• Gabriel (7/5): Un alloggio strategico e confortevole per visitare Napoli, ma occhio ai rumori! - Vicinanza alla Metro "Università" e zona centrale vicino Corso Umberto I, camera carina e accogliente, sicurezza tramite doppia chiave e codice di accesso, ampia autonomia durante il soggiorno e tranquillità all'interno del B&B. Sapone, dotazione doccia (bagnoschiuma, shampoo) e carta igienica extra scarsi o mancanti, estremamente rumorosa durante la notte per via della vicinanza alla zona Universitaria (ma per quello sì può fare ben poco), non insonorizzata (sentivano la gente farsi la doccia e parlare ad alta voce nelle stanze vicine), la tromba delle scale è vecchia e diroccata e non proprio il massimo da vedere, così come le porte di legno che danno accesso al B&B che invece è ristrutturato.

Très appréciable d’avoir la clim’ dans la chambre pendant le séjour au vue des grosses chaleurs. Petit bémol concernant la fenêtre dans la chambre qui est très haute et impossible d’accès donc nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu la fermer et avons été un peu dérangé dans notre sommeil par les bruits extérieurs.

• Cristina (1/5): UNA VERA SCHIFEZZA - NULLA ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CANELLARE E NON CONSIGLIARE A NESSUNO La stanza non ci è stata consegnata come previsto, anzi ci sono state date le lenzuola da altri partecipanti perchè la sig.ra delle pulizie doveva venire alle 18.00, quando la stanza DOVEVA essere consegnata alle 14.00. Le stanze presentavano macchie di umidità sul soffitto e le condizioni igieniche erano pessime. Contattato il rappresentante e comunicatogli che non era più nostra intenzione soggiornare lì, lui non ha fatto nulla per rimediare. La struttura mi ha fatto pagare l' intera somma per la cancellazione, quando loro non hanno rispettato quello scritto nella presentazione su Booking. Persino il posto auto è risultato maggiore di quello scritto e soprattutto la Domenica era chiuso e abbiamo dovuto faticare a minacciare di chiamare i carabinieri per farci dare l' autovettura. Tre giorni di vacanza a Napoli si sono trasformati in due e una vera schifezza di trattamento. Purtroppo neanche Booking ha tutelato chi si è spesso appoggiato a loro per la scelta delle location. Esperienza pessima, quello che farò è sconsigliare a tutti Dimora San Giovanni maggiore e per me Booking ha perso molti punti.

• MARIO (7/5): Non credo di rifare la stessa esperienza. - Non abbiamo utilizzato quanto offerto dal d&b perché abbiamo preferito consumare la colazione al bar. Ci è piaciuta la posizione, molto centrale . Ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli prima dell'orario di accesso alla camera. Purtroppo per persone di una certa età le scale per raggiungere il 2 piano erano abbastanza faticose in quanto l'alzata dei gradini era abbastanza alta rispetto alle normali norme, trattandosi di un vecchio palazzo. Molto rumore esterno nelle ore notturne a causa della presenza di locali frequentati da giovani (movida).

Нямаше никакво обозначение, че това е място за нощувки-дори обозначение на звънците на входа.Трудно намерихме мястото, с помощта на местни хора, и след повече от половин час търсене из квартала-въпреки ,че бяхме на метри от входната врата.Телефонът който е даден в Букинг, беше оставен на гласова поща, и така и никой не ни върна обаждане да ни ориентира къде е "хотела".По чиста случайност ,след като напосоки звънях на всички звънци във входа ни отвори жена ,която ни настани/вероятно беше почиствала стаята ни ,и след настаняването ни си тръгна/.Оказа ,се че ключа ни от входната врата на сградата заяжда, и влизахме когато вратата отваряха други настанени туристи.От тях взехме и актуален телефон на лицето менажиращо това място.Dimora san giovanni maggiore, представлява голям апартамент ,като отделните стаи са обособени със собствени санитарни възли, и има общи части.Останалата част от Dimora san giovanni maggiore, беше наета от младежка компания, коята на втората нощувка направи брутален купон-момчетата крещяха и тичаха превъзбудени/вероятно под въздействие на някакви субстанции/, и чак след 4,30ч. /след много опити на съседи, или хора изпратени от собственика/успяха да ги укротят.С истинско облекчение рано сутринта напуснахме това място.Не бих повторил ,или препоръчал на никого нощувка тук.

