• Anne (9/5): Good location with reasonable priced budget rooms that have everything I needed for my stay. - Location was great for what I needed and the price of the room met my budget. The room had everything I needed for my stay. I also used the laundry and camp kitchen which was useful. I was lucky to get a car park close to the unit but not all units has close parks so check if you have any mobility issues.

Lines in car park very faint so very hard to see individual parking spaces. Parking under gum tree does not feel safe.

The cabins are dated and need some refreshing and maintenance. Beds could be made more comfortable with the addition of a mattress topper. Staff were very welcoming.

• Marie (9/5): Mum and I would definitely stay again, but I’d bring a table cloth 😁 - 2 room cabin which gave my mother and I a bed each. Separate toilet from the bathroom. We had one of the back cabins which gave us beautiful views of the river. Large fridge and freezer, excellent for the hot weather we’re going through at the moment. The table and chairs were clean of course but they were sticky, nothing slid across

I could not access wifi because it was over subscribed. There was no control to wifi access and the person admitted that it was normal for guests to miss out wifi, yet he had not done something about it.
• Al-Hilli (10/5): - The unit was clean and very tidy, and all the essential facilities were available. I needed an iron and the staff wre very fast and cooperative in providing one for me. the workplace was only about 10min away. worth the money if you want to save some and travelling from outside of Adelaide the Wi-Fi service was a little bit slow and gets a lot of interruptions and it is not provided by the property owners. it is a free service within Windsor Groove.

• Evie (9/5): Perfect for what we needed :) - Room was clean and comfortable with great facilities. Felt very safe throughout our stay, location was quiet and had easy access to public transport to get to the city centre, river walk was also lovely. Was perfect for what we needed, which was a cheap stay for our mini break. Bathroom door had a bit of a confusing design, the room was also a bit claustrophobic with no windows. Visitors should also be aware that the reception is not open 24/7 so staff won't be able to assist you in person after hours although there is a text messaging service if you do have any concerns, questions or emergencies.

• Damian_99 (4/5): Was Expecting Better Based on Reviews - Was a good space in the unit it and the bed was comfortable. Provide toilet paper during the stay and clean the unit prior to check in. We had to disinfectant surfaces as they were dirty and vacuum the unit, found debris behind everything, my wife would not sit on the lounge, it was disgusting. Showering was horrible, no hot water or pressure.

• Brian (8/5): - I was a little disappointed with the reception my wife received when she rang to request clean towels. The text from Echo Parks stated “ For any concerns please ring xxxx xxx xxx” which she did only to be told quite bluntly that this is for after hours and emergencies only. She was also told we had only been there one day so why would we want clean towels. We had arrived a day earlier and in any case is that really a problem. I have re-read that text many times and can still not see any reference to that information. I know this sounds petty, but on the other hand we paid a fair price and expect fair service. We have stayed here in our caravan on a number of occasions and will do so again. The lady who answered the phone just needs to lift her game and if the number you give out is just for a particular purpose make sure it is clearly labeled as such.

Tv needs an upgrade to a smart tv, black out tint needs to be added to the bedroom windows, as it was very bright early in the morning.
