- Carlos (2/5): FRAUDE NO CONFÍEN EN LA PAGINA NI EN EL HOTEL - Pésimo, al llegar nos menciona que no tienen convenio con Hoteles.com y que la habitación nos saldría al doble de precio, es un fraude la plataforma y el hotel, en la recepción mencionan que desde el mes de enero no tienen convenio y que si queríamos quedarnos nos saldría al doble las habitaciones, espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que dejan en mal a su plataforma, tuve que reservar en booking y me fue mucho mejor en otro lugar, hacen perder el tiempo y no hay donde comunicarse a la plataforma de hoteles.com para reglamar. ¡MUY MOLESTO POR LO OCURRIDO!
