Al llegar nos recibió Franco, un crack, nos explicó todo con lujo de detalles, nos dio muchos tips y consejos super útil para nuestra estadía de 3 noches. Siempre atento por si teníamos dudas y/o consultas. Ademas maneja un español excelente. Sin dudas Relais Tiffany fue una excelente elección!!! Absolutamente nada

Struttura molto accogliente, in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ma in zona tranquilla e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il prossimo viaggio a Firenze tornerò a Relais Tiffany. • Iftihan (8/5): Agréable - L'emplacement était accessible à pieds, Franco qui nous a accueilli a été super et très chaleureux, la chambre et la salle de bain était propre, très bien insonorisée et isolée. Le lit est un peu dur et niveau lumière, pour les gens qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet, ce ne sera pas totalement le cas dans la chambre. Prévoyez un masque à oeil.

• Hannah (10/5): Perfect stay and location for our trip - Excellent visit - we were only in Florence for a short time but it was fantastic. The host, Marta was absolutely brilliant - providing some brilliant recommendations and tips for navigating the city sights and food. The room itself was very clean, exactly like the pictures and we both slept very well. Breakfast is not available at the property but there is a fantastic tea room with coffee and biscuits that is help yourself (available all day).

Tot molt net. A més et deixen una habitació per deixar les maletes si arribes d'hora el primer dia i tambe per al darrer dia. On hi ha un lavabo per si el necessites abans de marxar cap a l'aeroport L'hotel és molt practic perquè està a un minut del tramvia que et porta de l'aeroport i a 10 minuts del centre caminant. Per posar una pega que se sent el soroll del carrer i a partir de les 6 i poc del matí se sent molt el soroll tramvia, sobretot en dies feiners.

• Consolacion (10/5): - Franco was the best!!! He was very welcoming, he met us on-time for an early checkin, gave us very good all-around recommendations (scenic hikes, museums, local fave restaurants, transportation options). The room we stayed in was very clean and although it’s on the street side (not garden), it’s still quiet, relatively speaking, once you close the windows. It took me only 115 steps (I counted them) from their front door to the platform of the street car that takes you straight to the airport. It was a very convenient 20-min ride and cheapest option for a reliable way to get to and back FLR. It’s also short walking distance to SMN train station and to the center. They have a coffee/tea/cookies serve-yourself area that is accessible at anytime. I love the electric kettle which made it so very quick to make myself a cup of hot tea every night before bed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Franco!

Liked the complimentary beverage and snack bar, was very convenient especially for the long days of walking. Our host was polite and informative but made several recommendations that turned out very poorly for us. We also requested no cleaning service throughout our stay and sent a message the first morning to remind him but our room was still cleaned. We also had issues with the hot water in our room as it wouldn't get hot the first day no matter which way we turned the handle. Overall decent property but would not return again.

• Kitty (9/5): Great Stay in a Convenient Location - We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The location was perfect—within walking distance to many attractions, and there were some excellent beef restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping us comfortable. The owner Martha was very friendly and gave us plenty of helpful suggestions. We also appreciated the free biscuits and coffee—a nice little treat! The only minor downside was the noise from the nearby tram line, but it didn’t spoil our overall experience. The place smelled musty and they cover it up with overwhelming room scent. The bathroom is the only renovated thing about this place. It’s about a 10 mins walk from S.m. novella. So convenient. They have snacks and water/tea for you but to call it an B&B is misleading.

• Marianna (10/5): A real gem! - This is a lovely B&B just north of the center of Florence next to a tram line that takes you close to the main part of Florence, and north directly to the airport. Access is on the ground level of the building, which is a plus for those with heavy luggage. Our room was large with beautiful Renaissance style furniture. The foam mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are immaculately clean with tile flooring ( marble in bagno), a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc without needing to use your own account made it a real treat to relax after a full day in Florence. The modern split style air conditioner is extremely efficient and very quiet. I was so pleased that the owners of this B&B thought of everything in the room that would meet the needs of its guests—including a small refrigerator. Last but not least, the staff is wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. Marta helped us with many things, including arranging a taxi for us to pick us up very early on a Sunday morning to get to the airport. This place is a real gem. We look forward to staying here again when we next return to Florence!
• Mario (3/5): Would not recomend to a party of three - The location was central to were we wanted to go The bathroom shower was very small, so much so, that its was difficult to bend down to pick something up. At around 10:30 pm on our first night, after a long day of site seeing. We were having a conversation in our room about our day and received a call from Marta advising the next door neighbor was complaning that we were making to much noise. It was obviius that the walls were to thin, which made us feel very unfortable. We ensured to license during the entire stay.
• Msmbw (8/5): Very good - Great location, near the Santa Maria Novella train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Marta was so helpful and called a taxi for us to take us to the airport very early on a Sunday morning.

