• Lucas Benjamin (10/5): Accoglienza eccezionale e attenzione ai dettagli - L’accoglienza è stata eccellente fin dal primo momento. Sono arrivato verso mezzanotte e il proprietario mi ha aspettato senza alcun problema. Gli avevo condiviso la mia posizione così da poter calcolare il mio arrivo e, quando ero vicino, è venuto incontro a me e mi ha accompagnato fino all’appartamento. Mi ha spiegato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno ed è stato sempre molto disponibile. Inoltre, mi ha chiesto se avessi allergie o preferenze per preparare la colazione. La stanza era impeccabile, moderna, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. In camera c’erano acqua, succo, latte, banana, snack dolci, tè, macchina del caffè e perfino lo scaldalatte: sinceramente è la prima volta che trovo così tante attenzioni in un appartamento. Il giorno seguente mi ha scritto per sapere quando mi fossi svegliato e mi ha portato delle brioche buonissime e qualcosa di salato, tutto davvero ottimo. Si vede chiaramente che il proprietario tiene molto ai suoi ospiti e cura ogni dettaglio. Esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. Sinceramente non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare. Tutto è stato eccellente.
• Tafli (10/5): - Zeer aangenaam verrast door deze B&B. Gastheer Stefano is inderdaad geweldig. Komt tegemoet aan al je vragen, verzorgd netjes je ontbijt op voorkeur en fungeert tevens als een lokale gids voor informatie. Locatie is perfect. Twee minuten lopen van station Garibaldi. Legio winkels, supermarkten, eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Net zoals het historisch centrum. De kamer was zeer ruim, hygiënisch en voorzien van alle gemakken. Zodra je de deur en raam dicht doet is het lekker stil in je kamer om bij te komen. Niets viel tegen. Maar als ik toch iets moet schrijven, dan wil ik meegeven dat de ingang en lift een klassiek nostalgische uitstraling heeft, wat tevens positief is. Een bijzondere ervaring. Neem vantevoren contact op met Stefano en alles loopt heel soepeltjes. Bedankt voor alles!

Ubicación a metros de la Terminal de trenes de Napoli y del centro historico Nápoles o la tomas o la dejas. Es una ciudad muy eclectica

• Simone (9/5): Eine Oase mitten in Neapel - Sehr nettes Apartment mit Bad und Küche, modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, sogar eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden. Man fühlt sich wohl und sicher. Jeden Tag frisches Frühstück, im Kühlschrank waren außerdem Milch, Obst, Joghurt, Saft etc. Stefano ist ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Gastgeber.

• George Domocoș (10/5): - The apartment was great for a 5-day stay for 2 people. Very close to the train station and many bus stations, with plenty of food and drinks options around. The place is newly renovated and everything is clean. The host was especially helpful, always answering in a few minutes on WhatsApp and ready to help us with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast consists of more than enough fresh baked goods, brought warm every morning at the requested hour. Plus, in the room there's a coffee machine, with regular and plant-based milk, tea, butter, yogurt, juice and different small snacks. Although close to the street, it wasn't very noisy, only the occasional loud engine could sometimes be heard. There aren't really any bad things to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little thing is that due to being close to the street, you can't really open the windows wide if you want to have privacy, but enough light gets in through the blinds.

Grazie Stefano se torniamo da quelle parti sicuramente verremmo a trovarti! Esterno, androne e scale del palazzo da rivedere. Posizione vicino la stazione ed in una parte della città un pochino degradata..

He also recommended a good (tourist-friendly) pizza place 3 mins away for dinner.

