- MINCHING (9/5): 地理位置好、安靜、空間大，很適合來放鬆 - 民宿附近有7-11、海產店，走路2~3分鐘、安靜、有停車場。 樓梯間乾淨又大，上樓梯很舒適，不侷限。 房號 3-3 四人型房間超大，有架高的木頭地板，上面直接放2張雙人床、窗邊有高腳桌/椅、有茶几。 浴室大又乾淨明亮。 浴室的淋浴龍頭水量偏小，希望可以改善

- CAI NI (10/5): 原訂一早七點的船停駛，但已經退房了，民宿大姐還是特別來開門，讓我們一行人能回去休息到11點的退房時間，非常感謝。將來若有搭船住宿需求這裡會是首選！ - 家庭房空間十分寬敞，雙人床都是兩個成人睡也不會擁擠，三張床之間都留有足夠的空間不會明顯互相打擾，最棒的是休息平台有夠大！放行李、平躺、甚至散步種花（皮克敏）都沒問題！電視頻道選擇多。浴室也很大～是跟洗漱台分開！ 浴室地板止滑墊只有小小一片，其餘地方要注意安全，建議穿室內拖避免跌倒。

- SU CHIU (10/5): 乾淨，空間大，免費寄放愛車，離碼頭有點遠 - 因為要去綠島三天兩夜，前一晚選擇在這間民宿過夜，方便隔天一早搭船。 民宿很乾淨要穿室內脫，房間很大，光線算很好，住起來很舒服，可惜沒有附早餐，但有一個很棒的服務，可以將愛車免費寄放這兒，綠島回來再來取車，但距離碼頭有點 遠，大熱天推著行李真是沒辦法走；因此回程時，兩個人留在碼頭看行李，另外兩個人空手走回來取車，再將車駛離，總之是間很不錯的民宿，推薦哦！

- MengChi (10/5): - 房間非常乾淨，房間內的隔音也很好，只是因為靠近空軍基地，晚上會有戰機飛過的爆音；距離餐廳與7-11很近，走路就可以到達，陽台有椅子，可以悠閒地觀賞外面的景色，只是因為距離海還有一些距離，故沒辦法近距離觀賞海洋風光，整體而言算是值得入住的選擇

- CHANG-JUNG (10/5): 風景優美，價格划算 - 房間超大、環境整潔、風景很好，旁邊就有一家7-11，買宵夜也算方便，雖然離市區有一小段距離，但對於愛海的人來說，是非常划算且美好的選擇。
- Kameng (10/5): - 民宿距離市中心大約1０分鐘車程, 適合自駕遊, 但附近沒有很多食店, 有一間7-11, 民宿沒有電梯。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 不錯的體驗 - 離台東市區約10分鐘車程, 民宿外有7-11, 走路不到2分鐘路程, 離富岡漁港約3分鐘車程, 很方便; 接待人員很親切, 笑臉迎人的, 不會讓人有壓力; 3樓四人房, 後面有窗戶, 面海, 但沒有後陽台是一大遺憾, 且窗戶太高, 要 "站" 在窗邊才能看海, 有點小失望, 畢竟花大錢就是想來住坐在房間或坐在陽台就可以看海的; 前面有陽台對著台11線, 正對面是原住民部落的聚會所, 入住當天正好是豐年祭最後一天, 熱鬧有趣, 隔天聚會所沒有活動, 不會有喧鬧的問題; 房間很大, 但只有化妝台有一張椅子, 買東西回去民宿吃只能放在桌子、坐在地上吃; 房外就有無線分享器, 但可能是民宿牆壁太厚, 要坐在房內特定幾個地方才能收得到訊號, XD;民宿已營業約2年, 但一切設備看起來都有用心在維護, 整體來說是一次不錯的體驗

- Verified traveler (10/5): Cosy place with easy access to Xiaoyeliu - A cosy place with sea view. Near to attractions such as xiaoyeliu and it is about 20 min drive to the main Taitung city area. Overall very pleasant stay for the price point.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Laute Straße, Benzingeruch von der Tankstelle, Frühstück bestand aus wabbeligem Sandwich und ungenießbarem Kaffee, das vor die Zimmertür gestellt wurde. Ich würde es nicht noch mal buchen, war aber auch nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
