Das Apartment ist hervorragend gelegen, vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles wirkt durchdacht und hochwertig. Restaurants, Cafés und ein Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die zentrale Lage mit kurzer Distanz ins Zentrum sowie zur Skibushaltestelle und zur Hahnenkamm-Seilbahn ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Eigentlich gab es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Ich war rundherum sehr zufrieden.

- Caroline (7/5): Nice location in Kitzbuhl - The host is very pleasant and responsive to whatever your needs are. He also managed to get us a free parking spot during our stay. The property is close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. There is a nice balcony and partial views of the mountains I had been wanting to stay at this property because it looked really nice in the photos. The reality was a bit disappointing- the bathroom wasn’t great and we had to wash all the pots/pans before we could use them because they were dirty. There were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I wished I had rebooked the place we stayed in last year instead. The fridge froze some of our food so we had to throw it away which was annoying.

- Brigitte (4/5): Ich buche das Apartment nicht mehr Preis/Leistung ! Anderes Apartment oder Hotel! - Die Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe. Kein Ammartment für Leute mit Koffern im Gepäck Senioren oder Rollstuhlfahrer. Der Zjgang durch den Hinterhof unebener Asphalt mit Löchern . Grosse Stolpergefahr auch weil kein Lichr Bewegegubsmelder bei Dunkelheit. Haustor ist ständig offen. Der Lift führt nicht direkt zur Apartmenttüre sondern es müssen mit Gepäck noch Treppenstufen überwunden werden. Im Apartment durch Dachschrägen ist das hantieren in der Kochnische nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. TV Programme mangelhaft und für österreichische Gäste nicht ausgerichtet. Kein ORF, kein Servus TV und andere österr. Sender! Enttäschend!

Location was ideal- centre of town with less than 10 minute walk to the ski lift. Super comfortable beds and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

- Matthew (9/5): A great stay in an apartment just minutes from the centre and the lift. - The property was comfortable and in a good location with a 5 minute walk to the centre and 10 minute walk to the main lift station. The availability of a parking space is a real bonus. There is a supermarket within a 2 minute walk and an Intersport ski rental shop opposite the apartment. Pirchl was a super friendly host, always available for our requests and with useful local information. He couldn’t do anymore. A microwave would have been helpful but not essential and better coverage on the tv!

- Lyndee (10/5): You cannot go wrong with this apartment. Location and view was incredible. - This host is incredible. I would go as far as calling her a super host. The detailed instructions, including photos on where to park, how to find the apartment and where to get the keys were perfect. They checked in with me prior to arrival, and again after the first night. I decided to make soup and realised there was no blender in the apartment. They very kindly dropped one off for me to utilise. If I had any questions, no matter if it was about the apartment or the nearest train station, she was available. The response times were incredible. I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect to walk around the city. The shops, pharmacy and restaurants/bars are all close. The interior was clean and neat and a good representation of the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was comfortable. I could watch the ski slopes from the bedroom and lounge. If you ski, they are geared up for you too. I highly recommend.

The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is storage space for skis and snowboards in the basement and a dryer for your sports boots. I really liked that everything was pleasant, simple and straightforward with attention to detail. You don't depend on check-in times like many places, you can check in without bothering anyone. This is a nice and nicely priced place that is perfect for two people on a ski trip.

- Anna (10/5): Beautiful, cozy and clean apartments in a wonderful central location. - Amazing location, clean and well set up apartments, that were wonderful for a 5 night stay. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful - he gave advice on ski rentals, restaurant recommendations, train travel, grocery stores, etc. made us feel super comfortable! Nothing. The place was everything we hoped. The only hiccup was that most everything was closed Dec 24-26, so we had trouble getting some basic items from the grocery store. But everything got sorted out.

- James (10/5): Stay here & you won’t be disappointed!! Amazing & will be back - The property was to a very high spec, in a central location close to everything. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, provided detailed instructions how to find it, plus a welcome gift which they didn’t have to do, which was so kind. Was always there to help if needed, but we didn’t….the property was so good. This is the ideal place to stay if you are in town. So much so I want to move there myself! There was nothing not to like, was perfect.
