La ubicación del hotel está a 300 metros de la playa. Buena relación calidad-precio. Volveremos seguro a este hotel. Algo que sí deberían de mejorar es el acceso a la piscina que hay en la sexta planta, ya que las escaleras son muy incómodas para gente mayor o con discapacidad les es prácticamente imposible salir de la piscina.

They ddnt fill up like shampoos and body wash when they clean the room the next day, also we kept all our dirt in a bag to be removed the time they freshen the room, when we return from our day the dirt will still be there… the hairdryer plugs ddnt work some plugs in the room also ddnt work, the bathroom tap was broken so we couldn’t use the cold water tap.

• Christopher (3/5): NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL - The staff was reasonably polite but not with the typical Thai charm I’ve known to love over the years of visiting the land of smiles There is no pavement/sidewalk outside the hotel so when you’re away from the hotel front you’re straight into a busy road which you can also hear from your room which is very frustrating There is no A/C in the hotel reception which can be quite uncomfortable due to the heat of Thailand, the hotel is also is situated right next to a mosque and every single morning at around 5am I was woken up by the LOUD call to prayer for the Muslims The room was not as described on the website and was dated and dirty in places mainly the shower room and the A/C is incredibly loud and the lock on the door was not very tatty and looked like a careless job had been done to repair The bed was made upon request which was good but the bedding was dated and sometimes had holes in (see photo attached) The room service was very disappointing with no pork available on the menu which ruled out many nice thai dishes The pool area was small and very congested If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience you will be greatly disappointed If you stay in room 5010 you will not enjoy your stay

• Elisha (1/5): My worst hotel-experience ever! - Nothing, I wish I listened to the negative comments about this property than the biased good ones. This is probably one of my worst experiences throughout my years of travel. The hotel calls themselves 5-star, when you arrive, you realize this is really nothing more than a 2 stars at most. I initially booked 7 nights thinking it’s a 5star hotel, when I saw the room, it was disappointing and didn’t even want to spend a single night at this property! The room was old, dirty and with damaged floor in almost all the rooms that we checked(they offered us to change the room the next day). Not to mention how loud it is at the hotel. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You hear your neighbors like you share the same room. Cars are driving right in your eardrums. The gym is a disaster, very old and broken equipment that almost will hurt you. When we mentioned it to the staff, they were rude and unhelpful, apart from the luggage guy. I took the issue to the receptionist and requested an early checkout, they refused and asked me to contact booking.com. I contacted booking they asked hotel for permission, the hotel never responded so I was stuck without a place to stay and my money in this hotels hands. I talked with their manager, she lied at first that they had replied to the email from booking.com but when I called booking while the manager is there they confirmed she had not replied. I then asked her to reply while am on call with booking. Which she did. She then told me they had authorized a refund for the unused nights. And that it would take 45 days. When I called booking a week after they said the hotel had yet not refunded or modified my booking in order for me to be eligible for the refund. I went back to the hotel and talked again with the manager who later said they had not yet authorized the refund but earlier she had said she already did. So it seems like they were just waiting for me to leave the country and never receive my money back. Everything, there is nothing to like.

• Neil (9/5): Had a very enjoyable time and would 100% go back. - Staff were all friendly and willing to help, from the cleaning lady Mariya, if you were still in bed would always come back later and left the room very clean. The bar staff round the pool Pream and Natty always friendly and helpful. Not a negative thing to say about any of the staff. It was but a short walk to the beach. Not too far from the busy part, Bangla Road, about 35mins walk, or about 200 bart for a taxis. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Roof top pool was great. Room was good with a nice walk in shower. Without being picky there really is nothing wrong with the hotel. The breakfast was not for me.

Уборка проводится методом подметания, просьба пропылесосить вызывает некоторое недоумение, но потом сделают. Средства для и после душа включены,(довольно приятные). Также выдают полотенце на пляж и бассейн. Завтрак вполне нормальный. Расположение удобное. Wi-Fi на всей территории отеля слабый и нестабильный, три раза просил решить проблему,на третий раз заменили роутер и скорость стала получше,но для работы не годится.

Les personnes qui s’occupent des bagages et de la distribution des serviettes de plage sont extrêmement aimables La connexion wifi , le manque de chaînes d’information comme TV 5 monde par exemple

• Luis (9/5): BUEN HOTEL - Nos gustó mucho tanto la habitación, como el desayuno, como la ubicación. Eche en falta en el hotel de esa categoría, que la piscina no tuviera ningún tipo de acceso para personas mayores o sea ni una escalera o ningún artilugio para poder introducirte en el agua y sobre todo salir cuando terminas el baño.

• Jo Jo💜❤💙💛💚🧡 (10/5): Extra stay - Very good location staff pool waa fab too This was our 3rd week here we did 1 weeks then checked out , I had to book this due to war in middle east so booked a week because we didnt no how long we were stuck for So we checked out after 3nights we checked out after finding flights to get home safely I messaged the hotel and asked for partial refund due to circumstances and have not had no feedback back

• Jean-Marc (8/5): T’es bon séjour - Personnel très agréable. Hotel propre très bien situé. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très belle piscine. Seul bémol, le hall de l’hôtel n’est pas climatisé. Très bon séjour… je vous conseille vivement Pas de climatisation dans le hall

• Alistair (5/5): Pleasant but not what was expected. - Bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. Location made it easy to get around town. We booked this hotel as it was a resort spa for the facilities advertised. The spa was closed and apparently has been for a long time (one person said over 12 months). Gym had reasonable equipment for a hotel gym but did need some repairs. If travelling to Phuket again I would stay elsewhere.
