- Verified traveler (2/5): Très décevant - Je comprend meme pas comment il peuvent louer des appart comme sa ... Tres insalubres on a du changer de chambre car odeur de canalisation infecte . Pas de ménage fait tout les jours. Pas de couverture on ete obliger de demander a plusieurs reprise et on a obtenu des draps... Sinon le.personne et gentil mais bon a fermée et a refaire entierement c'est dommage car cest tres bien placer
- Draurio (2/5): Roubada do início ao fim - O quarto contratado pelo Hotéis.com não foi o oferecido. Na verdade o quarto era noutro hotel, uma espelunca, administrado aparentemente por garotos que apesar de boa vontade não tem a menor experiência ou vocação para o negócio. O hotel era horrível, não havia a cozinha americana no quarto, conforme contratado (nem café da manhã), era sujo, com restos no frigobar e no banheiro dos hóspedes anteriores, a privada vazava água, o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, não havia lençóis, os “cobertores” eram colchas velhas, enfim, um pesadelo.