• Daniela (7/5): - Good locality, quite a big room and friendly staff. The shower was moldy and the bathroom floor was dirty, there were clipped nails all over bathroom sink. It looked like it has not been cleaned properly.
• Henrika (3/5): Wir wollten der Unterkunft trotz einiger schlechten Bewertungen eine Chance geben, nie wieder! - Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell in der Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes etc. Auch haben wir uns nie unsicher in der Gegend gefühlt, da das Viertel sehr belebt ist und viele junge Leute unterwegs sind. Leider war das Zimmer sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen. Es bestand keine Grundsauberkeit, die Wände und der Boden waren sehr fleckig. Zudem hatte die Dusche verschimmelte und verrostete Stellen und war komplett verstopft. Das Bett war sehr abgenutzt und hatte steinharte Kissen. Der Lautstärkepegel innerhalb der Unterkunft war sehr hoch (schreiende Kinder, deutlich hörbare Geräusche der Zimmernachbarn und Hausbewohner). Trotz Lage in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, relativ laute Stadtgeräusche (wir selbst leben im Zentrum einer europäischen Hauptstadt und sind demnach einiges gewohnt). Die Zimmertür hat uns kein Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben, aufgrund des einfachen Schlosses.

• Alessandra (6/5): Posizione eccellente, qualcosa da curare ma nel complesso fattibile - Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, perpendicolare a via Mezzocannone, molto vicina alla fermata metro Università. Staff molto disponibile e accogliente, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, in un palazzo molto antico che dispone solo di scale un po' ripide e strette. Per ciò che riguarda prettamente la stanza, è stato fatto presente allo staff che erano presenti poche sedie dove poggiare gli zaini e poche grucce dove riporre i vestiti, considerando che per 4 persone era presente solo un armadio aperto in una stanza. Le coperte risultavano leggermente piccole, lo staff ha subito provveduto a farci avere delle coperte più grandi e più pesanti e anche altre asciugamani, perché inizialmente erano presenti solo 3 teli per la doccia e noi eravamo in 4. La stanza nello specifico, disponeva anche di un terrazzino molto carino che se venisse curato un po' di più, sarebbe una chicca non indifferente che potrebbe essere utilizzato per la colazione, anch'essa potrebbe essere curata leggermente di più.

Also eine Unterkunft die ich persönlich nicht empfehlen werde.

La cucina era completamente sprovvista dell’occorrente di base, inclusi spugnetta e detersivo per i piatti. Nella camera da letto, inoltre, una finestra situata dietro un corridoio risultava impossibile da chiudere, causando fastidio a causa delle correnti d’aria durante la notte.

Para el paston que paganos es asqueroso os lo juro no vayáis nunca si vuelvo procuraré ir a otro mucho mejor y con recepción.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, rispondeva anche dopo mezzanotte. Caffè gratis nella hall dell'hotel. Ottimo soggiorno, quando tornerò a Napoli sicuramente starò di nuovo qua. Purtroppo non c'era molto campo nella mia stanza, quindi senza wifi era impossibile andare su internet o telefonare.

• Serena (8/5): Ottima scelta, posizione meravigliosa!! - Una delle migliori location che puoi trovare a Napoli! La stanza è molto ampia e ben arredata, grande, comoda e luminosa. La posizione è davvero TOP!! Comodissima, il vicoletto è uno dei più carini e caratteristici della zona; è centralissimo ed in una delle migliori zone del centro storico, circondati da buon ambiente ci si ritrova in un quartiere ben frequentato e divertente anche tranquillo per uscire la sera. Ottima posizione per visitare la città, sei letteralmente nel mezzo delle meravigliose chiese principali e la bellissima piazza San Domenico a 3 minuti. Anche la vista dalla finestra della stanza è particolarmente suggestiva in quanto non hai direttamente palazzi che chiudono la vista e sembra di essere in un presepe. Il palazzo all' interno andrebbe ristrutturato un po', soprattutto le scale e le ringhiere perché sono un po' fatiscenti... più che per un tema estetico per una maggiore comodità, anche se nelle recensioni venivano menzionate le scale come molto faticose io le ho trovate invece davvero facili da salire, si potrebbe dire che per essere un palazzo in pieno centro storico sono davvero delle mini scale. Per quanto riguarda la stanza consiglio di modernizzare il televisione, perché purtroppo non prendevano bene i canali e manca connessione la internet dalla TV.

