- Alexandra (5/5): - Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich vielfältig. Die Brötchen waren zwar abgezählt, jedoch die Auswahl an Obst, Salat und Gemüse war groß. Kaffee gabs aus einem Vollautomaten, soviel man wollte. Super Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Da es über Ostern abends und nachts noch ziemlich kalt war und wir mit einem Kleinkind reisten, war es sehr ärgerlich, dass die Heizung die meiste Zeit nicht funktionierte. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir jedoch einen Heizlüfter, der aber ewig laufen musste, bis es im Zimmer wärmer wurde. Morgens beim Frühstück saßen wir in Jacken, da im Frühstückstaum scheinbar nie die Heizung lief.

- Jürgen (8/5): Werde ich nicht mehr buchen - Frühstück war umfangreich, sehr sauber, große Zimmer Es war niemand vor Ort. Der Eingangscode wurde mir mitgeteilt aber nicht die Zimmernummer. Auf meinen Anruf bei der Hotline wurde nicht geantwortet, also war ich im Hotel aber erstmal ohne Zimmer, zufällig kam ein Mitarbeiter welcher sich dann um mich kümmerte und ich meine Zimmernummer bekam. Für den Preis ohne jeglichen persönlichen Kontakt, ohne Rezeption, ohne Ansprechpartner, nein dafür kostet es zu viel. Früher mit Rezeption war ich öfter hier, jetzt war ich überrascht, daß es keine Rezeption zum Check-In gab. Werde hier nicht mehr buchen.

Von der Unterkunft versendeten Informationen sind leider nie angekommen, daher waren wir auf die Auskunft von anderen Gästen angewiesen. Das war nicht gut.

Petit déjeuner correct sans plus, café très moyen. Pour ainsi dire pas d'eau chaude dans notre douche, par contre bien dans celle de notre fille. Pendant la journée, personnel peu présent et assez froid.

Dobre śniadanie, możliwość skorzystania ze stolików na zewnątrz - bardzo miłe w letnie poranki. O 11:15 telefon, że wymeldowanie do 11:00 - informacja na booking.com, że do 12:00. Mała liczba stolików w sali na śniadanie - gdyby nie letnie dni, które umożliwiły spożywanie na zewnątrz trzeba czekać na pusty stolik, lub dosiadać się do innych gości.
