- Peter (10/5): - The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind. If you treat them with respect, they will return the respect.

- georgia_hxll (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - DO NOT BOOK HERE. Absolutely vile staff, like a lot of other reviews he told us we missed the check in time but we were never given one. This is a very long story but to cut it short, we called the number on the gate to be told you’re too late and can’t stay here. We called the number of the company we booked through and they couldn’t help us. We tried the other hotel in the area and although it was extremely quiet we were told the were full. There was a bar next door and the people sat outside kept shouting abuse at us and we felt completely unsafe staying on the streets near them so we had to walk to the next nearest town with a station. This took us over 3 hours in the dark. Moral of the story, don’t stay here. If you look at the google reviews you can see that the manager sends vile replies back to the complaints… this says a lot about his character.

- damianbV1093XO (2/5): Don't go here... - So, turned up, only to be informed that we'd missed the check in time...as we weren't given one, I tried to reason with the manager there...took nearly an hour to convince him to let us have our room as he was prepared to leave us in the dark, with the gate shut...for letting us stay in our booked room, apparently that meant we couldn't stay there tomorrow but could return the day after that...🤷‍♂️...being grateful for not sleeping on a park bench, we didn't notice how bad the room was...stained pillows and sheets, filthy bathroom and just the skankiest place I've ever stayed...when I asked about the breakfast, he pointed to a scabby looking Nespresso machine...I'm sure I got bitten by bed bugs...just awful...

Après de nombreux palabres, il nous a fait ouvrir moyennant 20 euros supplémentaires. En cash évidemment. C'est sans doute pour permettre une telle arnaque que le check in n'est ouvert que pendant 1h30 par jour !

E soprattutto, dopo aver concordato il “servizio navetta” per il ritorno e aver avvisato l’orario di arrivo del volo, il numero di telefono da contattare risultava non raggiungibile. La stanza potrebbe essere più gradevole, per quello che costa.è molto sporca , il tappetino poggiapiedi indecente, polvere dappertutto il pavimento. Letto troppo piccolo per due persone.rapporto qualità prezzo: costa troppo. Ma soprattutto sono rimasta sorpresa per lui disponibilità del gestore.
- David (10/5): Great host, comfortable stay, & close to Malpensa! - We stayed here for an overnight to be close to Malpensa for our flight. The host was excellent! Very friendly and courteous, offering to carry my girlfriend's bags to our room upon check-in. Comfortable stay and the service was excellent, will be back again.
- John (6/5): - We arrived at 7:04, only to be told that the facility would not accept guests or honour bookings after 7:00pm. We were able to make the owner see sense; after all, his B&B is in a small village difficult to get to, and it was ridiculous to make an issue over four minutes. The room was acceptable and the plumbing in the en suite worked. There was no restaurant open in the entire town. We found a bar close to the railway station for a basic meal. Breakfast consisted of a cake roll in our room and a coffee machine, also in our room - not what I would consider appropriate for a B&B. We needed a basic place for a night within fifteen minutes of Malpensa airport and this place met our needs.
- Verified traveler (2/5): State alla larga da questa struttura! - Struttura mal gestita, personale poco presente e scortese. Abbiamo pernottato 1 notte; nella fascia oraria per il chech in abbiamo dovuto attendere 45 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno a consegnarci le chiavi della camera. Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente il gestore il quale ci ha detto che nulla poteva fare e che se volevamo potevamo anche andarcene (tanto a lui non servivano i nostri soldi). La camera non era ben pulita. Siamo stati disturbati durante la sera dal chiacchierio di altri ospiti, riiscendo a dormire soltanto dopo che questi avevano cessato di chiacchierare. Non ci e' stato indicato un orario per la colazione, che doveva essere inclusa, ma che invece non abbiamo ricevuto.
- Ambra (6/5): - Per il prezzo irrisorio non mi aspettavo sicuramente di trovare il Grand Hotel, ma ho constatato una scarsa attenzione per il cliente e una grande maleducazione. Ho chiesto cortesemente di poter effettuare il check-in 1 ora e 30 dopo la chiusura per problemi di viaggio… non solo mi è stato negato in modo decisamente scortese, ma a 10 minuti dall’ora stabilita mi è stato intimato di non presentarmi nemmeno se fossi stata lontana, nonostante la camera fosse già stata pagata. Sono consapevole che magari non fosse possibile posticipare il check-in, ma avrei apprezzato mi fosse stato spiegato con modi più gentili.

- Adolf (4/5): Would not use this unit again - The unit is 12 km's away from the airport- no public transport nearby. The microwave and fridge outside the unit is not clean at all. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Shower is dirty. During the night the heating was turned off and the unit became very cold. Water in shower is also only luke warm.
- Nick (8/5): B&B Malpensa - The host was great. There was a couple of things that let it down for me. It isn't a traditional B&B but a good place to stay for the night. Comfortable and I had a good sleep. Very grateful for the experience and the for the friendliness of the host who even provided directions prior to me flying in.
- tomcY514IN (10/5): Good Value For Money - The location is convenient due to its proximity to the airport, however we found that the town itself was worth the visit. We were close to numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as buses to adjacent towns and a direct train to Milan. The B&B was well-maintained by its owner, who readily offered advice and impeccable service. We stayed here for four nights to rest during our roadtrip. The B&B suited our needs perfectly. The room was simple, but was good value for money in consideration of the price we paid. We had a private bathroom, wardrobe, fan, WI-FI and a TV. We were also able to borrow bikes, as a bonus. The owner speaks fluent Italian and has a strong grasp of English. We were able to communicate with him without any problems.
- 645km (2/5): Avoid! - This property has a misleading name trying to appear that it is convenient for Malpensa airport. It is halfway between the airport and Milan so basically in the middle of nowhere with no public transport to take you there from the airport. You will have to pay 40 euro for a taxi. The "breakfast" is a couple of croissants with a few coffee capsules for self service coffee. There was no A/C and only a small fan and the owner advised that we keep the windows shut in case of burglars! The room was not clean, only tidied up before we entered. The wifi did not work properly.
