The amount of people in the elevators, 4 elevators are not enough of they are nor properly managed 2. The car parking. You cannot park your car, you have a very expensive valet service and you have to wait around 30 minutes every time you want to get your car

- fgombinsky (8/5): - The apartment was great, spacious, tidy. Location was great. Exceeded expectations There are few elevators for such a big building, and for a few days one of them was out of service, which meant 30+ minutes of waiting (the apt is on level 20)
- Julia (7/5): convenient location right on the beach - Very convenient location; good value for money; ok rooms that had all the necessities; convenient and easy valet parking; great views from 32nd floor our 2 bedroom apartment was for 6 people (we had only 4) but the room only gets 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs - what's more is there is a sign on the beach that it is prohibited to sit in between beach chairs so where does the hotel expect 2-4 additional people legally staying in their two-bedroom apartments to go on the beach?! They did provide 4 towels. As other reviews mention, elevators sometimes had long lines. There were a few hairs on the sheets when we arrived.

- Yuriy (8/5): Spacious apartment with great view in upscale building - The view from 19th floor is superb, and overall this is an upscale option, with bar/pool/restaurant on premises, and 24/7 front desk You need to be careful about shower water getting outside the shower area, that door is not perfect, so it is easy to make a puddle on the floor. I hope owners fix this for their own sake, otherwise adjacent-room laminate floors may get damaged

Beach is literally out back and they have a beautiful pool on the 9th floor patio deck that is the length of the building. Restaurant was fantastic. Front desk staff we just amazing and friendly. - AleMado (6/5): Buen edificio. Aceptable. - La pileta y el gimnasio muy buenos. Acceso a playa muy bien. Ubicación buena. Servicio de playa bueno. Falta limpieza y mantenimiento. No tenía utensilios de cocina aceptables y completos, era los de descarte. Poca iluminación en los baños. No daba ni papel higiénico. Exigencia extrema al momento del check-in porque pedían foto de tarjeta de crédito (algo inimaginable), foto de la persona que hacía el ingreso (esto me ocurrió en dos oportunidades vía web y personalmente). El precio es excesivo (muy caro). Particularmente no me siento cómodo con valet parking, prefiero lugar asignado y poder retirar y dejar el vehículo cuando quiera. La zona no cuenta con negocios, se debe cruzar el puente hacia el continente (para el Walmart cercano). Hollywood Beach no está cerca. El edificio no está en Hollywood, el mismo está en Hallandale. Debe mejorar el espaciamiento en el servicio de playa entre reposeras.
- Brenda Bale (10/5): - This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Love everything about the apartment, it had everything we needed and more. It was super comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. We loved the pool area, and the beach was a little packed but still enjoyable. Valet parking is included on your parking fee, so you don't have to worry about it, it might take a few minutes to get it but can request it in advance easily. Overall we had a great time, it was just what we needed! 😀 The only downside was that there was a lot of seaweed in the sea and beach but of course it has nothing to do with the hotel.

It could have been a bit cleaner. I felt like the cleaning staff rushed the job and I found a few things dirty.

The room had the potential to be nice but was not well maintained and not very clean. Mildew in shower and tile, walls scuffed up and floors and base bored dirty. Looked nice just not high quality. Long waits for elevator certain times of the day. No options for parking besides valet so had to wait for car as well.

Highly recommend! - Location is amazing (right on the beach), pool was incredible, solid restaurants on site, big rooms and a great atmosphere. Cleaning staff and Gustavo at the concierge desk went above and beyond when we left something in the room. Overall would highly recommend and may return some day. Wait times for the elevators were annoying.

- Dan (5/5): Meh - The apartment was nice, and the location was good. The desk staff were very friendly, but the customer service was not good. They forgot our crib, which ruined our first night. I asked for a broom multiple times, and although they kept telling me one was coming, it never did. The kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the cutlery, there was food crumbs on the knives. They left us one garbage bag and no dishwasher soap. They refused to give us more bags, and soap. There was no salt, no coffee pods, no oil. And although I understand none of that is required, in my experience, 99% of apartment short term rentals provide all these things. They want us to clean the dishes...but wouldn't even provide a drying rack or dish towel. When you rent an apartment for just 4 days, you don't expect to have to completely stock it yourself with general necessities.

