Rooms were clean and there was a lovely terrace garden that we could use Property took payment and less than 12 hours before our flight, cancelled the reservation due to an unexpected situation . They offered an alternative in same area . Advertised as having Wi fi in rooms, but it was non existent. Spoke to staff member who checked us in and she said it would be sorted next day, but it wasn't. I was only able to use wi fi in kitchen or garden terrace. Little confusion as to where the apartment complex actually was once we got to the address. Soon cleared up when we phoned the contact number that was given.

• Benini (5/5): - La posizione e la stanza pulita Mi era stato detto che si poteva lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check-in e bastava contattarli al numero dato ma al momento del bisogno dopo diverse chiamate non ha mai risposto nessuno e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci con i bagagli
• Valentino (5/5): - Ampiezza della stanza. Al check in non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, nonostante avessero chiesto il nostro orario di arrivo. Arriva infine una responsabile dopo 20 minuti da quando ci eravamo segnalati al telefono. La camera aveva i lustri rotti, dai quali filtrava una luce insopportabile. Ora una struttura che si definisce luxury room, non era dotata di una tenda parasole (era bianca quella presente e non copriva praticamente nulla), e nemmeno di lustri coprenti, è davvero disdicevole. Segnalo il giorno prima, via messaggi, che la televisione non funziona non essendo programmata. Mi promettono di inviare un tecnico, che puntualmente non mandano. Al mio reclamo, non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere. La posizione è infernale per i rumori, e nella prenotazione viene indicato 'possibilità di camere insonorizzate'. Ora, cosa voglia dire, non si sa, poiché le camere sono palesemente non insonorizzate, dando su Via Cola di Rienzo, strada ove il traffico veicolare è costante e continua di notte. Infine avevo chiesto la ricevuta del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, che non mi è mao stata inviata. Da evitare, rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente incongruo.

• Desiree (6/5): - The room is spacious .A good 15 min walk to St.Peter's square. Their elevator was cute too. We had minor issue finding the unit and room . When you go in there we're lot's of units and the door going to the unit was not opened though we rang the bell a few times,turns out that the door actually is faulty🤣🤣. But the host came immediately. The room was not cleaned at all during our 4 nights stay! There we're no option for room cleaning services either.
• Julia (8/5): - Lokalizacja. Pokój był czysty, na miejscu czekały czyste ręczniki i kosmetyki, kapsułki do ekspresu. Obsluga czekała na nas po przyjeździe i sprawnie przekazała nam pokój. Dojście do obiektu nie było trudne, wystarczy czytać napisy na domofonach a bez problemu dotrzecie pod właściwie drzwi. Kontakt z obiektem przed przybyciem też był dobry. Minusem bylo okno w pokoju, które się nie zamykało, ale nie było bardzo głośno w pokoju przez to. Niestety 2 dnia gdy po całym dniu zwiedzania weszliśmy do pokoju, w naszym pokoju stała woda która wylewała się z łazienki z kanalizacji w podłodze. W naszym pokoju smród był nie do wytrzymania, na szczęście żadne nasze rzeczy nie leżały na podłodze. Zadzwoniliśmy do osoby z recepcji, która dość szybko zaradziła tej sytuacji i zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego obiektu. Nie możemy narzekać bo według nas nowy obiekt miał nawet lepszy standard niż ten który zarezerwowaliśmy. Był również czysty, czekały na nas ręczniki i kosmetyki. Ładniejsza była w nowym obiekcie łazienka. Nowy obiekt nie był bardzo daleko od pierwszego.

The bed linens did not smell clean, there were 2 heavy beds wrapped in 2 sheets. The bathroom clearly needs to be renovated, the linens, pillows and mattress as well.

• Joice (5/5): A única coisa boa é mesmo a localização. Da para ir a pé a imensos sítios. O alojamento não é nada fácil de encontrar, n - A localização era a única coisa boa O alojamento não é nada fácil de encontrar, não é limpo. Tinha manchas de líquido roxo na parede da Wc. Tinha bolor na banheira. Apesar de que a casa de banho não é nada a ver com o que aparenta na fotografia da reserva. A wc é bastante antiga e suja. O quarto tem um cheiro terrível. Pedi uma cama de casal mas apenas juntaram duas camas de solteiro e foi muito desconfortável, pois o colchão estava sempre a mexer.

Non eravamo stati informati. Non è stato bello vedere le nostre cose spostate. Carta da parati parzialmente distaccata, testata del letto consumata, vecchia. Infissi vecchi e che non si chiudevano perfettamente. Non ci tornerei.

• Maximiliano (9/5): Hermosa habitación cerca del Vaticano - Si tu objetivo principal es visitar el Vaticano, este es tu alojamiento ideal. Muy cerca de los Museos Vaticanos y a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de San Pedro. La habitación tiene una vista maravillosa de la cúpula de la Basílica. La zona es muy linda y segura, con varios restaurantes típicos italianos. Hay una estación de Metro a 3 cuadras, que te conecta rápidamente con el centro de la ciudad y Termini. En general me gustó todo. Tengan en cuenta que no está cerca de las zonas más turísticas (coliseo, trevi, etc.) pero si muy cerca de Vaticano y Castillo de Sant'Angelo.

