Johannes (7/5): Fijne locatie, met ruime schone kamers. - De locatie is perfect, de moderne kamer was erg ruim en schoon. Er was naast een bed ook een bank en een bureautje. En ondanks dat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt had je totaal geen last van het geluid. De kamer was ruim en schoon, maar wel wat mager qua faciliteiten. Geen tissues, showercap, föhn, hygienische zakjes, en de koffiecorner werd niet aangevuld (moest je steeds om vragen) Het ontbijt was goed, maar helaas stonden de yoghurt en de vleeswaren niet gekoeld.

Raudszus (9/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel. Sauberkeit, Zimmer und Ausstattung haben mit gefallen. Das Personal war höflich und präsent. Unter den Arkaden der Altstadt in der Nähe unseres Hotels kreuzte ein Ratte unseren Weg.
Elizabeth (6/5): Ideal location, very clean and comfortable but make sure breakfast is included in the room price - Ease of check in, ordering taxis, looking after our luggage after check out and great location. The breakfast was an extra 18 euros each which seemed excessive considering what was available at the buffet. I hadn't noticed this in the booking info as the first room I considered did include breakfast. The next day the suite came up and I assumed this was included. When we arrived we were told that because we had the suite no breakfast was included. The suite had a metal circular staircase which we realised was moving as we went up and down the first day. Then we saw a screw was loose. To be fair it was repaired very quickly once we pointed it out but I was surprised that staff had not noticed this when they checked and cleaned the room.

La vieille ville se trouve juste derrière l’hôtel, avec les célèbres palais Renaissance de Gênes, la cathédrale et les principaux sites historiques accessibles à pied. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner inclus excellent : buffet varié avec beaucoup de choix, ainsi que la possibilité de commander gratuitement plusieurs plats à la carte. En revanche, l’ensemble de l’établissement paraît désuet et usé. Elena (5/5): Poca acqua - La cordialità del personale C’era pochissima acqua dalla doccia e non era nemmeno calda perché mancava pressione. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception. Ci hanno mandato un tecnico. Molto gentile ha fatto il possibile per pulire il soffione che era intasato di calcare. Il problema però non si è risolto. Ne ho riparlato con la receptionist. La ragazza gentilissima e dispiaciuta ci ha confessato che sanno di avere problemi con la caldaia. Credo che sia gravissimo in un hotel 4 stelle per niente economico non avere acqua a sufficienza. Grazie comunque al personale gentilissimo.

Additionally, I was upset to see that my bag had been left on the floor as there was no stand and the cleaning staff instead of being properly placed back on the stand. Kazem Shekofteh (8/5): A very pleasant stay in a perfect location with friendly staff and great atmosphere. - * The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the harbor and the famous aquarium. * The staff were very friendly and helpful. * My baby especially enjoyed the piano in the reception area and was allowed to play it freely. * The breakfast was generous, and you could order as much as you wanted. * Although the breakfast was fresh and included, you need to order it from a menu, which makes choosing a bit difficult. However, there are still some self-service snacks available. * Parking is not possible directly in front of the hotel due to its central and busy location. However, the hotel provides a 50% discount voucher for a nearby public parking garage, which is very convenient.

Inoltre, un servizio di prenotazione del parcheggio convenzionato sarebbe gradito (per non perdere un ora di tempo in coda all’ingresso del parcheggio)

Stefan (9/5): Hotel mit Eingang in einer Gasse und Aussicht auf den Hafen - Die Lage direkt in einer der lebhaften mittelalterlichen dunklen Gassen hat was. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit hellen Zimmern gibt einem das Gefühl, direkt im lebendigen Zentrum der Stadt zu sein. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für ein Großstadt Hotel. Das Fenster zum Hafen war gut lärmgedämmt. Geöffnet laut und geschlossen sehr leise. Das Bad war modern. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet - man musste bestellen, aber die Eierspeisen und der Kaffee waren gut. Frühstücksbuffet

La camera era cosí grande che c'era pure un agolo fitness con tutti gli attrezzi di base. Alessio (8/5): Buona soluzione nella zona del Porto Antico - Struttura molto comoda per visitare la zona del porto Antico (compreso l'acquario, ovviamente) e il centro citta. Camera spaziosa e ben tenuta. Bagno ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. Comoda la posizione della tv rispetto al letto. Letto comodo e cuscini di diversa tipologia. Apprezzata la disponibilità di acqua naturale gratuita. Colazione varia e di qualità. Ottimo servizio al tavolo per bevande calde e piatti espressi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Diversi locali per pranzi e/o cene nelle immediate vicinanze (SaVò, pizzeria di livello). La gestione del parcheggio, per quanto ben organizzata, determina qualche difficoltà logistica, soprattutto se si è con bimbi al seguito. Manca uno spazio in cui sostare per il tempo necessario al check in - scarico bagagli o check out - carico auto. Averlo sarebbe certamente un'ottima cosa, permetterebbe di non avere l'ansia di multe e rimozioni. La zona, alla sera soprattutto, non è molto illuminata e le frequentazioni sono delle più varie.
