Wrote email related to issues with booking few times, no onr cares to respond. I think booking.com also reached out but they do not respond. Spoiling name of marriott. Next time i would not stay at this property rather take some thing right in down town.

• Jorge M (9/5): Got together with a friend for an event, stayed in an amazing hotel. - The hotel is in a convenient location to the event I was attending. It is walkable to a number of different places including restaurants such as Cindi's. Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting me checked into my room early. Size wise, the room is very spacious. There was a questionable person sleeping on a bench across the street from the hotel.

• Judith (9/5): Overall we had a pleasant experience - The rooms were clean and decent size for two people. The hotel is nice and modern.The front staff was friendly and professional. The valet attendees were also friendly. The view from the 12th floor bar, outdoor area was spectacular. The bar on the 12th floor was "lame". The bar tenders didn't acknowledge our presence until 10 minutes after we sat down and it was not busy. Then we were told we had to order at the bar.m..why? We ordered two blood Mary's, and I don't know why they used a shaker to make them. These drinks were terrible and tasted like tomatoes only. We do not recommend the bar.

• Chelsea (7/5): - Good location downtown. Booked this hotel for use of the rooftop bar, it closed early on Friday night and was closed for a private event on Saturday. Paid through Booking.com and the hotel also took the money from my bank account without any notice.

I arrived and my reservation was canceled without any email notification. And therefore I was left with no room for 4 hours until i was able to book somewhere else to stay.

Just paper/plastic. It’s 2025. It’s not healthy to be drinking coffee out of plastic. Get with the times and get real ceramic mugs.
• Monique (2/5): - This property is a scam it’s the cheapest hotel to stay at that some what by downtown still about a 15minute waik You have to pay for your own breakfast separate you have to pay for your car on the app for vallet yet they charge you inside when you check in as well the guy that check me in was dumb and said they don’t do booking they charged me 2x so I then had to Taik to the manger late at midnight mind you I was tired yet I had to go tell them again about the issue they supposedly fixed it not sure I’ll see when the refund issues back hopefully. Worst hotel I have ever stayed would not recommend do not stay here absolutely horrible experience the lights in the room didn’t even work and the room was super small with a tiny couch bed

• Juan (8/5): - Overall this hotel was good for me in my situation, it is clean and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helped me with letting me checkout one hour late and let me place my belongings in the hotel until I came to pick up later that afternoon without extra charge.

• Chelsea (3/5): For the price of what was paid, I expected better. - Location is good. Close to Baylor Scot and white. There is no free parking. You have to valet park. Our room was not clean. There were smudge prints on the window. Floor was dirty. Everything else was fine. Beds are uncomfortable. The elevator sometimes takes you to a different floor than what was selected.

• Cassious (10/5): Downtown Dallas - We decided to take the Amtrak from east Texas, to downtown Dallas. So glad we picked the courtyard. It was literally 500ft from the Amtrak, surrounded by museums, and tons of restaurants. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, especially Mrs. Eleise at the front desk. She is definitely a Gem.

El valet muy rápido, no tardó nada en traerme el coche. La terraza con vistas a la ciudad tomando una caña, impagable El parking, caro. Pero ya sabía la tarifa así que no me sorprendió
