• Alexander (9/5): - Goed en modern appartement dichtbij de Seceda lift met wellness. Weliswaar enigszins uit het centrum, maar met haal- en brengservice naar de 2 liften in het dorp en de mogelijkheid ontbijt te bestellen is dit geen enkel issue. -

Everything we needed was done to our satisfaction, the rooms were cleaned daily with extra care and they even organized my makeup every day 😅 Super lovely host and reception ladies. Great facilities and a large kitchen for cooking, super large rooms with big bathroom and lovely balcony and Terrance. We had a bit of problems with the water pressure but it was fixed right away and everything was fine.

• Alexandria (6/5): - Very very clean. Room was spacious. Hot tub with a view was great. Parking and location was difficult. Sauna and steam room was small, so small you couldn’t lay down in them. For what it’s worth, the hotel didn’t offer a sit down breakfast option. I’m surprised this hotel was rated so highly, after 3 other stays in the Dolomites, this was our least favorite. Seems more like a 3 star.

• Seham (8/5): - شقة مجهزه بكامل الاحتياجات ونظيفة، الموظفين متعاونين فيه تنظيف يومي للشقة و فيها مواقف، واعتقد عندهم خدمة يوصلونكم للسنتر تحت بس في اوقات محددة. المشكلة في الطرق نفسها انها نوعا ما صعبه وضيقة ولكن ممكن تنزل مشي للسنتر تقريبا 15 دقيقة وفيه طريق مختصر من الشقة يختصر لك نصف المسافة تقريبا.
• Paul (10/5): We cannot recommend this property enough. - This is a seriously stunning property. With palatial views over the Val Gardena valley and the imposing pinnacles of the Odle / Geisler group watching over from the south-east ridge opposite Seceda, you will be blown away. It’s a steep 20–30 minute walk from town, but don’t be daunted — the property provides a courtesy driver, the wonderful Artur, who will ferry you up and down during most daylight hours. Just a short downhill walk leads to the Seceda gondola, which then provides travelators to descend into town or return up to Seceda. The area is excellent for biking and walking. The town itself may lack a bit of distinctive charm, but the locals were friendly and there is a solid selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The property has been superbly renovated and boasts great amenities, including an indoor pool and a hot tub with a powerful jet feature — perfect after 20,000+ steps. In the penthouse you’ll find blackout blinds everywhere, strong air conditioning, and amazingly comfortable beds. The showers have superb water pressure, and the lounge and dining areas are impressively spacious. There’s a lovely balcony for drying clothes or catching some rays. Barbara is a wealth of local knowledge and an absolute delight to talk to. The kitchen was great but it could benefit from a few extra basics in the way of pots, pans and utensils, and notably it lacked an oven.

• Anne (9/5): Amazing views and spa - Lovely views and excellent facilities. We had a beautiful apartment which big bathrooms which was perfect for a group of friends. Very helpful and friendly staff but the best part was spa, pool and steam room after a day out walking. Couldn’t have been better. As other reviews have said, it’s a hard walk back from town uphill, especially with shopping! We quickly learned to use the bus which drops you right outside the apartment! We also enjoyed cooking for dinner and staying in after our big walks.

• Daniel (10/5): Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the Dolomites. - Cesa Sassela is a hidden gem. The owner has gone out of her way to make the stay comforting, clean and luxurious. From the time we entered the staff was nothing but kind and helpful. The apartments were spacious, clean and well thought out. Our favorite part was the heated, indoor pool and the hot tub with the view of the mountains. We also loved the aromatherapy shower and spa area. They really thought of everything during the renovation. When you think of a dolomite experience, this is the place to stay. We are on the next leg of our trip and already missing casa sassela. I wish we had stayed a week. We hope to be back someday! Nothing it was perfect!

• Abdullah (10/5): - خرافي بكل ماتعنية الكلمة من معنى.. نظافة وتصميم وخدمة ويوجد شتل خاص بالفندق يوصلك للسنتر ويرجعك متى ما احتجت.. اطلاله ولا اروع.. ملاحظة: مدخل الفندق جاي على نزلة لكن ليس عائق يوحد ايضا حديقه صغيره فيها مراجيح للاطفال.. حتما سأكرر التجربة في نفس الفندق بدون تردد

The location is excellent, near to the cable cars for Seceda and Rasciesa, making it perfect for exploring the Dolomites. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is impressively large. An added bonus is the indoor pool, which is great for relaxing after a day outdoors. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Ortisei!

