• Losaline (2/5): - Room with two beds had stained dirty walls splatter everywhere including head board for both beds, graffiti, 1st night there, toilet was clogged, bad odor in the room. We spent extra at the store just to buy candles, air freshener just too keep the room smelling good. Bath tub rusty. No hangers to hang your clothes. Be careful having kids there as well, they have a porn channel that is part of the tv channels. Will not be returning here ever. Pictures are deceiving.

The Grossest rooms I have stayed in. With the most aggressive front office and harassing staff ever. I will report them to better business bureau.

They don't value customers They judgemental The are inconsiderate English not proper so they don't understand certain words and will make up there own story Made me cry and made threats towards me The rooms are so gross that the only thing is cleaned is the mirrors the floor was black like the street color. Once again Indian owners they can careless of customer and are sexual orientation against transgender.

• Autumn (2/5): Do not stay here - This place is awful. My room was filthy, shutters were broken, smoke detector was unscrewed, graffiti everywhere, thin dirty pillows, hard bed, stinky AC. I can't believe how much they charge you for this, and making it non-refundable as well. I selected "non smoking" but that probably doesn't exist here.. i came back to my room to find my key no longer works but the woman up front said since my card was near my phone it deactivated the chip inside, and all i have to do is give it to her to "turn it back on". Also be prepared with $20 cash just to hold your key since it isn't mentioned anywhere else.

• Alexander (10/5): Very peaceful. - Very peaceful classic roadside motel. Reminds me of traveling with my parents as a kid in the 1970's. Clean and simple. I wish I could stay longer. It is quiet and peaceful.

Staff was okay room was old, dirty, had wall patches in every room, some sort of gunk on the wall above the window, no table, tissue, tp holder, microwave, safety latch on door or peep hole, 25 cents for ice. We realize that management will tell us to never come back and their normal excuse of "we're working on a remodel" but anyone thinking of staying here don't be fooled by the online pictures like we were.

• Armijo (4/5): Unacceptable - I used to study here a lot but this last time was not pleasant, The restroom wasnt acceptable. Stains , faucets were corroded with crust , rust stains running down tub , this prevented me and my wife from showering after a long days work .

And painting in random areas of the room. A sun was painted on the ceiling light and a couples name on top of the door bathroom. Bed was okay, blinds broken and hard to use.decent for a one night stay but the smell still haunts me

• Jacquie (2/5): Filthy, Rat, cockroaches, TRUTH - Our room had stained sheets and bedspreads , the room reeked of just smoked cigarette, heavy . I asked for clean bedding . We were moved to another room which was a bit better but first thing I found was cockroach in bathroom . My boys would not sleep in the beds and laid on top of covers, check out after a bit of sleep . While checking in A Rat was seen running through the sidewalk near the check in office It was late upon checking in we would have left if not for the offer of a somewhat better room . The televisions have one channel which they turn on for you and when trying to change it offered nothing, screen blanked out No lamps or such . Minimal towels . The first room had stained sheets. Comforter and mattress were horribly stained and mattress cover . We booked site unseen and still had to give a 20.00 deposit for the key . They did return $. This looks to be a place used for homeless and displaced people . Wasn’t allowed to check in until after 3 pm so we came back at 11:30 pm after visiting a race track . Please don’t get stuck in this situation . It’s all honest to God truth . I’m still dazed .

• Rachel (6/5): No more then one night stay. - Upon arrival the owner was polite, but charges $20.00 cash deposit. The room had no microwave or coffee maker. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The shower water was hard and restroom was out dated. When I checked out I had to wait 10 minutes for the owners wife to return my $20.00 deposit.
• Andres (2/5): A hotel that cannot "HOLD" a reservation - Terrible experience! I had a reservation and the hotel did not honored it! The front desk lady was super rude I contacted management afterwards with a detailed description of the incident and they just responded: "OK thanks" avoid this property!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - You could hear every toilet flush from every room. Ac was stupid loud, the walls had ZERO insulation we could hear every noise as if the doors where open. Total sleep was maybe 2 hours Worst hotel experience of my life.

Landscaping in front of our room almost nonexistent. Television was fine. Better guide would have been appreciated. Refrigerator was nice. Climate control was very good. No view but wasn't much of an issue. Very little sounds from neighbors. I had a little issue getting room I had reserved, a non-smoking room with king size bed. I did finally get it after being told none were available.

Well, upon arrival I was Communicated By the front desk attendant that they didn't have the two beds. The very unfriendly person warned me that I would have to take that matter With the Hotels.com if I didn't want the room and will have to wait For the app people to resolve the issue. Like I want to get to the room and rest, and she throws me an ultimatum!!! I also failed to see where is the $20 cash deposit for non smoking room on the hotel description and small print. I bet more than one person forgets the cash deposit when leaving at check-out. Other than that the rooms are immaculate clean like I've not seen in chain hotels and the location is very convenient.

• Mikel (8/5): Nice for the Price - This hotel for the most part is quiet, clean, and fair priced. The managers are friendly, and most of the time they have vacancies. The rooms and linen is always clean. Best of all, they have no bugs.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Stay only if it’s a necessary. - It wasn’t what I expected to be honest. The bed was a little stiff, and the sheets seemed like they weren’t changed because there were some random dirt stains on it.
• 893paull (6/5): Budget motel - Understand this is a very basic old style motel. We had two rooms, 120 and 131. On the positive side, the grounds and outside the buildings are very nicely maintained. The flooring was a newer vinyl and there was crown molding in the rooms. The bathrooms had nice tile. Freeway noise is unavoidable as the motel is right next to the freeway, but with the A/C on in the room the noise was not too bad. There was a work desk with two straight back chairs. It appears they are trying. But there were issues. The mattresses were very hard and the towels were thin with no washcloths. The rooms need paint, or at least wash the painted woodwork. Our bathroom door needed cleaning and it would not close all the way. There is no lock on the bathroom doors. One of our rooms did not have a toilet paper holder. Just a roll on the toilet tank. There was graffiti on the door frame of our bathroom. There are only three lights in the room, two celling and one on the wall leaving the room kind of dark. I was sort of surprised to find an ashtray in the room. The only drawer in our room had no handle. Just the holes for one. There are no hangers in the room and no peep hole on the door which is a safety hazard. There is a charge for ice. The main issue I had though was the TV channels. Without warning while looking for a show to watch, we stumbled on two very adult TV channels with graphic sex going on. Had we had children with us, they would have seen something that even I did not want to see. One other odd thing was when we turned into the parking lot at 10:00 PM. A police car waited for us to turn in, then followed us to our parking space and waited for us to get out of the car while they watched. They then drove through and left. Not sure why the police would be watching who is going into the motel.
