- Rob (2/5): - The room was big and clean. That's the only positive thing I could say. The bed was super hard, I hardly slept. The massage service is actually a sex house. Breakfast was super poor. Very little choice and by 8 o' clock, they ran out of stuff. And refilling. Super disappointing. I booked for 2 nights, but stayed 1. The bed was so terrible.

- Mardelle (8/5): Nice hotel - We chose to stay as the area is very modern. Cute town. Hotel was nice and quiet considering all the noise outside. The room above can be heard which is unfortunate they don't consider this at time of building. Also the large shower head needs to go or put in a curtain, bath was a bit dangerous as it was slippery and a weird design. Breakfast was OK for the price. I would go back.

Breakfast was convenient but not so tasty. The breakfast staff was sitting watching movies on the phone rather than working. Two times there was someone smoking in the breakfast area

- Thien (8/5): Very good - Central location. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. There is a shopping mall nearby and a supermarket inside it. Decent complementary breakfast. Maids knock on your door and ask if you need towels or water. Room has a terrific view of the city. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. Bathroom has strange smell even when not in use.

- Heikki (8/5): Good 3 stars hotel in the center. - It was a nice surprise to visit at this hotel. Everything was in good condition and even breakfast was better than at Palm Hotel and Muong Than Than Ho hotel. Service also good although English was quite poor. I can recommend this hotel also because the location in the center is very good and it is easy to find restaurants where to eat.
