The room was massive and super comfortable, they changed the towels and made the beds for us every day! The only slight issue is that there seems to be a small ant problem, so if you leave rubbish in the room there will be some ants everywhere, easy fix though you just have to pack rubbish up each day and take it outside! Great location easy walk everywhere and great value for what you pay, especially loved cooling down in the pool on a hot day.

Son énergie, sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme ont illuminé notre séjour du début à la fin. Elle a su être présente au bon moment, nous prodiguer des conseils précieux sur les activités, les bons plans et les découvertes aux alentours, tout en respectant notre espace et notre intimité. Jamais intrusive, toujours disponible — un équilibre rare et vraiment appréciable. La nourriture était, elle aussi, à la hauteur de nos espérances : savoureuse, généreuse et de qualité. Un grand merci à Vi et à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience chaleureuse et mémorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

- Tatiana (10/5): Un lugar muy lindo! - El alojamiento es muy lindo. Tiene la piscina central (que no use, pero por cuestiones de tiempo). La habitación estaba limpia y era muy amplia con heladera y jarra eléctrica. El personal es muy amable. Cocinaban allí a precios razonable y muy rico. El wifi funcionaba pero para lo que yo lo uso trabajando era un poquito inestable. La ubicación no estaba mal pero eran 20’ caminando o un poquito más al centro. O usar grab de noche. Tal vez la conexión a Internet. Y la ubicación depende/ necesitas si o si una bici (alquilan) o moto. De noche es bastante oscura la zona.

- Larissa (10/5): Saubere Zimmer und super liebes Personal :)) - Unfassbar liebes Personal, besonders Vi die Rezeptionistin war extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und geholfen alles zu buchen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön und gerade bei dem Preis einfach nur Top!! Wir können das Homestay wirklich jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es ist ein wenig laufen zur Altstadt oder eine kurze Strecke mit Grab, Restaurants und Cafés findet man allerdings sehr schöne auch in der Nähe des Homestays!

- Grant (10/5): Very well run family home stay in a central location. - The service is probably the best I’ve had in 3 months in Vietnam. Vi is the perfect hostess. Unfortunately there is a damp smell in the downstairs rooms due to the recent flooding. I know that this was unavoidable but it takes a bit of getting used to.

Just a short 15 minute walk to the old town with plenty to see along the way. The family running the home stay was very kind. - Marilyn (9/5): - The location in a quiet residential street away from the main tourist area was perfect. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were simple but clean and had good aircon and fans. The swimming pool and little courtyard were a definite bonus and an ideal place to relax and cool down. Huyen and her team were very accommodating, helpful in organizing transport. I would very happily stay here again. I noticed that previous reviews had indicated breakfast provisions and the facilities indicated on booking.com include cafe and restaurant on site but there was no evidence of this . Maybe that shuts down for winter. If you were expecting that you might be a bit disappointed.

Ninh was easy to contact and always happy to share food recommendations. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, our bathroom was lovely. The pool was nice and a great way to refresh from the heat. Everything we needed was walking distance but we were outside of the busyness of the old quarter which we loved. Breakfast was delicious as well! Ninh gave us a recommendation for a tailor as well, and they were so wonderful. So happy with our stay here, we would definitely come back again.

- Sophie (9/5): Lovely people is a quiet part of Hoi An. A great stay - Staff were very welcoming and lovely, Trang helped us book our onward bus and was so accommodating. The place is well maintained and nice to spend time in. Our laundry came back quickly and smelt great. An extra nice touch is that the room in the fridge comes ready stocked and the prices for all all the drinks were very reasonable. To be aware, it was a 15 minute walk to the old town, which we liked because it is SO busy there but if you want to be in the centre then this place is a little out.

The location is not too far from the center. The facilities could use some improvement, but it was overall a pleasant stay and I can recommend.

Swimming pool on our door step and we used it even though it was raining alot. It was fantastic. We liked it so much we extended a night. Away from town madness but waking distance to the madness when needed.

- Yow (10/5): No complaints and host Huyen was very patient to spend time talking to us - The staff was very friendly, and very responsive to our requests. The host provided very good advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The only thing was the shower was either a little too hot or too cold, and it was hard to adjust to a middle temperature for my comfort although my family didnt have a problem with this.

And we felt so private on the top floor. In the description it said mentioned more beds. But the owner saod that the description did not matter as there were only as many beds as in the picture.

The property is so beautiful, the bedroom was huge and very clean and the owner is such a sweet and kind woman. She was so accommodating when we arrived early and when we wanted to stay an extra night. We really enjoyed our time here, we would definitely reccomend this place!

Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us with all manner of things including ordering and delivering dinner to Homestay, booking day trips, organising taxis and having wonderful conversations. Highly recommend staying here - very welcoming and friendly family and staff. N/a
- Aleksandra (9/5): A relaxed place to stay out of, but close to the touristic center - A good stay :) Close to the center but in more local area which I consider a great thing, run by a very friendly and chilled owner, was helpful and okay with my spontaneous plans, helped me with ordering taxi, I could rent a motorbike and bike spontaneously. Pool is a lovely addition too :)

- Sonya (4/5): Lovely room, and pool, but needs to work on hygiene - Lovely swimming pool and room, and tan. Very unhygienic with the cats pooping in plant pots near the dining area. Stench every time you walked past the plants, was really off putting when we wanted to order food.

The room was great, lovely shower, good bed and the air con was great because it could be left on and therefore the room was perfect when you get back. Perfect host helping us with washing, selling our bike and arranging a tour. Location is also great as its only a short walk to the old town. Although we ran out of time to use the pool, other people seemed to really enjoy it. Overall a great stay and would 100% go back. Wouldn't change a thing
- Sonya (6/5): Pleasant stay, just a little unhygienic - Lovely property, and access to pool was easy from the room, looked pretty at night all lit up. Fan and aircon. Air con blew out hot air and was not cool and the fan cut out,l and dit not work making the room very warm through the night. Facilities such as water was not free. Also the plant pots near to the pool stunk of cat poo. Very unhygienic and close to the the dining area, the stench was off putting. Made a duplicate reservation and rather than cancel the reservation the hotel stated I did not stay there. This was incorrect as the reservation was paid for in cash. Now I’m having to wait to see whether I am going to be charged twice by my bank too.

- Judith (9/5): Superb - very nice and helpful host, good, clean room and daily room cleaning. The pool was small but clean and beautiful surrounded by the plants (accurately shown in the pictures). The location is a bit remote but you can very cheaply rent a bike there and with that its an easy ride of a few minutes to the old town.

- Oki (10/5): Exceptional - Anh is very helpful and cheerful. The place feels like home, comfortable, many beautiful flowers and colorful lanterns to add to the cozy aesthetic. It's close to the old market as well.

- Jeanett (6/5): Damp room - good location. - Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. We didn’t get the homestay/family feel here at all - conversation was at a minimum. The least interested/welcoming stay we have had in 5 weeks. Owner was helpful w trip to Hué but expect 3-4 hrs drive each way as speedlimit is 60km/hr so not possible to combine Ba Na Hills and Hué in one day as we planned w owner. Travelling w/ kids we were disappointed pool was not cleaned/ready for use. Also no barrier around pool so be careful if u stay with children. Laundry service was excellent!

Not far from the town and river. our tv didn’t work. but we didn’t raise it as we didn’t want to use it. so perhaps could be fixed easily.
- Elsa (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious, the owner was really nice & speaks fluently English. Bed was also good and comfy. There is a really loud dog in the neighborhood who barks for hours during night… The room isn’t soundproofed.
