• Camillia (10/5): Great - The cleanliness of the room and surrounding area, courtesy of staff, and general maintenance of the facility. I accidentally left my car keys on the external portion of the a/c unit when checking in. The next morning, the housekeeper knocked on the door, pointed to my keys still laying there. Since I wasn't fully clothed, she reached over, picked up the keys and handed them to me That says a great deal for the integrity of the staff and the security of the facility location. Thank you.

• Avila (8/5): - A workman's motel. Pploutside after a hard day's work. Quiet by 10. Very nice Bathroom door would not close. Vending machine only took change. The man up front said they dont carry change. Had to walk to store down the street. As I was in my work truck.

• cw75 (8/5): Great For Inexpensive Stay - Perfect location inside the loop and it's on a main street which makes it easy to get to anywhere in town. Some of the furniture inside could be updated, but it was all adequate and the bed was superb and does not need updated.

• Silvas (4/5): - Late night check in Went to my room, sheets /pillow cases were dirty with dirt and hair, restroom had no curtain, it was filthy. I usually carry my clorox wipes and lysol ,but it was upsetting after a 4 hour drive to get to the room where I have to disturb the staff from sleeping to grab new sheets ,pillow case and a bathroom curtain.

• Connie (4/5): Never again - Location, decor Upon arrival, we were not greeted...At all until I bent down to get him to look at me! Then he smiled and was pleasant. FYI ....🤬 They don't respect the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They came in our room anyway and changed the sheets and towels. (Which btw are terribly stained!) Went to grab a towel, and somebody's make up stains were still present on the towel. Gross!! When my husband said why? He said they don't pay attention to that sign! We expressed privacy (hence the sign on the door)! The Icing: Also, it was our anniversary trip. He brought my breakfast back to me on the first day using the room tray to carry the coffee mostly. But indeed a romantic gesture. The second morning I went to return the gesture. They were out of milk. So I asked for more milk. He grabbed the container and instead of bringing it around to me, he slams it on the counter, and very rudely says, "You must only eat and drink in here!" You can't take it back to your room!" I'm 67 years old, and a 30 year old scolding me after they had already came in our room! Nope! I told him I was going to write this not good review, and he just popped off again, and said That's Fine ma'am, but can't take it back to your room. There was no sign! I walked out...with my prepaid waffle and coffee and milk!! The nerve!!We've always brought it back to our room for over 50 years EVERY WHERE we go! Bet y'all do the same to relax in bed! It's already been paid for by us, Seriously! What's the difference in us bringing back Whataburger to our room!? None of their concern or business!! Wow...we made a big mess, huh (picture of the tray I brought back to the room) Especially since we can't make coffee in our room Coffee maker wasn't near a plug... No coffee pods stocked...not even one! Toilet paper holder was broke off. No safety rails around the tub.

• Therssia (5/5): - The rooms were nice Upon booking I requested a complimentary late check out for 1:00 pm and Sunday the manager came to the door and said that I had to pay $40:00 to stay even though the website said that it was complimentary. This was very disappointing to me as I was assured that the late check out as per my booking was complimentary. I will not be staying at this property ever again. I am a Wyndham rewards member as well. I did inform the manager and he is aware that I would be posting a negative review of this property.

• Dornell (5/5): Uncomfortable - Location The heat did not work in the room, I told someone about, I was told it would be taken care of, but nothing happened, I had to buy a portable heater from Walmart, I was there a week and at night it get pretty cold some nights
• Oaks (5/5): Location management needs to step it up. Super 8 is better than this. - My room was clean, met my expectations of having 4 walls and a roof that did not leak. The front desk attendant must have been having a bad day, because he was very short, borderline rude, and had an edgy tone when I asked simple questions, such as about the breakfast times. My room fridge had a takeout carton from the previous tenant. The shower water pressure was low.

The employee was not very nice. Will not stay there again . The room smelled like cigarettes and we are not smokers or did we ask for smoking room.

• Angellenna (1/5): The whole experience was terrible and the managers were awful and rude. - Nothing The place was disgusting, it had trash and old mattresses stacked up outside. There were bug in the bed and dirty sheets. The floors were dirty and the TV did not work. When we talked to the staff they were rude and told us to leave. They cute the room key access of and told us to be out by 11. Now I'm fighting to get my money back for the second night we did not stay. Beware!! Do not stay here.

So we had no TV the whole stay.

• Alexis (2/5): - Okay so when first got to our room the bed sheeting were dirty they had some type of yellow stains on the bed and pillowcases. We then requested a new room the second room also had yellow stains on the bed sheets. We ended up going to walmart and getting bed sheets so we could sleep for the night. The power went out twice that night. Yes for the whole room we had no power. Then the room smelled of mildew. My boyfriend had to get Lysol from walmart as well. We never had our room cleaned for those two days. All the trash we had was piled in a corner and never picked up. We never got any new towels or rags. The wifi didn’t work at all. We tried to login in several times with the code that was given to us. Once the code was entered the wifi basically just said it wasn’t on. The outside is covered in cigarettes and reeks of smoke. The breakfast area is non-exist and is a little corner in the front office. Please don’t let these good reviews fool you. This place is bottom of the barrel.
• Alan (6/5): Hotel stay - The first frame I was in had mold in it. They sent me to another room in the bathroom toilet paper holder was laying on the floor I would suggest somebody to go check that out since it’s a franchise they’re not up to standard
• Rohit (4/5): - The room was not clean, there was mold growing on the ceiling of the room from the restroom all the way to the front of the room. Mold on the walls of the cupboard near the microwave. Mold in almost all the grout lines of the showers and the shower curtain. The room smelled very damp, humid, and like mold. The counter of the sink still had hair around the faucet. The room floors were sticky and did not feel clean. This room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Rust was growing on metallic surfaces like the ironing board and the screws and nails in the room. There is a clear sign of humidity in the room that needs to be addressed. No Hotel or Motel should have visible mold growing throughout the whole Bathroom & Guestroom.

Just had one problem with an animal getting inside the room through a hole behind the toilets and I woke up in the middle of the night from noise going through my trash can. Owner didn't seem too surprised or apologetic and I had to suggest fixing the hole or setting traps. So beware

• Sharon (8/5): Poor Office Management - We stayed to ride the Palestine-Rusk railroad, which was hot! However, I forgot my backpack in the room which had numerous items I didn’t want to lose. I reached out to Super 8 and they had it in the office. However, they would “send it when they could” via Mail & More. Three weeks later, it still hadn’t been sent. I reached out to Bill at Mail & More today, and within 2 hours, they had retrieved my backpack from Super 8, had it packaged ready to be shipped. The manager at Super 8 stated that Americans don’t want to work and she was really understaffed. I guess it is all in how you run your business. I think Bill at Mail & More knows how to run his business, and most likely pays a better wage. The floor in the room looked good, but if you walked on it barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It felt filthy, too.
• Alexandra (1/5): Horrible - The staff were nice. I had to change rooms twice. The first one had very stained bed sheets. The second one had cockroaches in the bedroom and bugs all over the bathroom. The third one was okish but at this point I was just disgusted with the place. It was just generally dirty. Even the towels. It’s a shame because I have stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. I won’t be staying again because it was not worth the $86. A refund should have been offered for the inconvenience.
• C (5/5): Ok for what we needed. - It was very close to where we were working. Initially wrong room was given (apparently online change was not registered by hotel even tho it showed on the booking app as being done), then room we were given had a broken toilet. Third room was good. Coffee maker in lobby was also broken.
