• Audrey (9/5): Parfait - L’appartement était très bien équipé, quasiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin était sur place. Petit plus pour les essuies de plage à disposition et le barbecue. La piscine est propre et agréable, une seule fois bondée sur 14 jours et transats supplémentaires au besoin. L’emplacement est idéal et très calme. Le surmatelas n’est peu être pas nécessaire car très très moelleux mais les goûts de chacun en matière de confort ne se discutent pas. Nous l’avons juste enlevé du lit durant notre séjour.

• Andrew (9/5): Great family stay - Excellent location close to town and road connections to different beaches and attractions. Very peaceful at night. Very well equipped for home cooking and high standard of cleanliness. Nice big balcony. Excellent heated pool.
• Sheila (9/5): Superb - Very much a home from home for a month. Very nicely laid out apartment with good facilities. Lovely terrace facing the mountain with good shade for the really hot days. It's up the hill from town so may be difficult for someone with mobility issues as there can be a lot of steps.
• Douglas (9/5): Superb - Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the large terrace in the morning and evenings. At this time of year (mid-December) the terrace only gets direct sun in the morning, although I'd expect that you'll also have decent sunsets once the days lengthen. This suited us as it was nicely warm rather than baking hot! As a general comment on Gran Canaria, I'd recommend car hire, just to see the island better - although some of the roads in the mountains (and especially along the NW coast!) are could be described as "interesting". However, the drive from the airport to the apartment is very straightforward along a dual carriageway.
• Paul (7/5): A lovely complex with heated pool, reasonable walk to town/beach, much quieter than adjacent resorts - A very nice apartment, well furnished and with a large terrace facing east and north so plenty of shade if required but morning sun which was good.. Plenty of space, excellent shower/hot water, good air conditioning, also beach umbrella and towels supplied. Plenty of utensils etc. and a generous welcome pack. Close proximity to the gated main entrance and no stairs/steps to access apartment so easy for luggage, also close to pool area. Views north over the town to rugged hills. Neighbours were smoking on their terrace constantly which was a nuisance for us, also a very annoying dog barking incessantly just across the road. Because the apartment is near the recycling bins we were disturbed regularly at night as they are often emptied at 4am in the morning. None of this is the fault of the owners but did impact on our enjoyment. We found the main bed to be much too soft for our liking but this is a matter of personal taste. We think the towels and sheets could be better and maybe time to be replaced. Wifi constantly disconnecting our devices.
• Jan (8/5): Deffinitely recommended 👍🏻 - Very nice, clean, sunny, calm and well-equipped appartment for 2-4 people (1 or 2 pairs😉). More distant from the sea - can be a little uncomfortable with small kids but not a problem for adults without moving problems😉
• Bartosz (10/5): If I will return back to GC, La Casa Canaria will be first place where I will try to stay... - Great small city, silent and without crowds. Very well equipped apartment having nice interior design and cosy. It has nice terrace providing beatiful view on the hills and partially the ocean. Terrace was a very good place to eat breakfasts... Maybe it is too strong to say that "I don't like it", but adding roller blinds to the windows faced to east could help to sleep longer. Actually it was not a problem for us - just a remark.
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Superb apartment. Very nice location. Silent. To the center of the town just 10 minutes by walk. Realy perfect.
