- Autumn (9/5): Nice central location to many things - Pool opened at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. It helped ease my muscle and joint pain. Added bonus: had the pool to myself. Front desk guest service representative on Saturday morning was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating with helping me get into the pool. Breakfast selection was top notch. Great location from our event on Friday night - only 2 miles away. Plenty of shopping and dining opportunities even within walking distance. Lovely facility. Quiet room on fourth floor. Personal touches: kids coloring corner. I stopped and did a word search. Sheer blinds. Could see right through the window blinds. Not comfortable with feeling of lack of privacy.

- Kalah (7/5): Nice would go again during the week not on a weekend and would avoid needing anything from the front desk between 3-11pm - Great location, close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Room was pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no housekeeping on the weekends which was ok. The overnight staff was great. I didn’t have much interaction with the morning staff. The evening staff was not that good. Seems there was only 1 person on staff in the evening and they seemed bothered and annoyed when asked for something. Pool is open till 11 but after 10 you need the front desk to let you in. Had to find front desk person to be let in. One evening we had been locked out of our room after going to the pool and the front desk attendant said we had to wait 19 minutes till the next person came in because she had to finish what she was doing so she could go home while my son was wet from the pool.

- Walisa (9/5): A clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and oatmeal raisin cookies that completely won me over - I had a great stay at Comfort Suites Brunswick Town Center. The location is convenient and close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was personable and welcoming throughout my stay. But I have to mention the highlight for me. The oatmeal raisin cookies. I know I’m in the minority, but I will absolutely choose oatmeal raisin over chocolate chip every single time. Finding those waiting there honestly made my day. It’s the little things, and this one definitely stood out. NA

- Pamela (3/5): Disappointing - It’s well-maintained and clean and in a great area. I wanted to like this place and it just turned into a nightmare. I stayed three nights. I had housekeeping come by in one morning three times even though I had do not disturb sign! Two of those times they walked right in! I also had a noise complaint because I had a work crew next to me up all night drinking, by 6:00 I lost it but the staff will not do anything. They wouldn’t even speak to them. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and you have to log on every time you want to use it.

- Brenda5443 (10/5): Great and Caring Employees All Areas of the Hotel - We were impressed from the second we stepped into the clean open lobby where we were greeted and checked in by a competent and friendly women named Janet. We went to our immaculate suite room for our 2 Day stay. The first morning we were down for breakfast and greeted by an amazing lady named Connie. She put together the Buffet which was great and not only did she keep her line clean and stocked …she kept the dining area clean and in order. She still had time to visit with us while she was working. Amazing Staff. 🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏🥰 We were blessed by Janet and Connie. As well as all the other employees .

If you’re short, like me, you can’t reach the shower head to adjust it so the water sprays all over. Balcony is great but useless without a screen to enjoy the fresh air. A little high priced overall but would stay again in a pinch. Busy area.

The staff was very friendly. We will definitely plan on staying at the hotel when we return to Cleveland in November.

- Terry (10/5): - Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up. The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too!

Staff was incredible. We were there for 4 days for a sports nationals and the staff was awesome with always checking in on us! Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was so quiet and definitely felt safe. The grocery store across the parking lot was convenient. Cleveland was close enough to travel to but far enough to be away from the city. We also got to check out a fun arcade pretty close by! I would definitely stay in this hotel if I ever came back to Ohio!

I went back and they had already started cleaning it and my bag wasn’t there. Front desk wasn’t helpful. Told me she’d call me in an hour and didn’t. I went back next morning and different lady dismissed me. I had my wedding rings in there!! Your employees stole it!!

The lady runnung the bfeakfast was so attentive, and helpful, making sure we got everything we needed. Great stay. I dont travel much but was well pleased.

Even the surfaces of the desk, etc., felt tacky from the humidity. The breakfast was fine, the rooms were quiet, and I have no other complaints.
