• gregory (10/5): Location, great service and value for money - Highly recommended - The location of the hotel with the lake at the front door (almost) and the large park only a few hundred metres away.A few short walks will take you to the 'tourist' Old Quarter, Train Street, Opera House etc. etc. Walking is probably faster than a Grab. Every member of staff I met was welcoming and helpful and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. One must never forget the cleaning staff because they can make or break a hotel and the Adonis ladies were the best! I had a couple of issues getting the TV/Streaming box to work but within minutes the reception staff were on hand.....new batteries in the remote seemed to fix it! I was impressed with the provision of smoke hoods as part of the fire precautions :) and the WiFi passwords seem to be room defined and not hotel wide which is probably good at reducing the risk of hacking. WiFi was generally fast and did not buffer at all but it seemed to slow down during the early morning when, I suspect, there were a great many users on the system. Although it would be nice to have some breakfast cereals on the menu to satisfy a Western taste, the variety of food on offer including freshly prepared eggs, toast and fresh yoghurt (made overnight by the chef) were great, so absolutely no complaints about my breakfasts.

Dosyć wysokie ceny usług dodatkowych jak pranie. Ciężko się porozumieć po angielsku jeśli potrzeba czegoś więcej się dowiedzieć czy dopytać. Przy sprzątaniu zostały wyrzucone żel i szampon, polecam robić zdjęcia wszystkiego przed wyjściem z pokoju

Pretty big and clean rooms, nice breakfast for all of my family members, not far from French and Old quarter, just in 3 blocks nice buffet. The most I like is friendly and helpful staff, many thanks to the girls on the reception for their attitude.

Die schallisolierten Fenster konnten diesen Krach nur wenig mindern. Schade, Denn die Aussicht auf den See, die gute Lage, die Größe des Zimmers waren gut. In ein paar Wochen, vielleicht im Juni 2026, sind die Straßenbaumaßnahmen vorbei.

Location was ok, about 20mins to the centre. Breakfast was not so fresh with not that much choices. The only reasonable option for us was omlette.

• Nicola (8/5): Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it so we would recommend. - The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was brilliant, hot and great pressure. Good location for us as we didn’t want to be right in the old quarter but it was close enough to walk or get a grab. Our door was broken and took a bit to close the bathroom door but we didn’t really mind that, just something we recommend them fixing. The tv didn’t work and we found that the hotel put the chargeable water in the fridge and free water on the desk to make you buy the cold, we didn’t like that. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it so we would recommend. • Rimma (9/5): きれいなホテルでした。 - 街中にあって、買い物、外食できるところまで徒歩10分ぐらいでした。 飛行機が遅れて、ホテルに着いたのは夜中00時過ぎでしたが、受付の方がいてチェックインさせていただきました。 7階の部屋で夜中12時過ぎは水圧が弱かったです。日中は特に問題ありませんでした。

При выезде прям проверили и уперлись рогом, чтобы мы доплатили деньги за эти 2 бутылки... Мораль - не отказыавйтесь от уборки:)))

• KRISTY (5/5): - The hotel is in a quieter part of Hanoi but there are still a lot of restaurants nearby and the lake is nice at sunset with the locals. The staff were very nice and the room was big. The hotel is out dated and had a musty smell but you could open the window which was a huge plus. Unfortunately there was a roster living next door so bring earplugs.

• Nynke (9/5): Stil en schoon - Het was heel stil 's nachts, we hoorden haast niks van de andere gasten. Airconditioning deed het goed. Kamer en bed erg schoon. Het matras was best hard, maar goed te doen. Ruimte kamer met raam, maar half uitzicht op een blinde muur (vonden wij niet erg). Het leek voornamelijk een hotel voor zakengasten, maar personeel was erg vriendelijk voor toeristen. Hier en daar wat schimmel in de badkamer en de deur klemde. De locatie was twintig minuten lopen van het oude centrum, maar dat vonden wij niet erg.

The lake in front made the place very relaxing for a nice jog. The room looked old but it’s what I loved because it gave off a colonial charm. I was there for training and their conference room was perfect for it. The food for breakfast and lunch was also SO good and healthy! Only one elevator was working so it took a very long time for guests and staff to get to the floors.

• Nicholas (9/5): Nice hotel with large rooms not far from the attractions. - We stayed for 9 nights with a short break to have a short boat cruise. We had a very nice time in the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff! The room was comfortable, clean and large!! The bed is like most beds in South East Asia, a little hard for some people. We did not book breakfasts, so I can’t say anything about it. The location is good because you are not far from any of the attractions if you use taxis or Grab. The parks are nice to visit in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay , really appreciated that we could leave our suitcases at the hotel during our boat trip for 3 days. Thanks again for that. We would stay again. All good thanks