• Felicia (10/5): EXCEPȚIONAL!!! - O locație de excepție, cu o curățenie exemplară, dotată cu tot ce trebuie! Proprietarul, un tânăr EXTRAORDINAR . Mai rar întâlnești așa ceva! Foarte amabil, politicos, receptiv! Ne-a oferit indicații amănunțite despre obiective turistice, despre cum poți ajunge la ele, despre locurile unde poti servi masa, etc! Micul dejun a fost deosebit! Croissantele de cea mai bună calitate, și nu numai! Cafea la discreție, apă, sucuri si multe altele! Am fost un grup de 6 persoane, niciodată nu am reușit să mâncam tot ce ne-a oferit! În fiecare zi s-a facut curățenie în camere, s-a completat cu ce se consuma! FELICITĂRI ! Locația se află aproape de gara centrală și Piața Garibaldi, de mijloacele de transport către toate direcțiile, cu multe magazine în jur.

Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare, amabile și mereu disponibile pentru orice întrebare sau recomandare, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă de la sosire.

They gave lots of helpful tips regarding restaurants, gluten-free options, places to visit etc. The room is modern, clean, spatious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had fruit, coffee, tea, water, muffins and other snacks. Not to mention the fact that Stefano brought me the best gluten-free croissants I’ve ever had. Everything fine

• Jéssica (9/5): Estancia en Nápoles - Hermosa habitación, me gustó que contaba con cafetera así que podías hacer café cuando quisieras, pan, bocadillos, jalea, nutella y la nevera con agua que cambiaban a diario, yogurt, leche y jugo para complementar con los croissants que traía el anfitrión a diario para desayunar. Además había cereal y te. Eso está genial y destaca. El anfitrión súper amable y atento a cualquier hora, te sientes muy acompañado, instrucciones claras para entrar. No hay perdida. Un día nos quedamos sin electricidad pero en cuanto avisé el anfitrión vino a ayudarnos, así como un problema con la máquina del café que también resolvió de inmediato. Una noche no nos hicieron limpieza del baño pero no ocurrió más apenas notificamos. En realidad pequeños detalles que se resolvieron

Indimenticabili le colazioni con i dolci appena sfornati da una famosa pasticceria per accedere alla quale solitamente ci sono lunghissime code. Le camere sono belle, di recente ristrutturazione e fanno dimenticare il resto dello stabile poco curato. Ottima la pulizia Purtroppo lo stabile necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione in linea con quella effettuata nelle camere. Nel quartiere, pur riscontrando le tipicità delle zone limitrofe alle stazioni ferroviarie, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi.

• Sue (9/5): Lovely BandB in great location. - This place is happy to accept late arrivals. This is a well situated property close to the stations. Stefano gave us lots of information about the local area. The shower worked well, the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Comfy bed. Easy to get a bus to old town if you feel too far to walk. The property is on the 5th floor. The lift is slow and may be in use by others so you might have a long wait as it only takes one or two people max.

• Meyer (8/5): Would recommend & stay again but more aware of the surroundings - The room was modern and clean and very well refurbished. It was high up so well above the street noise. The kitchen facilities - well, the corridor - were perfectly adequate and clean too and we even got a large bottle of water every day with our own shelf in the fridge. The welcome was warm and friendly and the pastries at breakfast were delicious 'n HUGE :-) The surroundings and the internals of the communal space were very basic, worn and old. There were some interesting characters sitting on the stairs during the day and the lift was a little scary - especially with suitcases i.e. will it hold you? - although they say it will be changed. The shower and the hot water didn't work reliably

В общей прихожей есть холодильник, чайник, кофемашина. Вода для каждой комнаты. На завтрак владелец приносит свежую выпечку. Не знаю как в других комнатах, а у нас была непонятная ситуация с горячей водой. То ее сложно было настроить, то одним вечером у нас ее не было. В другие дни горячая вода резко пропадала , шла холодная, но потом опять появлялась горячая.

