Guest Reviews
- Ann (6/5): - Clean but small room in private home. Fantastic breakfast.
- Helen (10/5): - A lovely place to stay, very warm and welcoming.
- Rebecca (8/5): Comfortable Place with Good Breakfast - Very small, comfortable room. Shared bathroom, very clean. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Nice and quiet, nothing fancy. There is a view of Ben Nevis. Great location for Glencoe, Fort Williams and the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
- Daniel (8/5): - Nice property that is best served with car access.
- David (10/5): We loved Nevis.View! - Nevis View is a great B&B in a super location. Room was lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed in a room for 3 and had enough room for luggage and bags. Barbara was a great host and checked what we'd like for breakfast each day. While we only had toast and coffee, hot breakfast was also available. The bathroom downstairs was clean with a super shower. Barbara has probably one of the best book collections in Scotland... Amazing! We were travelling between Fort William and Loch Shiel so this was a great location. We'll certainly visit again when we next travel back to Scotland!
- Matt (10/5): - Really nice accommodation and the host was lovely
- Claire (10/5): - Visiting friends great place to stay
Barbra is a wonderful host
- George (10/5): - Great stay, good food, good location and lovely hosts
- Sidnei (8/5): - Good stay
Easy parking
- Neil (4/5): - The location is about 7 miles outside the centre of Fort William - hence you need a car to get to any local restaurant, pub, or place of interest. The shared toilet is 2 (small) flights of stairs down - which is not great in the middle of the night - although motion-detector lights activate. The room was about as small as you could get - with a (very) single bed. Otherwise, breakfast was good.
- Joaquim (8/5): - We arrived late and the owner was been very kind with us, besides, we missunderstood for breakfast and she solved everything very quickly. Although for three people the room is very small I have to recommend this B&B
- Hermann (10/5): - Very welcome when I arrived
- DIEGO ESCUAL (10/5): - Barbara is a great host
- Karin (10/5): - Lovely B&B and host. Central to lots of locations. Would definitely stay again if i was in the area 👍🌞
- Nita (10/5): - The house is situated in a quite envirement. The room was good. It had a beautiful view. Good bed, breakfast and bathroom..
- LAURENCE (10/5): - The house is in a very quiet area. Very nice and confortable bedroom .
Barbara is very nice, welcoming, always ready to help.
- Kevin (4/5): - Not dog friendly. Very cramped and cluttered property. Mattress very lumpy and uncomfortable. Felt like we were imposing rather than welcome 🙁
- Felicity (10/5): - Our room was within the owners house. Comfortable house with a shared bathroom with another guest. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully hot!
- Kaan (10/5): - Although our bedroom was a bit small for 3 people, it was clean, beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. Our host was very lovely and hospitable, she really made us feel like home. We really recommend Nevis View those looking for a nice B&B staying around Fort William and Glen Nevis area!

- George (10/5): - I had a very pleasant stay in a clean comfortable room, and was well looked after.
- valerie (8/5): Simple - Chambre de taille très modeste. Petit dejeuner simple mais copieux. Bon acceuil.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Recommended. - A great find. Very quiet area, but well placed. Ample parking on street, not much more than 10 minutes walk to station.
Friendly and welcoming host. Good breakfast.
- Hilary (10/5): Good value for money - Spotlessly clean!
Host welcoming knowledgeable and helpful about surrounding area and points of interest.
No issue for us as was clear on description room we booked was shared toilet/shower facility not en suite.
It is a 'traditional ' b&b-youre staying in a room in hosts home which again suited us as we wanted to be out and about during the day but guests should note theres no lounge for guest use
- Rianne (10/5): - Ontvangst was hartelijk. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Bij vragen werden we goed geholpen.
- Jenny (10/5): - Very friendly and cosy. Very well located. Lots of thought had gone into providing everything guests might need. It is a shared bathroom which could put some people off. Room was a little cramped but comfortable. Good breakfast. Good value overall.
- Derek (10/5): Excellent - Very peaceful. Very nice host. Quality mattress on bed. Beautiful view from room. Would stay again if up that way.
- Lori (10/5): - Barbara was so lovely and kind. Thank you for everything.
- Glenn (10/5): - Very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a special treat!
- Paul (8/5): Accommodating - Good host, clean but small room
- MUHAMMAD (2/5): Very Poor - stay away - VERY POOR.
Its not a hotel, basically someones house. The rules are ridiculous.
I arrived at 16:00 and despite being told that the room was ready I was told that I had to wait until 5pm to go in because the owners "needed to go to the shops" they then came back later than 5pm and I had to sleep in my car.
I was then told that I was not allowed in the hotel (which I paid for) form the hours of 9:30 AM to 5PM on any day which is ridiculous as most people come here to hike and will be exhausted the next day.
As people come to hike they need to leave early so dont expect breakfast as it only runs from 7:30 to 9 - a very poor business tactic for skimping on serving food.
The toilet was clean, the room was okay, with a used teabag in my mug, and a couple of dead insects about.
The staff were abrupt, and with no knowledge of the local area (they didnt know anywhere to have dinner).
Parking is on the street.
Overall very poor experience and not worth the price.
- Wayne (8/5): - It was a very homely and comfortable stay, very welcoming and just what was needed
- Steven (8/5): - Very friendly host within her own home
- BusyBus Ltd (10/5): Perfect stay. - Friendly. Clean. Comfy. No en-suite but private bathroom all immaculate.
Needed sleep. Got sleep.
Tv In room. Tea coffee facilities. Wi-fi
Perfect stay.
- Jacqui (10/5): Friendly and welcoming stay - We had a lovely stay. Barbara was very welcoming and it felt very homely. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Only a quick drive to Fort William so very convenient. Great views from our room. Will stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Thank you again for an excellent comfortable and welcoming stay. Barbara, you were amazing and thank you again for accomodating us, and we will be back for sure! Beds are super comfortable, breakfast was great and Barbara's local knowledge and willingness to help out made out break that bit more special
- Alan (10/5): Ideal - Ideal location, near my grandchildren, with lovely view over the loch.
- Jeffrey (8/5): B & B - Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful service. Beautiful view from my bedroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What an interesting place and we strongly approved of the solar array
- Matt (10/5): Nevis View - Friendly and comfortable. Well placed to explore the Fort William area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value - Nice simple B&B. Good value, great view that lives up to the name of the B&B. Good breakfast and a friendly owner.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was really clean, the host is really kind, the breakfast is also very good.
- James (10/5): Corpach stay at end of cycling trip - Great B&B and hospitality to match