• abdelhake (1/5): Publicité, mensongère, arnaque - Rien Catastrophique, publicité mensongère, c’est pas du tout l’appartement qu’on a reçu appartement extrêmement sale climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement les murs très sales. Je parle même pas de la salle de bain, l’état des lits catastrophique, ça n’a rien à voir aux photos qui été présenté sur Booking. Comment peut-on vous livrer ce genre d’appartement et que Booking ne fait rien j’ai écrit à Booking K m’a répondu, je demande un remboursement en plus, et personne m’a répondu ni le propriétaire ni Booking.
• MONICA (1/5): TERRIBILE, INGRESSO VERGOGNOSO - NIENTE l'ingresso al edifizio è terribile, una vergogna, vecchio, sporco, un incubo veramente. Quando ho prenotato diceva numero 12, pero risulta che non era quel numero 12 (cancello marrone vicine alla lavanderia) era il 12 scritto con la bomboletta..... Poi nel sito ci sono foto che non corrispondono alla realtà, la foto del terrazzo è quella di uno che se vede fronte alla camera 1..... non c'è la cucina, almeno non per tutti. nella descrizione non si capisce che cosa ti offrono.. Credo sia SCORRETTO la descrizione che fanno, perché niente è come sembra nelle foto.... Il bagno puzzava tanto, pero devo dire che le dimensione erano buone, tranne la doccia che era minuscola. Credo che nessuno nel suo sano giudizio affiaterebbe una cosa del genere. Avevo un tavolino MINIMO che non riuscivo ne anche a mettere due bottiglie d'acqua. Purtroppo avevo già pagato e se me ne andavo perdevo i soldi. Il ragazzo che mi ha dato le indicazione era gentile, però questo non giustifica l'inganno delle foto. E' la prima volta che mi sono sentita truffata da BOOKING, anche perché il prezzo non era cosi basso. Per la stessa cifra ho prenotato un'albergo in Firenze che aveva anche piscina. Il mio consiglio dovete mettere le foto REALI della struttura, soprattutto l'ingresso, sicuramente non riuscite a affittare a nessuno. Scrivo anche per evitare delusione a altri viaggiatori., io sempre lego le recensione e credo che nessuno è stato onesto a descrivere il posto.

I sanitari incrostati di calcare e non puliti bene, lo scarico della doccia parzialmente otturato. Inoltre le finestre erano prive di persiane/o di tende oscuranti.

• Tamas (8/5): Great value stay near city centre - Excellent location in a bustling area of Naples (though you may prefer a different apartment if you're here to relax), spacious rooms, responsive host, extra coffee pods in the common area were a godsend. Bedroom did not have any windows hence quite dim, kitchen utensils were not the cleanest.

It has a lot of potential to be good. It is not. The property was not clean. The dishes and cutlery were not clean. Washing detergent, and basic cleaning utensils, and rubbish bags were not provided. Half a role of toilet paper was provided only. There were several power cuts due to overloaded electrical circuits. The floor was dirty and in need of a good clean. The dishes”shared” patio was not shared, and in fact could only be accessed through a room.

The place was extremely dirty, including the bed sheets. The images on booking have nothing to do with the reality. The bed was really small for two people. We had no beside table. It was just a random stool. The bedside lights were not working. A really noisy place. No blinds at all really old windows. Not even a small kitchen to store fresh water. Too expensive for what we received. Really bad for booking.com to allow this to be sold.

• Irene (7/5): Exceptional location and affordable pricing. - The main attraction for this place is the location. It really is right in the coolest sector of Naples, next to many bars and a street full of vintage stores. Situated in the old town and in the immediate vicinity of the University, the area is a hub for a vibrant, local night life and also next to the port and the metro station (so it was incredibly easy to come and leave for the train station). We had an issue with the AC and Fedele was very quick in helping us out in restoring it. He was also very accommodating in everything else we needed and very friendly and helpful. The lay-out of the room was a bit strange: one needed to pass through the bathroom/ WC area to get into the bedroom. For a couple this was more or less OK, but it might be awkward for people that don't have this kind of intimacy. The entrance of the building where the apartments are situated is quite dirty and in a desolate state. Since the price was fair and the location really great, we didn't mind for the 3 days we stayed though.

