walk to the Cross Plex which is where we need to go.