Tarda di soggiorno richiesta un contanti senza alcuna ricevuta quando sul sito era specificato “senza tasse è costi aggiuntivi”

Siamo stati trasferiti all’ultimo momento in un’altra struttura della stessa proprietà, con comunicazione arrivata il giorno prima dell’arrivo, quando ormai la cancellazione gratuita era scaduta. A loro dire si trattava di un guasto improvviso, ma leggendo altre recensioni risulta evidente che questa situazione era già capitata ad altri: quindi sarebbe stato corretto avvisare molto prima. La nuova struttura — che non avevamo scelto — era in condizioni davvero scarse: stanza sporca, doccia rotta e generale mancanza di cura. All’arrivo abbiamo anche avuto difficoltà ad entrare, perché nessuno rispondeva al campanello e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la struttura principale, che a sua volta ha dovuto contattare il receptionist. Come se non bastasse, l’ultimo giorno non ci è stato permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura, ma siamo stati indirizzati a una terza struttura, sempre loro, distante circa un chilometro. Capisco che non si tratti di un hotel e che a Roma ci sia grande rotazione, ma questo livello di disservizi è veramente inaccettabile. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastata un po’ più di organizzazione e trasparenza per evitare un’esperienza così negativa.

Not communicated that there is a GATE and then another door to buzz through, if they don't buzz you in through the gate you'll be stuck outside on the street like we almost were, without WiFi or other means to communicate because we had just landed in Italy. Then they decide to close reception EARLIER than what they, in their own personal decision, had written here on Bookings.com The audacity to be RUDE and think you're doing me a favour. I feared so many times we'd be stranded/sleep outside with my child because of these people, mind you I had pre-paid. Had to climb stairs to the 4th/5th floor. Shower is small Pictures made it look nicer than it actually is.

• Belinda (1/5): This place sent me a WhatsApp message outside booking.com, changed the hotel without notice a few hours before check in, - Nothing. Terrible place. Staff were the worst. Relocated without notice to a different hotel on the day before check in. Messaged via WhatsApp. No access code for door was given, keys didn’t work, spent 7 hours locked in the foyer Christmas Eve from 1:20AM until 8am. They couldn’t care less, blamed me and wrote it wasn’t their fault…it was mine. Shocking. Everything, without a doubt the most horrific experience of my life travelling the world

• Marta (3/5): Menos mal de la ubicación. - La ubicación No hay recepcionista, perdimos la primera noche, porque el vuelo llegaba tarde. Al día siguiente llegamos a la hora que nos dijeron, y tuvimos que esperar 1h para que llegara alguien y me dieran la habitación. Tienen descontrol, no saben quién entra ni sale del hotel. Las instalaciones son horribles, la ducha sucia.

• Davide (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno in centro - Per problemi tecnici ho alloggiato in una stanza diversa da quella della prenotazione, ma il comfort e i servizi erano uguali. Posizione molto centrale e vicina a diversi punti di interesse. Personale disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato per soggiorni in centro. La connessione wi-fi è buona per fare normali operazioni con il computer, in alcuni momenti ho avuto piccoli problemi per fare videochiamate. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata buona.

• Vicki (8/5): Other than non-matching door sign and keys, we had a pleasant stay and it's close to the Vatican. - Getting in was difficult because the sign on the door does not match the listing. The sign on the door one story up matches the listing, but that was not the right door, so it was confusing. Also the door key doesn't work well.

Nos preguntaron a qué hora llegaríamos (le dijimos a las 14:00) cuando aterrizó el avión, escribimos al alojamiento con antelación para que nos recibieran (ya que teníamos una visita guiada) 10 min antes de llegar le volvemos a escribir. Cuando llegamos, tardaron 35 minutos en recibirnos (habiéndole escrito varias veces con antelación) el empleado que nos recibió no sabía absolutamente nada de si estaba pagado el alojamiento, pago de tasas… Todo bien hasta el penúltimo día que no fueron a limpiar la habitación y a reponer los sobres del gel de baño (nos dejaban dos sobres todos los días de gel de baño, por lo que daba justo para un día) Les escribí pidiéndole que si podían dejarnos gel de baño y no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta, eso sí, para el pago de tasas si estuvieron bastante rápidos. El trato del personal ha sido nefasto, pero no quita que el alojamiento tiene una ubicación envidiable y estaba bastante nuevo

Mi hermano piensa lo mismo El acceso. La llave para entrar es algo bastante incomoda pero se deja, es lo único que no nos gustó, pero no daña nada con el servicio

The chairs in the room were also a little beat up and partly broken. The lift was a little sketchy, but worked :)
