Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 10 per day when used.

Janna (8/5): - This villa was a perfect location for a wedding we were attending nearby. It had 3 large rooms that slept 5 of us (could do 6). It is older and as such there were a few issues. The oven did not work (this was not an issue for us as we didnt plan on using it), and the beds were very hard. We were not left with dish soap or extra toilet paper, but Manuel did drop it off once it was requested. The apartment we had (Albicocco) is on the 2nd floor with a flight of stairs up. The pictures show a terrace/patio but it is just the landing at the top of the stairs. The view was stunning in the morning. There is a washing machine available but they do ask for €5 per load and drying racks are provided. The property grounds are definitely showing some age. It is a short but windy drive to Castelfiorentino which has a great Coop grocery store. Overall we had a pleasant experience staying here.

Johan (1/5): Really bad experience since the beginning. Since we booked we got no info where were we staying because there were sever - Nothing Uncomfortable, dusty, badly managed, dirty, not having essentials for cleaning and bathing.
Anneriek (7/5): Leuk gehad, maar volgende jaar zoeken we voor een beetje meer geld iets beters. - Het zwembad was heerlijk. De locatie is prachtig. En het was schoon bij aankomst. Qua prijs prima, maar voor een beetje meer heb je in de omgeving betere plekjes kwamen wij achter. We hebben zelf het 1 en ander opgelost daarom wel een goeie tijd gehad. Het is allemaal erg gedateerd en we hadden te weinig glazen en amper bestek/pannen. Voor 2 weken en de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken was dat erg lastig. Daarnaast was het terras niet erg schoon. Niet alle kamers waren voorzien van een ventilator en gaas voor de ramen, zodat er veel muggen en soms ook salamanders binnen kwamen. Bad liep niet tot amper door.
DOMBIER (9/5): Great place - The geographical situation is great and Manuel is very helpful The fridge does not work properly and with hot weather it is quite useful.
Lisette (9/5): - Op de top van één van de vele heuvels in het prachtige Toscane stond dit oude verbouwde authentieke huis met meerdere appartementen. Ons appartement (Noce) op de begane grond, was schoon en had 2 heel grote slaapkamers, ieder een badkamer met een prima inrichting. In de woonkeuken stond een hangbank en een tafel met 4 stoelen. De keuken was zeer volledig ingericht met vriezer en goede koelkast. Het uitzicht buiten was fenomenaal. Naast het complex lag ook boven op de heuvel een super gezellig, modern hip restaurant. Het zwembad kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Veel bedjes waren half stuk, de aankleding was wat karig. Het uitzicht overigens maakte veel goed😎

Gonçalo (3/5): Dreadful - Location was ok, although a bit far from everything. The apartment felt like it hadn't been opened in ages. The temperature outside was high, and all we had to cool off were two ceiling fans (one in a bedroom and one in the living room). Only a few windows had mosquito nets, so they were the only ones open. The kitchen had very few appliances and utensils. The bathrooms definitely need maintenance: the water pressure is low, and the showers don't drain properly.
John (10/5): Beautiful farm stay... With a swimming pool! - Lovely location. The apartment was Tuscany personified! Rustic, rural, just what we wanted. Very quiet, but close to local towns! The apartment was big and very spacious. Parking was perfect, a private car park and the swimming pool was just what we needed in the summer heat! The staff were excellent! Both Manuel and the cleaning lady. Very helpful. Nothing, it's everything you want and need in Tuscany.
Lianna (7/5): Good - Beautiful location, stunning views, and close to a great seasonal bar/ restaurant . Great central location for exploring the area. The villa needs a refresh but was mostly clean and tidy. Directions for the villa were not very clear. Luckily, Manuel was able to assist, but the address in the booking did not match location. There was an issue with the bathroom downstairs - there was an awful sewerage smell coming from it. We had to close off the room cos it was close to the kitchen and was horrible.

Ghislain (7/5): Good base to visit part of Tuscanny - The location was great and it was quiet. Rooms were quite large. The views from the property were great. It could have been a bit cleaner.
Marty (6/5): Love the location but need a bit of updating - Absolutely love the location!!! Not really clean and mattress was uncomfortable second time her in 5 years and not much had changed.
Jasna (10/5): Posto bellissimo e molto comodo - Struttura molto curata, molto pulita, stile rustico ed autentico ma con tutte le comodità, posizione ottima, in collina con le viste splendide sulla compagna ma allo stesso tempo a pochi kilometri dalle strade principali e a poca distanza (massimo 1 ora) dalle principali mete della alta Toscana. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo volentieri.