The space is spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well-managed, with incredibly thoughtful services (they even offer a shuttle to help with getting up and down the hill!). All the staff are so helpful and warm. The pool is beautiful and pristine, and we especially adored the gummy bear treats at the front desk. We truly fell in love with this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

• Carrie (10/5): - We loved our stay at this property. The place was clean, offered housekeeping everyday, beds were comfortable, and they also had laundry facilities on site for a fee. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay! They also offer shuttle service during certain times of the day to/from downtown Ortisei. Our only wants were we wish there was air conditioning (AC) and screens on windows to keep bugs out. We knew there was no AC when we booked; we just stayed during an abnormally hot time. It makes sense why AC is not common in Ortisei since it normally doesn't get in the upper 80s (degrees in fahrenheit). We still loved our stay and would definitely come back!

• Chantelle (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location, wonderful facilities. We really enjoyed using the spa and pool, the free shuttle service was great too. The views were amazing and the place was very clean. Close to the main town and the free parking was a bonus! The rooms were so hot with no AC or fan overnight, making sleeping quite uncomfortable. The shuttle was great but stops at 6pm, same with local buses .. so you do have a pretty challenging uphill 20 min walk back on a full tummy after dinner. These were small, and didn’t outweigh all of the positives for us.
• In (10/5): Relaxing stay during my dolomite trip! - The room is very spacious with wooden texture. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony is great view. Used the sauna, very impressive! Did not have the chance to use the swimming pool or jacuzzi but imagined they would be great too. Everyone is so helpful and can have pickup service during day time from nearby area. Highly recommend this place! Nothing to complain about!

• Angela (10/5): - Our stay here was fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, on a hill overlooking Ortisei. There are stairs down to town, and it is not a far walk. Be prepared... it's quite steep walking back up! The furnishings are tasteful, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna are very nice, and there are sun lounger chairs on the lawn. I really enjoyed the private balcony, with chairs and a table. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day. There are several parking spots available on site, and there were always available spaces during our stay. This was one of my favorite stays on this trip!

• Kate (8/5): A stunning location, very peaceful. - Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, beautiful view. Loved the spa. It was quite a distance from shops, restaurants etc.
• Siu (9/5): Good choice in Ortisei but be prepared to walk up or drive - Loved the rooms, the amenities; the staff are nice and the property is very smoothly operated once you get there. Kitchen is well stocked. Shower is strong, which I absolutely love. Location is not the best, it is quite far up in the town, it would be a mini hike if you were walking up, but there are some escalators near the Seceda cable car to help with the elevation gain. It is of course easier if you are driving, but the roads up there are very narrow with a couple of sections of road works (in summer), therefore not great for bigger vehicles.
• Alyssa (10/5): Lovely, clean, modern place that I would stay at again - My husband and I had a great 2-night stay here at the end of our trip in the Dolomites. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was lovely - It was nice to have so much space, the kitchen was spotless and great to have, and there was a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. I was also pleased to find out on arrival that I could use an order form left in the room to order breakfast foods, which the owner shopped for and left at my door by 7:30 in the morning. This was nice so we didn't have to walk to town to get breakfast. I would not hesitate to return. Nothing - just be aware that Ortisei is built on a steep hill and this place is near the top of it, so you have to walk down a steep hill (or a ~150-step staircase right next to the property) to get down to where the restaurants are, and then back up after. But it helps burn off the food :)

Don't miss taking the gondola up to Alpe di Siuse - one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! Our apartment had a kitchen suitable for cooking breakfast, lunch and simple dinners. The facilities were wonderful! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and sauna/steam room spa area. It was all immaculately clean and well-maintained! We were provided with comfy robes and towels specifically for these areas. Our rooms were very clean and were decorated with a rustic, mountain flair. The view from the property is spectacular. It's situated on a hill above the town, so there are several hairpin turns to reach the property. There is ample parking. There are metal stairs going from the property down into the town which we used several times per day. Be aware that the stairs are somewhat slick when wet, and there are 150+ stairs, so you get quite a workout coming up. We didn't mind, but some may not like this.

We have been travelling around Italy for 3 weeks and this is our favourite accomodation and Ortisei a beautiful town. Barbara went out of her way to be helpful and would highly recommend staying here. There are steps in the yard area which are a great little shortcut if walking into town. Nothing!
