- YAKUP (5/5): Cleanliness and hospitality were top-notch, the noise and uncomfortable bed were drawbacks. - The hotel was clean, and the manager was kind and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality There were a few issues that impacted our comfort. The soundproofing on the windows was very poor, which meant we could hear a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Additionally, the bed was extremely firm, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room layout also felt a bit awkward due to a large column in the middle of the room

- Claire (9/5): - Exceptionally clean and very comfortable rooms, we stayed in a family room. Fantastic shared common facilities downstairs and complimentary tea and coffee. Really good location, with two 7/11s steps away a laundrette downstairs, and helpful staff. It was quiet when we stayed and almost had the place to ourselves. Shower was a good water pressure and nice and hot. Smart TV with Netflix etc. in the room. Complimentary water provided each day. Overall great value for money. There was a pizza restaurant on-site but this no longer seemed to be operating which is a shame. No fridge in the room but you can access the large shared fridge downstairs. Some road noise from the street however this didn't bother us and we all slept really well!

The check-in and check-out process was really smooth even though it was out of their normal working hours The only thing I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t with a window. There were a lot of food stalls and food markets nearby, so it was really convenient if you got hungry anytime. There is a nearby convenience store as well. We really loved the place, very cozy! - Sasanun (10/5): Exceptional - The bed and pillow are really soft, it was really comfy sleeping there. They have so many hanger and charging spot both in the bed room and the bathroom. The shower get hot so fast. The tissue paper available everywhere. The television able to connect YouTube and other streaming platform so I can play some music at night. Their elevator also got mirror inside, so you can double check your look. I am really impress, and think it's perfect for anyone who wanna travel alone and have some privacy instead of sleeping in mixed dormitory room. The light in the room quite dark, especially in front of the desk's mirror. I was there to join my company's party so I needed to do makeup which not really good for girl who wanna wear makeup. The mirror in the bathroom also giving yellow light, I needed to use bed light with my own mirror to do make up. And the staff that not the owner seems to cannot give me the answer about the things nearby the hostel, so I don't think it's a perfect place if you need someone to give you some suggestion for traveling.

Also, they didn't attend to the room signage esp. when you wanted to get the room cleaned up. end up returning to the room still messy