The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels that were available for us at all times were amazing. It made our stay much more enjoyable. There was a pool bar and restaurant in the rooftop which had breakfast lunch and dinner menus. Service was great and there’s a beach bar that is not part of the resort but the drinks there were awesome too! The only thing we didn’t like was that there wasn’t a smart TV in the rooms. It only had cable.

At the beach you get towels and sun-bed (only 2 per apartment). The unit itself was poorly cleaned. The floor dirty, the shower had sand from previous guests, dusty. Carpet is dirty. You are mandated to wear bright blue bracelets throughout your stay, they put them on you tightly so no where you go, you’re wearing it. The main problem is the unit is very poorly cleaned for the money they are charging.

- Michel (1/5): Don’t go there. - Showers are from 1960. Place is tired Floor is lifting from ground. Doorknobs are optional. Place sleeps 8 but you only get 2 chairs and no possibility of renting one to sit together so u have to sit on floor. Staff in hotel is rigid and unpleasant. You have to walk 15 minutes to get to those 2 chairs on the beach because set up is not in front of hotel. In the heat and carrying bags is a mess.

- Charles (9/5): Very family friendly atmosphere. - I live the cleanliness of the facility and how thoughtful the owner was with providing beach Toys and chairs. At certain parts of the day, it took the elevator almost 30 minutes. We had to plan our activities around peak time to ensure we could get an elevator. Also, the WiFi reception was very spotty and in some areas nonexistent.

Walked several times to the Broadwalk, which made the overall stay memorable. Alternative to walk: park at Margaritaville Resort :-) - easy access to great restaurants on Broadwalk or Intracoastal (Taverna Opa is a must! Great Burgers at Le Tub) The Hyde has also great amenities: The pool and the restaurants (we went to both) Nothing, really - overall very good

- Marie (9/5): Quiet and Comfortable Stay - This is an excellent property at Hyde Resort and Residences. It has superb amenities and a great host. Everything was thought of, and our stay was great. We had lots of fun at the pool and at the beach. The restaurant at the property and poolside are great, yummy food. The host was available for questions always and stayed in touch consistently to make sure our stay was great. By the way, while staying at this apartment, they will give you a pool and beach card, so you get two beach chairs and all the towels you need. If you want to go to the pool, get there early if you want to get the cabana, they'll provide the towels as well. It's great. In the apartment, the design of the doors/ how they open and close was just weird; it has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment or host, just the way it was designed. Poolside, the service was taking so long.... and they added 20% gratuity when I would've given them less for not serving at the expected level for a property like that.

Lots of rules - pool closed very early - dining room was busy with event so sat in pool area which was very windy. Had to move from couch to high top tables as pool was closing - at dusk!

- Jason (10/5): - Beautiful resort/residences with an amazing pool that gets sun all day long as opposed to it getting shady at 3:30 like other places on the beach. Great beachfront access, friendly and accommodating staff, our hosts were great even when a small issue happened. We will definitely be back!

Staff was rude and not helpful seemed to be overstretched. Check in and check out longer than the TSA line. Menu options in restaurant is very poor. Beach had limited space for the hotel literally sitting nect to each other like in the cinema and it goes back 4-5 rows. Terrible place never go there again.

- Stephanie (8/5): Beautiful, relaxing resort - Our stay was wonderful. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is incredibly clean and well taken care of and our room was stunning. We only had two hiccups that can easily be avoided with better communication. One: we said in an owner residence and we’re not told to check in at the VIP Owner desk (right next to the resort desk) and instead of sending us to the desk over the woman at the desk said we must be at the wrong place and must be across the street. After lots of confusion and panic about not having a room we learned we were at the right spot and just the wrong desk. The woman was however very apologetic and both the owner and hotels.com were incredibly helpful in fixing this. Two: I had requested a crib which was not in our room and when I messaged the owner I never got a response. That was disappointing. Again this place is wonderful and I definitely recommend it, there just needs to be better communication.
- David (10/5): Great Trip - We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were incredible, clean, roomy, like brand new. The service was good. The food was o.k. The elevators were pretty slow but overall I enjoyed The Hyde and will definitely return.
