• Sandra (8/5): Well located property but needs some updating and furniture replaced - Location of property and size and layout of accommodation. The property was tired, not like the pictures, so in my view not luxury. Particular things were very tired dining chairs, broken blinds, couldnt open bedroom window so was very hot, dirty cutlery and glasses and badly stained matress and pillows in ensuite. This could have been avoided with good quality waterproof protectors. Bit disappointed.
• Bethany (10/5): Clean, tidy and spacious - Very clean, tidy and spacious. Some areas were a little worn like the dining room chairs and a few marks / damage on walls but other than that it was well maintained. It was not possible to change the thermostat without a password and we stayed over Christmas so no one was working, I had to fully turn off radiators.
• Gilberto (9/5): Superb! - Spacious house with plenty of space and very big kitchen. Bunk bed were child size not fit for bigger adults, so this could have been clearly described before.

• Liliana (9/5): Great! - Awesome location for our needs: close to the waterfront, close to town centre, shops at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend, very spacious rooms and appartment altogether. Communication with staff quite difficult, with big delays, but definitely ready to listen and to try and resolve. Office only a street away from the actual accomodation, which could help if needed.
• Helen (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous, would definitely stay again. - Absolutely gorgeous property. Was very hot when we arrived, opened windows and put fans on which were provided. Only a bit hot, but once fans were on, it was very comfortable.

• Linda (9/5): Would definitely stay again! Comfortable apartment, really friendly, helpful staff 10/10! Would - Spacious and comfortable for the whole family, plenty of room to find your own space! Heating controls weren’t as described in the handbook, and towel rail in main bathroom not working but we were generally warm enough.

• Nigel (9/5): Comfortable and perfectly placed. - Perfectly located near the best of Plymouth. The staff (at the Imperial Hotel, where you pick up the keys) were exceptional. A little leeway on returning the key and on parking on the last day. The beds were really comfortable, a member of our group is hoping to buy a mattress like the one on his bed at the Westminster Suite. We only stayed one night, so didn’t cater. If you are doing the same bring coffee.

• Janet (9/5): Only there for one night and didn’t cook at all, but lots of room, the beds were comfortable, really easy to get to and - Big, separate bedrooms for the children. Position extremely good, right behind the theatre…3 mins walk…which was where we were going.
• Gill (7/5): Nice Property - Easy walk to Beach and Town - Parking spaces only available for one vehicle but on street parking on the doorstep readily available. Easy walk into town. Large property very clean Warm and comfortable, Good bedding and towels provided. Great Hairdryer! TVs in most rooms Blinds in main living room damaged which given its on a main street opposite The Walrus Pub left it a bit open for people to see in as they were walking past. Children's (twin and bunk bed) bedrooms are on the main road side closest to the Pub so there was some noise disruption later in the evenings. Lack of coat hangers. Think there was about 6 across all 4 rooms. Kitchen equipment needs adding to. No scissors, pizza or baking trays, over glove or pizza cutter. Could do with a couple of saucepans. House accommodates 8 however only 6 tablemats and settings and only 5 forks in total Plenty of other cutlery and glasses and bowls and plates. No wooden or plastic spatulas - only a metal one. Only 2 dishwasher tablets provided. One double bedroom didn't have any bedside lamps - only a main light. Booking.com stated that someone would meet us at the location, The day before confirmation came through for an address we needed to collect from.

• Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, luxurious apartment. Would have liked to have stayed longer because it had everything we needed. Walking distance to historic areas with a good atmosphere. Convenient parking. Good breakfast provided five minutes walk away at Imperial Hotel. No complaints.

• Natassja (8/5): Really lovely apartment, just too hot - The property was absolutely perfect for my family. The size was perfect and a great apartment. It was VERY VERY hot! The whole apartment was boiling hot, there were fans in each room, but the heat was still stifling. And because it’s on the first floor and right next to the car park, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. If the apartment gets air con, then it would be absolutely perfect. The apartment was clean enough, but we found cigarette filters in one of the rooms by the bed, and it didn’t look hoovered in certain places, but didn’t affect our stay.

• Marcus (7/5): Pretty positive but few security issues to address and the heat! - Spacious, clean and great location. It was very warm which led to poor sleep and generally not feeling too good. The heat in there wasn't related to the weather and the fans didn't help Air conditioning would definitely be a good investment. We also found the cleaners storage cupboard to be unlocked which offers direct access from the street into the apartment. We locked this for our security and the cleaners then had to come in at 10am before we had checked out to go through to collect their cleaning equipment. We think it would be sensible to have both internal and external doors which lead to the cleaning storage area key locked to keep guests and their possessions safe. A bare minimum would be to have to internal door for this very reason as we did not feel secure.

• Hannah (10/5): The Westminster Suite, Plymouth - The Westminster Suite was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very central location too, which was ideal. There was a parking space at the property, but you have to pay £12.50 for the night.

A narrow check in window which we missed due to traffic and had to pay a late arrival fee of 30 pounds for being 50 minutes late from 8pm deadline. Check in is in another building further away.

• Nicola (8/5): Could be brilliant. - Beautifully appointed and quite well equipped, it is centrally located and perfect for what we wanted. There was no hairdryer in the en-suite, contradicting the description, there was a bulb missing from a bedside lamp, there was a chipped glass and parking was an additional charge despite the fact that a parking bay exists for every apartment- an unnecessary charge based on what we were paying. The tea and coffee left was basic, not matching the standard of the accommodation and a dishwasher tablet was not left for the dishwasher…again a penny-pinching exercise that detracts from the overall experience of the apartment.
