Livia Gimenes (7/5): Falta de empatia e apoio - A falta de comunicação e empatia por parte dos administradores da estadia. Estava com um bebê de 1 ano e não fui avisada que p restaurante do local não abre durante a semana. O local é isolado e não tinha estrutura alguma. O mercadinho do condomínio não estava abastecido e o apartamento estava sem papel higienico e com Toalhas velhas. Fiquei muito frustrada porque pedi ajuda e me ignoraram. Decidi por deixar o imóvel 2 horas após chegar e ir pra outra hospedagem com mínima estrutura pra crianças. Solicitei o reembolso parcial justificando o motivo e me foi negado. Péssimo! Não indico pra ninguém.

O anfitrião estava sempre online para responder nossas mensagens e atento às solicitações. Nos surpreendemos positivamente com a estrutura do local, e principalmente o atendimento da equipe anfitriã. É aglo que foge do controle do anfitrião, mas a alimentação no condomínio é abaixo do esperado. O restaurante responsável tem poucas opções e a cozinha não é das melhores.

Falei que estava com duas crianças sompara subir e deixar as criancas que estava dormindo nao deixar subir! Rodei mais de 60km pra deixar o cachorro cheguei meia noite de volta. Quando cheguei a garagem do apartamento que aluguei estava ocupada ainda passei meia hora esperando e as crianças dormindo no carro…. No final não consegui estacionar na garagem qeu aluguei e tive q colocar em outra!!!

Herson (4/5): Condomínio muito bom mas o apto precisa de um carinho - - Localização incrível, de frente para a praia. - O VG Sun é incrível: muito tranquilo, piscina excelente, muito verde, parquinho e academia. - Sem toalhas de rosto. - Sem sabonete líquido nos banheiros. - Lâmpada do banheiro com defeito (foi consertada depois) - O fogão funciona apenas com duas bocas, em estado lamentável. - Lava-louças suja e em estado lamentável. - Os utensílios de cozinha estão muito desgastados e precisam ser substituídos. - Limpeza e estado geral do apto deixou a desejar.

E alguns acessórios de cozinha não estavam bons para cozinhar, mas serviam com limitações.