To make things worse, the staff were yelling from early morning, adding to the disturbance. However, the worst part was the horrible smell of the WC—it was unbearable. I couldn't sleep at all that night. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

• Mihail (7/5): Great location and spacious but empty - The room and the bathroom are very spacious, which, in my experience, is not very common in more budget places. The host was very helpful via the messaging system. We had a problem with the AC, but they helped us immediately. The location is perfect, in the historic center. There is a metro station nearby and bus stops. The train station is pretty close as well. The port where all the ferries are located is also nearby. Well, one of the pros is kind of a con. The room and the bathroom are so spacious, but they are empty. I mean, there is one small table with only one chair, no wardrobe, no cabinets. The bathroom is actually the entrance hall of the apartment, and it is not perfect for privacy. The bathroom is huge, but it's kind of a waste of space. What I mean is, it could be utilized much better. Outside is noisy, but if you close the windows and use the AC, it's fine. We paid for the deluxe room, and I know that it is a budget place, but still, I can't say that there is anything considered deluxe about it.

• Aurelija (10/5): Perfect choice - Simple and clear self check-in. The apartments are clean, cozy with a large terrace, near the centre. Shared refrigerator. Possibility to park car in the parking lot near the apartments (for an additional fee). Sweets were left in the room. Helpful host. There are several cafes near the apartment, so in the evening you could hear noise and people celebrating (but maybe because it was Friday night :))

• Kamran (10/5): Kind and helpful staff, comfy rooms, new facilities - I liked almost everything. Room was very clean, new. Air-conditioning was working perfectly. Internet connection was also really good. Location was super. Near to main places of Napoli. Hostel staff is very kind and helpful. If there is a kitchen for everyone, that would be perfect.

• Krista (8/5): Property was so clean, great location to get around Naples - Location of the property is so close to the shopping street, the Napoli port and to Napoli Centrale. The property itself was so nice and clean. Had no trouble communicating with them before and during our stay. Loads of restaurants and mini markets nearly buy. Everything was walking distance from the property. In front of the property were bars, one which I believe was a night club. You can hear the music and beats so Loud in the room. This is the only thing that disturbed us as we are not ones to be out all night.

• Rebecca (4/5): Lovely Host, Disappointing Accommodation - Very central location close to all main attractions and 5 minute walk to the metro, Eledef was extremely communicative and responsive and helped us organise a taxi back to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The area is incredibly loud making sleep almost impossible. You can hear every movement other people in the accommodation make and there is a lively pub just up the street so you can hear everyone from there also. The sheets on the bed had stains on them so we had to go buy our own, our external bathroom had an extremely bad smell and had mould all over it, towels were old and clearly have been used for years by other guests. There is no access to the balcony from our room which was the most disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation.

• Maja (7/5): Nice place on a good location - I liked the communication with the owner, but I was sorry that I didn't meet Mr. Fedele in person. The apartment is properly decorated, everything is relatively new in it. The location is also an advantage. Entering the apartment is quite demanding because the stairs are very steep. The first impression of the building was a little scary, but the apartment is fine, the only pity is that the room has no window. The shower cabin and kitchen utensils should definitely be cleaned in more detail.

Private bathroom and separate large kitchen with coffeemaker, a lot of cups and kettle. Welcome snacks were nice. When outside was +36C inside apartment was comfortable even without air condition turn on (but if you need it - it is in apartment and worked well). Bedroom without window. Building without elevator - was not easy to lift on the last floor with all our luggage. Entrance in the building terrible and at first it shocking, but inside apartment everything very good.

There were mold everywere in the bathroom and shower is very tiny Though location is good, it is also in the middle of a bar area, so weekends are very crowded. Sound isolation of room is poor, so in these nights it is hard to sleep.

• Joanna (2/5): An awful staying! - The host was a very friendly young man. The location of the room was easy for the old town. Everything at walking distance. The insulation of the room is terrible it was like if your bed was standing on the street! The noises at the street! Music beat from the bar underneath till 4 am ,5.30 am garbage service,from 6 am non stop planes flying over your head! The room and bathroom freezing cold ,heating not working! Just a thin bed cover plaid no blanket or duvet ! Pillows terrible !

Stay away. - At the reception desk, the manager was drunk and yelled at us because we didn't answered to his WhatsApp message earlier and because we dared to arrive 30 min prior the check-in time. He became so agressive we feared it could get physical. We decided to leave for safety reasons. How is it possible to be so hostile towards your guests?

• Ignas (4/5): liveable but with some issues - Good location Late check in is possible, but with some issues, for example, host told us that his colleague will wait for us, and we'll need to pay extra 15eu, but when we arrived to late check in even almost hour before than said time, we had to wait more than 1- hr for someone to open doors, and also pay extra 20 eu.
