Even though we never actually met the owner in person, communication was seamless. He was always reachable by message and provided clear instructions for check-in, so getting settled was a breeze. The hotel is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood, but it’s still very convenient—it's just a short walk to the nearest tram stops, making it easy to get around. Another huge plus was the facilities; having free use of a washing machine and dryer was a massive lifesaver. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing, all good!

• LuisCarvalho (9/5): Excelente estadia - O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, no centro histórico de Schiedam, com bons acessos de comboio e de metro (cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação ao centro). A rua é muito tranquila, com bons restaurantes, uma boa padaria ao virar da esquina, o Stedelisk Museum e a fábrica dos chocolates De Bonte Koe. Ficámos no segundo piso, um espaço singular e com muita personalidade, espaçoso e bem equipado. Excelente atmosfera. Gostámos muito da nossa estadia, contudo sentimos falta de uma tomada extra junto da cabeceira da cama.

Можно было подогреть еду, так как быда мекроволновка, а также чайник и кофеварка. Много разетак и удленитель. Расположение отеля очень неподходит для приезжих на машине. Такк как к нему не подехать, машину оставить негде, прешлось ставить машину на платную порковку за 1. Км. От отеля. Очень неудобная лесница для подема на 3 этажь, мы там 2 раза падали. Мусарник очень грязный, и ванная тоже плоха убрана. Кровпть была 2 месная, и все время разезжалась, очень неудобно.

Neem koffie mee , want er is een koffiezetapparaat en filters , maar geen koffie 🤣

Rapporto qualità prezzo buona ed il titolare molto gentile e risponde ad ogni richiesta/informazione. Una nota dolente è il parcheggio nelle zona, ma basta fare 8 minuti a piedi e si trovano tranquillamente aree libere per tutto il giorno. Ovviamente su questo, il B. & B. non ha "colpe". Per quanto invece riguarda la colazione, forse sono abituato male ma praticamente era inesistente !! Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni (4 notti) ed abbiamo avuto solo 5 merendine (due nella stanza mia e di mia moglie) ed altre 3 nell'appartamento dei ragazzi nel piano sottostante. Stesso trattamento per la famiglia di mio cognato. Avevamo in uso tutta la struttura (9 persone). Oltre alle merendine (solo per la colazione della prima mattina) c'erano bustine di caffè solubile e bustine di latte condensato. Sinceramente pensavo ci fosse una stanza dedicata alle colazioni, fornita con ogni cibo/bevanda, ma ci siamo sbagliati. Quindi costretti ad andare al market vicino, acquistare provviste e fare la colazione fai-da-te in casa...... Peccato. Ad ogni modo, riandrei in questa struttura senza problemi

Great value for what it offers. For those with limited mobility then the stairs will be hard to manage as they are quite steep even for a able bodied person.

İlk başta, komşu odadakilerin henüz uyumadığını ve sık sık tuvalete gidip, sifonu çektiklerini sandım ama bütün gece her 10 dakikada bir böyle bir şeyin mümkün olamayacağını düşünerek bunun bir arıza olduğunu tespit ettim. Her 10 dakikada bir su sesi geldiğini çektiğim videolar ile ispatlaybilirim. Sabaha kadar uyuyamadım, ödedeğim ücretin geri iade edilmesini rica ediyorum. Teşekkürler Günay Şahin

• Steven (6/5): Appartement ipv B&B in het centrum van Schiedam - Het is dicht bij het centrum maar ook een grote parking gelegen. Het is een ruim appartement. Het is geen B&B maar een appartement. Dus als je geen ontbijt besteld heb je dus geen ontbijt. Daarenboven kwamen wij op zondagavond aan. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk maar de radiators staan wel uit. Het was er 7 graden dus ijskoud. De radiator in de badkamer werkte niet aangezien die moest ontlucht worden. Dat heb ik dan maar zelf gedaan maar de vloer in de badkamer blijft wel zeer koud.

Er was een kitchenette met mogelijkheid voor thee of (filter) koffie. Alleen was er geen koffie. Een nespresso apparaat oid zou handig zijn geweest voor een snel kopje koffie Er was maar 1 grote badhanddoek (voor 2 personen)

• johan (8/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar als je in een weekend historisch S'dam wil ervaren. - Prima ontbijt, bezorgd op de kamer conform afspraak. Zat aardigheid bij van wegen een verjaardag, zeer attent. Zijn de kleine dingen die het doen. Parkeren in de nabijheid was even een uitdaging. De locatie vermeld op de website staat snel geheel vol, dan wordt het even zoeken en enkele minuten met de rolkoffer door de drukke hoofdstraat manoeuvreren. Maar is te overzien. Bij ABC parking terechtgekomen (boven AH)

• Marco (9/5): Sehr landestypisch, Aussicht auf eine Windmühle - Die Beschreibung bezieht sich auf das Zimmer 3 im obersten Stock, direkt unter dem Dach: Sehr geräumig und mit viel Charme dank der Dachschräge. Aussicht direkt auf die höchste Windmühle Hollands. Also wirklich sehr stimmungsvoll. Gemütliche Fernsehecke, kleine Kochecke mit Mikrowelle. Grosses Badezimmer. Gute Lage in der Fussgängerzone und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Also sehr zu empfehlen, wer ein landestypisches Übernachtungserlebnis möchte. -Was wirklich störte, ist Folgendes: Zwischen den beiden Zimmern im obersten Stock ist wohl irgendein technisches Lokal mit einer Lüftung/Kühlung (?). Diese ist pausenlos in Betrieb, auch in der Nacht ist das dumpfe Brummen gut hörbar. Also unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. -Zudem war es ohne Heizung doch eher frisch im Zimmer.

• Reini (8/5): Prima kamer, tips voor extra voorzieningen - De plek en de kamer waren netjes en rustig. We werden heel goed geholpen en hartelijk ontvangen. Via de boeking was niet duidelijk dat het ontbijt extra gereserveerd en betaald moest worden. Dat is ook niet wat wij verwachten bij een bed and breakfast. Er stond wel een koffiezetapparaat maar er was alleen oploskoffie. Er was geen koffiemelk alleen suiker. Er was minimaal bestek, geen broodmes. Geen gewone drinkglazen. Omdat we zelf ontbijt hebben gekocht/ gemaakt en dus daar de bordjes, kopjes ed gebruikten, was het fijn geweest als er ook een afwasteiltje was en een theedoek en keukendoek.

• Boukje (9/5): Uitstekend - Uitstekend appartement, groter dan verwacht met de twee aparte slaapkamers en aparte woonkamer met keuken. Locatie is top in het historische gedeelte van Schiedam. Openbaar vervoer en goede restaurants in de directe omgeving. Wij waren er maar een nacht omdat we de dag daarna vroeg ergens moesten zijn, maar ik zie ons goed hier wat langer verblijven in de toekomst. Niets onverwachts als je kiest voor een gebouw met historie; het is wat gehorig en alles piept en kraakt. Ik zou persoonlijk ook voor iets comfortabelere meubels, voornamelijk andere stoelen in de keuken, gekozen hebben, maar dat is echt meer voorkeur dan een minpunt