Our host Marta was so friendly and helpful, she was happy to give us tips and suggestions on places to see and places to eat - both popular and more ‘off the beaten track’. Definitely recommended!
• Chloe (10/5): Great location and friendly host - The location was perfect, close to both the tram lines and train station and a short walk from the town centre. Marta, the host, was very helpful checking in. We arrived later than the check in desk being open but we were sent instructions on the check in process via WhatsApp and it was easy to access our rooms after this. Would love to visit again someday and would defo recommend staying here!
• Matthew (10/5): Our shoulders dropped in relaxation as soon as we turned the key, surprise, pleasure, the antidote to the day that had g - It is modest, but that’s its strength. We were staying (my daughter and I) to exhibit at Pitti Fragranze, nearby, so the location was perfect. The cleanliness of the room was spotless and the snack breakfast bar was modest but perfectly yummy and more so as our colleagues who spent significantly more on their hotels were not able to partake in their hotel breakfast and did not enjoy the selection of yummies and teas etc that were available at Tiffany. Tiffany are very generous in that regard. Others get just one or two teabags and coffee capsules in their rather expensive rooms, whereas we had loads (and well thought out yummies and treats) to ‘grab and go.’ So I am left with a great feeling of value and an understanding of convenience. Whether you are a tourist or a business delegate, Tiffany makes you feel ‘hi at home’ once you arrive and once upon return you take the keys from your pocket and walk over the threshold. There’s a nice little private garden outside too BTW. It may not be palatial, but when you turn the key, you relax, which may be what you crave. It’s a good, honest, well presented and very lovely place, not sterile with carp ponds, fountains and ‘sun rooms’ that are devoid of guests—but full of heart. This is no better personified than by the lovely Marta who coordinates the bookings, check ins and outs and goodness knows how much else—who looked after me and my daughter when our modest flight from London turned into a 19hr ordeal, meaning check in was after hours. She send videos to walk us through and recommended local places to eat etc. she’s ’one of life’s good ones’ as they say. She really didn’t have to, but I sense that she is the perfect lady to have taken us under her wing and enjoyed being a good soul. A difficult day suddenly changed with Martha and Tiffany into a ‘thank you’ day. Plus I got to tell my daughter (she’s a grown up btw) that we’d had ‘breakfast at Tiffany’s’ (Dad joke, sorry)! For those seeking scandi-style modern decor and twinkling fountains in expansive courtyards—then Tiffany may not be for them. It’s not a ‘corporate venue’ but it doesn’t pretend to be. It is Italy. Coming from the UK and born in rural England but living in London, there are ‘horses for courses’ and Tiffany is just great in that respect. There are lots of swanky hotels on offer in Florence, but after a hard day’s graft (sightseeing or lecturing) it’s nice hit the pillow somewhere where you aren’t just a number but feel somehow valued above that. My opinion is that Tiffany was absolutely ideal for me and my daughter. So accommodating. Maybe it’s not everyone’s Cup of Tea, but then again some people don’t like fresh tomatoes but will readily squirt ketchup until the bottle is empty.

• Yige (10/5): Exceptional - We only stayed for one day in Florence, but this hotel met nearly all of our expectations. Although they do not have breakfast, snacks and coffee are provided instead. The host, Marta, is very lovely and friendly. She provided us with a lot more information that is helpful for tourists to discover the city in a short duration of stay, including the map, walk routes, the restaurants and street foods, etc. You can walk to most of the sights in 20 mins. Additionally, the railway station is also near here, within a 7-minute walk. (If you have heavy luggage with you, try to find the lifts instead of going downstairs at the nearest entrance; it was painful)