Leckere Teilchen immer frisch vom Bäcker werden zur gewünschten Frühstückszeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer neu und modern eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen, gleich nähe Bahnhof und Metro. Gerne wieder 👍

• Yulia (10/5): Fantastic stay in Naples! One of the best B&B we stayed in. - Super new and spacious room. Had everything needed for a good rest: comfy bed and pillows, new tv with Netflix, fast WiFi, minibar with juice water and milk, coffee and tea maker with good tea selection, assortment of jam, Nutella, butter and dry toasts. Important details: the aircon for super quiet and customisable and pillows are comfy. Delicious croissants for breakfast. Super welcoming hosts-can be reached in any time, friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing. Note: location is on relatively busy street but the windows provide good isolation and it is very convenient to get around.
• Thomas (8/5): Nettes Zimmer mit Bad/Toilette und Küchenbenutzung in der Nähe Bahnhof Napoli Centrale - Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem Privathaus. Ausgehend von einer Küche sind die Gästezimmer (alle mit zugehörigem Bad) angeordnet. U.U. bekommt man Gespräche etc. anderer Gäste in der Küche im eigenen Zimmer mit, da nur durch eine Tür getrennt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich, es gab auch viele Informationen und Tipps über Neapel. Das Frühstück war lecker, es wurden frische Leckereien gebracht. Bad und Toilette sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wichtig: die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist nahe an Stazione Centrale, man sollte - insbesondere Abends - besser den Weg vom Bahnhof zum Appartment durch die größeren Strassen wählen. Wir haben uns aber nicht unsicher gefühlt. U-Bahn und Vorortbahn sind auch sehr gut erreichbar.
• THACH (10/5): Good location and great owner. - Our second time here, so you know it’s great… location 8 minutes walk from the bus/train station, few minutes walk to good pasta/pizza restaurants, but the best part is Stefano, the owner of the B&B. He would do everything I asked, whether get us bus tickets, or ship me my sweater that I left my room. I later found my sweater in my bag, but the thought that counts! The streets have lots of trash, broken glasses, and shady people, so you just be careful. We don’t walk out after dark!

Great base to explo - The interior was lovely, it was immaculately clean and the host was incredibly responsive and generous with his time and recommendations. We picked an area for convenience and the area reflected that slightly.

Anfitrião muito simpático e disponível sempre que necessário. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, com uma excelente relação qualidade/preço. No chuveiro pequeno a água sai com muita pressão, podendo ser desconfortável. O pequeno-almoço carece de opções não doces. A rua não é muito bonita, no entanto não sentimos insegurança.

• T. Steve S. (10/5): Great location, facility and owner - Owner Stefano and his lady help were great - exceeded our expectations. We did see the good reviews before we booked, and after one night and communication with him regarding about the Alibus that we had to take from the airport to his property, then when checking out, we needed the Sita bus that take me from Napoli to Bomerano, where we met our tour for the Amalfi Coast, we realized he exceeded our good expectations. His recommendation for Napolitan pizza and pasta restaurant was spot on. Breakfast was delicious too! None.

L'host super gentile e disponibile, ci ha addirittura portato i cornetti alla mattina per colazione nonostante ci fossero già diversi cibi e bevande disponibili in camera. Molta cura nel far sentire gli ospiti a loro agio. Veramente consigliato. La zona non è delle migliori, ma è comodissima per chi vuole viaggiare essendo a due passi dalla stazione.

• Mary Ellen (8/5): High marks for this B&B for service, comfort and cleanliness! The location is the only drawback. - Patty was great, she met us at the door and helped us get settled in. She provided all the information we needed and was very efficient and thorough. The room was air conditioned, clean, and larger than expected. The shower had great pressure too. The pastries for breakfast were amazing!! The location for me wasn't ideal. Maybe the entire city of Naples isn't for me or maybe this neighborhood is too close to the train station - a little sketchy. We felt completely safe and secure inside the accommodation, however. Using the small elevator to reach the 5th floor is better then the stairs but be prepared to make several trips if you have a lot of luggage like we did.

• Zaloa (9/5): - La atención ha sido excelente. Estaba todo muy limpio y con muchos detalles para que la estancia fuera muy cómoda y acogedora. Había agua, zumos, fruta, yogures, ... disponibles a nuestra llegada. La ubicación es muy práctica, a pocos minutos de la estación central de Nápoles. Sin embargo, la zona nos transmitió una sensación de menor seguridad, aunque no tuvimos ningún incidente durante nuestra estancia.
