- Giordano (10/5): Very clean and comfortable hotel with easy check-in, convenient parking, a great restaurant, and very accommodating staf - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and smooth. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good, and the room itself was very nice and comfortable overall. The secured parking was also very convenient. They were also very accommodating for our 2-year-old daughter and had a crib ready in our room upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The only thing I was not crazy about was the carpeting in the room. Personally, I prefer hard flooring, although I understand the carpet likely helps with soundproofing and keeping the rooms quiet.

- David (9/5): I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and is my go to hotel whenever in Sofia - Room spacious and well appointed and clean. Close enough to office and airport to be convenient. I had no major complaints whatsoever.
- Катя (10/5): Препоръчвам! - Прекрасна стая, чиста и комфортна. Вечерята беше без забележки, атмосферата в ресторанта и кухнята бяха по наш вкус. Закуската-вкусна и поднесена с много усмивки от услужлива и много приятна сервитьорка. Изобщо не ни беше споменато,че като гости на хотела имаме право на 10% отстъпка в ресторанта. Впоследствие го разбрах от коментари в сайта. Рецепционисът, който ни посрещна, малко ни отряза за услуга, която го помолихме, но това вече си е лично към него, не беше нещо задължително и не влияе на оценката на хотела, която си е пълно 6!

- Russell (3/5): Loud. But modern and friendly. Seriously lacking some basic stuff. - The AC unit in the room was impossibly loud. You could not have it on while in the room without ear plugs. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot while I visited, but it was still uncomfortably warm in the room without opening the windows (thus subjecting yourself to traffic noise!). I would hate to stay here in the summer months! Additionally, there’s no duvet on the beds! They provide some hidden in the wardrobes but even they are just *really* small single ones. I even went to reception to ask for a proper duvet for a double bed and was told the picnic blankets were all they had!!

Не се дишаше нито в коридора, нито в стаята, независимо от 3-часовото течение. Не препоръчвам за хора с алергии или чувствителни към силни миризми.

- Stani (10/5): Very nice hotel to stay! - This was our second stay and it was great! Absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay again! I have to point out that the hotel staff were super helpful — everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well!

Очень мягкие и тонкие подушки, но понимаю, что это индивидуально. Требуются дополнительные таблички на паркинг. Мы случайно заехали в соседний паркинг и не могли ни выйти, ни выехать.

Наложи се да поискаме допълнително отопление. Паркинга разполага с малко места за хотелска част, което не е приятно когато отидеш и ти кажат няма свободно място.

- Svetlana (9/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, friendly staff, great restaurant, overall wonderfull experience! - Very friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bad, spacious apartment and bathroom, great shower, superb toiletries (L'OCCITANE), good coffee machine. The Italian restaurant on the premises is absolutely delicious. Nothing not to like, the only minor thing is that there is no electric socket in the bathroom but that is not a big issue.

- Gergana (7/5): Базата е прекрасна, но иска поддръжка и амортизация. - Хладилника е видимо замръзнал, не изстудява! Седалката на тоалетната е разхлабена и нестабилна! "Розовите" домати в салатата Капрезе наподобяваха пластмасови на вкус! Спагетите с морски дарове бяха приемливи, но за тази цена трябва да са топ! За първи път оставам разочарована от този хотел, надявам се да вземат коментара под внимание! Базата е прекрасна, но иска поддръжка и амортизация.

- Radoslava (10/5): Страхотно място! - Отлична локация според нуждите ни. Рецепционистите бяха изключително любезни, съдействаха ни с намиране на такси и други ситуации в които имахме нужда от помощ. Ресторанта, който се намира в хотела е феноменален, много вкусна италианска кухня. Голям плюс е детския кът с аниматор, който забавлява децата. Чисти и топли стаи. Много модерен интериор. Ще посетим отново. Няма нещо, което да не ми е харесало.
